~REYES HIGH

“Huh? Sorry, but it wasn’t intentional.” Skylar left immediately while Blair showed behind Brooklyn.

” I really dislike that girl ever since she came to this school, am sure she did it intentionally. She even has an eye on my boyfriend, Tristan.” Blair said bitterly.

” Interesting, doing worry my eyes are on her,” Brooklyn said resentfully.

Skylar got to the empty class and was glad to see Ryan but this time he was not smoking or drinking.

” Hey.” She called to get his attention and he looked up.

” What do you want? Remember you said you will mind your business.” He said.

” I did say that but am worried for your health, I’m concerned about you and I have the right to be, okay?” She said but he didn’t say anything instead he only stared at her.

” You don’t need to be this way just because a girl broke your heart, she doesn’t worth you or your precious tears. You should show her that you can do without her instead of acting weak and showing her how broken you are. She’s doing fine without you but here you are feeling miserable. You should cheer up and start attending your classes!” She scolded but he didn’t say anything still.

” You are right, she doesn’t worth it, thank you.” He’s finally said and went to hug her when he saw Brooklyn coming, Skylar on the other hand was surprised.

Brooklyn left immediately after seeing the scene cursing under her breath.

” That daughter of a b***h!”

~DARK ROOM
The door to the room opened revealing a man in his late forties dragging a man along with him, the dragged man was looking weak.

The light came on revealing a girl who looks unkempt and also weak.

” Girl, do your job.” The man said throwing a gun at her and the girl aimed it towards the weak man who is already pleading with his eyes but it was already late because she has already pulled the trigger the man died instantly since he was shot directly at where his heart is.

” Good job will bring you something you can eat in a minute.” The man said turning off the light, pulling the dead man away and locking the door.

~CRAIG RESIDENCE
Brooklyn came out of the car angrily and she dashed to her bedroom.

“How dare she? She dares hug my Ryan!”

A maid entered her room with two glasses, one containing water and the other Juice on a tray.

” Miss Brooklyn, here are your juice and water.” She said.

” Did I tell you to bring me anything?” Get out now!” She shouted and this made the girl fidget making whatever she was holding fall and the glass cups shattered spilling its contents.

” Am so sorry miss Brooklyn.” She gave her two successful slaps.

” Clean this mess and leave!”

••• 8:00 PM
Brooklyn was in her room when her dad came in and she hissed immediately.

” My princess, how are you?” Mr. Craig came to sit on her bed.

” What do you want?”

” Calm down dear,I want to tell you something important.” He began and Brooklyn shrugged.

” I’m getting married next week, prepare to meet your stepmom tomorrow.” He said and Brooklyn couldn’t believe her ears.

” How dare you mention that you want to remarry, you have forgotten about Mum already?” She flared out.

” Your mother is dead Brooklyn, I need a woman in my life now and someone who can take care of you.” He said.

” I don’t want it Dad, not after what you put mum through,I don’t want an innocent woman to go through the same thing.” She said.

” Let’s not have this conversation anymore, my decision is final whether you like it or not.” He said and left the room.

~REYES RESIDENCE
Skylar has not been herself ever since Ryan hugged her at school,it came as a shock to her and her heart couldn’t stop beating.

She just can’t get it off her mind.

” What’s happening to me? It’s just a hug.” She tried to convince herself as she left her room and went to knock on his door.

” Come in.” She heard his cool voice, she smiled before entering.

She entered the room and she met him on his bed doing nothing.

” I just came to ask if you need anything?” She asked.

” Am okay for now.” He simply said.

” I’m bored please stay here for a while.” Skylar couldn’t believe her ears,the same person that always send her out of his room is now inviting her to stay.

” Yeah, sure,” Skylar said and she sat at the available chair sitting opposite him.

” You know,I really loved Brooklyn, I couldn’t even imagine that she could cheat on me and again with my best friend.” He began.

” She was my life, we even promised ourselves to be together forever but she was the first to break the promise. I did everything to make her happy, buying her things every day. I really loved her.” He ended painfully.

” Ryan take heart, you will surely see someone better than her,” Skylar said and he scoffed.

” I’m so done with love, trust me.” He said that ‘love’ is the most disgusting word he has ever heard.

” Ever been in a relationship?” He asked.

” Unfortunately no.”. She replied truthfully.

” Good for you, your heart is saved from breaking and shattering.” He said she laughed out.

” You are really a nice guy, I need to go back to my room,” Skylar said even though she doesn’t feel like leaving but she remembered she has an assignment to do.

” Thanks for your company and by the way you are beautiful,I noticed that today.” He said and Skylar couldn’t help but blush.

” Thanks.” She said and left his room blushing.

~VARIETIES STORE
Tristan was in the store to get something or Blair whose birthday is coming up soon.

She has been asking too much from him and he’s financially frustrated but what can he do?

He was taken away by her beauty that he agreed to be her boyfriend immediately.

The door opened and the light came up.

” Isla stand up and follow me. Your subject teacher is here.” The man said and Isla did as he said.

” Don’t mention anything to him or consider your sister dead.” He threatened.
