THE NIC OFFICE

McClain walked into the building with mix feelings. It’s the third day after the mission and he is now reporting to work. He have been busy working with Dax on a very important information.

 

He responded all the greetings he received from the junior agents till he got to the door of the executive office. He sighed loudly before opening the door and entered into it. He was shock at the outburst, Mr Elikem, the chairman and Forlan were all on their feets clapping for him.

 

“You needed that rest, you did a very good job in helping us bring an end to that organisation but…”

 

“We haven’t ended the organisation yet, and that’s the reason Why I’ve been absent all these days” McClain said

 

“We lost Mr Kumi, the intelligent and swiftest among them all in the trail”McClain started

 

“I blasted the second group of Russians but James got a way or a luck to escape with one of them under my nose”

 

“And he was the only point of contact who can help Mr Kumi run away” McClain added

 

“That mean three strong agent of that organisation is still alive and probably plotting?” The chairman asked

 

“Yes but let’s all not forget Richard” McClain answered and they all understood the reality on the ground.

 

 

 

UNSPECIFIED LOCATION

 

Mr Richard walked into the sitting room where Gerald, Mr Kumi and James were seated having a conversation.

 

“I still can’t believe everything changed right after sniper’s death” Mr Kumi putted in with his hand on his jaw.

 

“I think they didn’t take the advice well, they have been underestimating Dax and his team since day one” Mr Richard answered Mr Kumi.

 

“That’s the truth, Genova always thought we are the best here so he took the mission lightly and now they are behind bars” Gerald started

 

“I’ve gone over the mission and what surprised me is that, they were arrested by the NIC even before the Cape coast police got there” Gerald said with a surprise Tone

 

“That means that mission was planned from the beginning” Mr Richard said

 

“That’s not true, they were swift to notice Genova and the team’s laziness or let me say underestimation and worked on that” Mr Kumi putted in and they all nodded

 

“Who will sacrifice himself in such missions?” Mr Kumi added more or less like a question.

 

“But you did a big mistake from the beginning, why didn’t you inform us on your plan? We would have helped act according to the plan” Mr Kumi said thinking about something

 

“I wanted it to look very real, you know Dart and McClain” James defended himself

 

“We need a good plan to go save our arrested colleagues” Mr Kumi said and everyone turned to him except for Gerald who was busy working on his phone.

 

“But you know that’s not possible” Mr Richard said

 

“Yes that’s why we are introducing the last plan” Mr Kumi said making Mr Richard turn to him swiftly

 

“What th…”

 

“We’ve got no choice man, we need to speed up our mission to get our people out”

 

“I’ve talked to the group in charge of shipping them here, we should be recieving them tomorrow in the evening” Mr Kumi added

 

“I still don’t find it necessary to go with this plan, now that everybody is being…..”

 

“I’ve got em!!!!” Gerald shouted happily interrupting Mr Richard

 

“They are being detained in a secured prison underground with no network signal”

 

“I just got a way to tap the source they are using and I’ve been kicked out already” Gerald said standing up from his seat walking towards Mr Kumi.

 

“We need a mole inside that building to help us with sincere informations to help us get to our people” Gerald said walking away without waiting for their response.

 

“Before we attack them at the NIC office, we need to render them emotionally hurt” Mr Kumi said to Mr Richard and James and got up following the direction Gerald took.

 

 

 

 

DAX TEAM LODGE

“it’s been three days now since you returned, and no one is willing to tell me what sniper is up to” Jones said after the whole team excluding sniper finished their dinner. Dax rolled his eyes at Jonas who quickly stood up with the mother and walked away.

 

“The truth is that, s.s.s ni.ni.per is f****ng dead and gone!!” Dax said with a mixture of crying and shouting

 

“What the bleep!!! and how the bleep did it happen!!” Jones asked

 

“Am sorry kiddo, I need to go now” Dax stood up and walked towards the control room with tears in his eyes. Mad max and Jeff moved closer to Jones to console him as they have exhausted all their tears.

 

“We will bring justice to his death so don’t cry much” mad max assured angrily.

 

 

 

 

McClain who didn’t join the dinner because work turned from the computer as he felt someone’s presence

 

“What the f**k I did I tell you, crying won’t bring that man back. If crying could bring people back, Dart would have been alive by now” McClain said to Dax

 

“Shun the cry let’s find a way to get to the remaining agents before they go ahead of us” McClain added

 

“That’s true, and they will try to move faster now that they think we are ahead of them” Dax said

 

“Exactly! so I’ve been busy checking every single flight that will land in this country or even any flight that will take off from this country” McClain said

 

“That’s a good idea, were you able to trace James’ footsteps from the scene

 

“I got to a dead end and had no where to continue” McClain said

 

“This guy would have fucked us up long time” Dax said looking at McClain with some sort of eyes.

 

“Why don’t we revisit your crumbled call with them and see if we can get something sensible from it?” Dax asked and McClain smiled

 

“You are right, that pu$$y is still alive and will be hiding by now because the bavlin’s will be looking for her either” McClain also said laughing more.

 

He connected the phone to the main computer and nevigated the phone to the caller app, he went to the recorded call menu and selected the call with Eva. He played the voice call while running a scanning app beside it. He waited for the application to scan till hundred percent before he ended the voice call he was listening to. A location popped up after he ended the recorded voice call.

 

He highlighted Eva’s number and copied it to his phone clipboard. He opened a tracking app on his phone and pasted the number at the search button. It loaded for a while before several footages popped up. He selected footages from the location that popped up and it’s environs.

 

“We are ready to go!!” McClain shouted happily.
