We walked towards a gaint building that must have been built in the late 70’s. It was cream and brown at the pillars and gold everywhere else. It was busy as people hurried to start their morning duties. We came from a hall and entered into a large corridor filled with dragon Lords no doubt warriors.

I made sure to look them in the eyes a sign of defiance. A dragon Lord stopped to great us on the way, Gath, nice to meet you. He said

So that’s he’s name, I tuned out of their conversation, 🤷 what it was boring. Anyway I took time to watch the other dragon Lords, some where curious and watch me like I was a rare gem, 🤦 I know I am not normal at least have some respect. I ignored their stares and focused on the dragon paintings, most were green, the royal dragons.

I was interrupted from my sightseeing by Gath, the other guy had gone. He asked for your name you know.

I didn’t want to answer, I said looking forward. He sighed, let’s go. We started walking in silence. How did you know I wasn’t your mate?

Instincts, was my answer.

When people claim to be my mate, my instincts tell me no, pretty good way of finding out on like you guys.

The room or office had a big collection of books, history books (my favorite). I took a book and sat on a chair near the coffee machine 🤷 what I ❤️ coffee. I sat to read and Gath sat to work.

3hours later

I had exhausted 17 books, and was hungry.

I am hungry.

Lunch is in 2hours

I groaned, I’m going for a walk, I said.

Have fun getting lost was his reply.

Nope, I stole your palace map, I said and stuck out my tongue before leaving.

Time to explore.
