“Rudy!! You’re back, I missed you so much!!” Sapphire said and jumped on her big brother.

“My hot headed sis. Missed you too a lot” Rudolph said as he hugged her.

He placed her down and then pinched her cheek. He sniffed in and groaned at the aroma he wad perceiving…

Sapphire sniffed in too and smiled widely…

“Mommy is cooking chicken salad!!” They said at the same time.

They quickly rushed and took their seats in the dining room. Maude walked out of the kitchen and then served them on their plates. They began eating like hungry lions at a very impressive speed.

Maude stood by the door and smiled. Her smile then turned to sadness when some memories began invading her mind..Memories she wished she could forget and leave it to the past.

Sapphire, when will you gain back your memories. They’re a lot of mysteries surrounding you. Lots of problems that only you can solve She said inwardly.

Suddenly the door burst open and a man walked in. From the look of his face, he was in his late fourties.

Sapphire looked up from her plate and smiled widely.

“Dad!!” She exclaimed and stood up then hugged him.

“Ooh, you’re back…” He said rather not challantly. He gently pushed her away when he had enough of the hug.

“I missed you so much dad” Sapphire said with a cheeky smile on her face.

“Yeah. I hope with that diploma you’re gonna make us a lot of money!” Fabian said.

“Fabian, why don’t you think of other things except making money?” Maude said.

He looked at her and rolled his eyes then went upstairs. Sapphire watched him climb the stairs. Well, he’s still the same grumpy man.

“Mum, why does father hate me?” Sapphire asked sadly.

Maude rubbed her shoulder…

“Don’t say that, your father don’t hate you. He’s just…”

“Is it because I’m adopted” Sapphire asked and wiped off her tears.

Ever since she could remember, she has never experienced a Father’s love.

“Sapphire..” Maude said, not knowing what to say. She knows the reason why Fabian is like that but unfortunately she can’t say it. It will traumatize Sapphire that’s for sure.

“Its okay. I’ll go upstairs and get ready. I’m having an outing with Giselle” Sapphire said and smiled lightly before walking upstairs.

Derek entered his room and tossed his coat on the bed before removing his tie. Well he lives alone in his own mansion. Living with his father is like living in hell so he prefers to take his distance.

The only person who can stay with his father, Santiago is his little brother Louis.

He stripped and walked into the bathroom to take his bath. He opened the tap and then cold water ran through his body.

He closed his eyes as he was taken back to three months back.

Derek was seen smiling ear to ear as he drove to a restaurant. He got down the car and made sure he was well dressed before walking in and then heading to the table he reserved.

He stood up probably waiting for someone. Nervousness could clearly be seen on his face. He opened a box and smiled as he saw the ring that was in it.

Well he’s about to propose to his girlfriend, Raquel. Its been one and a half year they’re dating and he loves her like insanely.

Raquel walked into the restaurant looking as beautiful as ever, dressed in a very sexy black gown that showed off all her curves.

She spotted Derek and then walked up to him. Her Face wasn’t even smiling one bit.

“Love” Derek said and then kissed her. She stood on her spot and never kissed him Back like he used to.

Derek pulled away and looked at her worriedly.

“Anything wrong?” He asked…

That was followed by a moment of sadness. Raquel sighed and then looked up at Derek.

“Derek listen…Its true we’ve been through a lot. We love and cherish each other and those times were really good but I’m sorry to say this but I’m getting married” She said.

Derek felt like a million of swords have been stabbed in his heart.

“Married?” He asked unbelievably.

Raquel nodded and then showed off her ring to him.

“Please, just forget about me and move on. Have a nice life” She said and walked away.

Derek’s knees gave up and he sat down on the chair. He tried fighting back his tears but he couldn’t.

Out of frustration, he threw the box away and kept crying. That night, he drank till supor.

Out of anger, Derek hit his hands on the wall as tears escaped his eyes. He continued hitting his hand countlessly on the wall till blood began oozing from it.

Yes, he has to admit it. He still loves her very much despite all what happened and that’s one thing that makes him hate her very much.

“Upon all the men in this world you had to get married to my father” He said in tears.

He finished taking his bath and then tried himself then walked out of the bathroom with a towel wrapped round his waist.

He met a b*tch laying on his bed, waiting for him. She smiled and then spread her legs as she saw him.

Derek smirked and then untied the towel round his waist before walking up to her.

Sapphire kept back her lipstick as she finished applying it. She brushed her hair well with her hands and then stood up then smiled as she look at her reflection.

I look hot, as usual She thought.

She picked up her handbag and then walked out of her room.

“Mom, I’m going!!” She exclaimed and then walked out of the room.

She boarded a cab which took her to the club. She walked in and closed her ears as the music was blaring almost destroying her eardrums.

She open back her ears as she started adapting her ears to the music.

“Sapphire!!!!” Someone screamed her name and then hugged her tightly.

“Giselle!!” Sapphire screamed too.

They broke the hug while smiling widely.

“How have you been girl? Wow you became more beautiful, looks like Canada was favoring you” Giselle said.

“Oh come on. Just look at how sexy you became just in five years” Sapphire said.

“Not a sexy as you. Damn you look hot!!” Giselle said.

Sapphire chuckled.

“Thanks friend” She replied.

They walked up to a bartender and then order some soft drinks.

“So tell me? How have you been doing? Any boyfriend?” Sapphire asked and sipped on her drink.

“Well you know the usual. I’ve been there and concerning boyfriend, I have none. I only fvck and that’s it! I can’t possibly date a poor peasant” Giselle said.

Sapphire chuckled and sipped on her drink. Well that’s just how she is, always carefree.

Giselle looked at Sapphire for some minutes…

“Tell me Sapphire, are you still a virgin?” Giselle asked.

Sapphire almost choked on her drink. She looked down and blushed. That’s Giselle to her, always very observant that you can call her a witch.

“Well…yeah…” She said and sighed.

Giselle gasped and came more closer to her so that no one could here their conversation.

“What are you waiting for?” She whispered.

Sapphire shrugged.

“I want to give it out to the right person” Sapphire said and sipped on her drink.

Giselle shrugged too. She smiled and jumped down her seat.

“I love this music, come on let’s go dance!!” Giselle said and pulled her to the dance floor.

Meanwhile they were dancing, the door to the club opened and crowd began screaming as a drop death handsome young gentleman entered the club.

“OMG it’s Louis Bernardo!!!” A lady screamed.

Louis smiled as he looked round the club. His eyes landed on one person or more precisely one lady.

“Fvck….” He exclaimed.
