Two days later

Louis got down the car and saw the burnt down mansion of Santiago in front of him. A smile formed on his lips as he remembered the day he burnt down the house.

Other cars parked behind him too. His men got down the car standing in front of him.

“You already know what to do. Surround and invade this house” Louis muttered.

His men nodded and they all went in. Louis removed his gun and looked at it with a hard look on his face.

“Today, it’s either you or me” He said inwardly then looked front before taking a step into the house.

Derek tied his shoe lace and then looked at himself in the mirror. One word to describe him GORGEOUS.

“Today it’s either you or me.” He said inwardly while looking at his reflection on the mirror.

He felt an arm wrap round his waist.

“Promise me you’ll come back in one piece” Celina muttered already getting emotional.

Derek turned to Celina and wiped off her tears. Lately, she’s becoming a crybaby.

“I promise I’ll come back to you” Derek smiled and hugged her tightly.

“I love you” Celina looked at him with cute round eyes.

“Love you more” Derek replied and cupped her cheek and then kissed her.

Celina dipped her hand in his hair and kissed him back too, deepening the kiss.

They only pulled away when they were out of breath.

“Bye” Derek touched her lips and kissed her forehead before walking out of the room, Celina followed behind.

Derek got downstairs to see Emile and Fabian were already ready. Fabian could be seen assuring Maude that he will be okay.

“If you come back with a scratch, I guarantee you you’ll get it from me” Maude scolded.

Fabian chuckled and kissed her hair.

“I promise” He said sweetly…

“Let’s go” Derek said.

“Okay” Emile replied.

Derek turned to Celina and pecked her lips before leaving with the rest. Kyra who was standing at a corner had a look of concern on her face.

“Louis, quit before it’s too late” She said.

Derek got down the car and looked at the burnt down mansion in front of him. He ran his hands through his hair as he stared at the mansion.

Other cars drove in too. It was his men. They all got down and walked to him.

“We’re with you boss. Till the end” One of his men said and the rest nodded.

“Thanks.” He muttered.

He motioned them to sneak in in which they did. Fabian, Emile and Derek followed suit.

Derek peeked in and looked left right before walking in the house with his gun in his hands.

A gunshot made him snap his head to the direction. It was Fabian who shot down a man who attempted to sh00t at Derek.

“I gat your back son, go!” Fabian whispered.

Derek smiled and nodded running upstairs. He opened the door and met two men in. They made to sh00t him but he quickly shot them down.

Thats how gunshot began filling the air as Louis’s men fought with Derek’s men.

“Where’s that Louis?” Derek wondered as he shot down another man.

“Looking for me?” Louis said while coming out of his hideout. He held a playful smirk on his face.

Derek smiled too as he walked closer to him. They began walking in circles while glaring at each other.

One of Louis’s men sneaked up behind Derek and aimed his gun and Louis. He made to pull the trigger but Derek shot him down without looking back.

“I’ve learned from my mistake. This trick won’t work on me” Derek said and shook his head.

“Let’s see who’ll come out of here alive” Louis frowned and aimed his gun at Derek.

Derek quickly hid himself and aimed at Louis. He shot at him but Louis dodged and hid himself too.

“Sh*t” Louis cursed as his bullet were finished.

He quickly ran upstairs to the rooftop. Derek followed behind him. Louis stopped when he saw that if he moves one step then he’ll fall off..

“Just give up louis. I’ve called the cops and they’re on their way here” Derek said loudly.

Louis chuckled…

“I should give up and end my life in prison. Nah” Louis said he looked up to see an helicopter flying down.

“Where do you think you’re going to?” Emile said and shot the helicopter. It touched the engine which made it fall down.

“You won’t escape Louis” Fabian added.

“Your men are almost down” Derek said…

Louis looked left, right and then up.

“You sure about that?” Louis smirked.

Suddenly his men came out of nowhere and shot Fabian and Emile. Derek dodged it.

“Are you okay?” Derek asked as he took down those who shot.

Louis used that opportunity to hit Derek on the back. He made to snatch the gun from Derek but Derek was adamant.

They struggled like that till the gun off the rooftop.

Derek and Louis looked at themselves. Derek cracked his knuckles.

“Let’s finish this man to man” Derek said and smiled.

Louis folded his fists too and they began exchanging blows. Louis punched Derek on the nose while Derek hit his stomach.

They fought like that but to Louis dismay, Derek was stronger than him when it concern fighting with hands.

Derek showered his faces with punches till he spit blood.

“That was for kidnapping Celina.” Derek growled angrily.

He punched his Stomach again which made Louis fall on the ground while holding his stomach. He looked at Derek with blurry eyes.

“Go on, ki*ll me” Louis whispered.

Derek looked at him and scoffed.

“I’m not a murderer. Unlike you” Derek spatted.

Louis smirked discreetly as his hands went behind his back.

“Too bad. Your kindness will lead to you death” Louis said inwardly and quickly pulled the trigger before Derek could dodged.

Derek groaned as it took his right arm. That seemed to anger him as he marched Louis the hand which made him release the gun.

“Ahh…”Louis groaned.

Derek picked the gun and out of blind anger, he aimed the gun at Louis.

“No, don’t sh00t…” Louis said in fear.

 

BANG***

A gunshot filled the air. Fabian opened his eyes and looked at them. He forced and sat up since he was shot on the lap.

“Sh*t, Maude will be so mad” He thought.

He looked at Emile who was smiling while looking up in the air, the police helicopter was hovering above them. Sirens could be heard from below.

“It’s all over” Emile smiled. Well he was shot on the arm.

Louis slowly opened his eyes and blinked twice. He looked up to see Derek looking down at him. Wait, he was still alive.

Derek shot just some inches away from him.

“I still stick to my promise, I’m not a murderer and I’ll never ki*ll you…brother” Derek smiled at him.

The police came and held Louis then pulled him up.

“Hope you’ll change your ways once you get out of prison. Don’t worry, I’m here whenever you’ll be freed. You can always count on your big bro” Derek said and ruffled his hair.

Louis looked at him. He didn’t know what to feel. The police men pulled him out of the building. The remnant of his men were all arrested.

Celina came out of the car together with Kyra and co. They watched as Louis men were all arrested one by one. Celina’s heart kept beating really fast as she was waiting for Derek to walk out of the house intact.

The police men came out with Louis. Her face immediately crumpled she rushed to him and her hand flew to his cheek.

“That’s what you deserve” Celina spatted in anger.

Kyra released her breath as she saw Louis was still alive. Her gaze met with that of Louis but he quickly adverted it as they made him enter the police car. It drove off with him…

Fabian was carried on the bed then to the ambulance. Maude and Rudolph rushed behind him.

“Don’t worry, I’m fine okay?” Fabian smiled.

Emile walked out with a smile on his face. Finally, it was over…

The long wait was over as Celina saw Derek walking out while discussing with his men.

“Babe!!!” She exclaimed and rushed to him then jumped on him, hugging him tightly.

“Ouch love I’m okay..ouch” Derek spoke and winced at the same time…

Celina got down him and looked at his injured arm.

“Omg, you’re injured…” She gasped.

“Don’t worry, I’ll be fine” Derek smiled and pulled her closer by the waist then claimed her lips not minding the public.

Celina pulled him closer by the hair, kissing him back too…
