“What a stressful day” McClain said stretching with the phone in his hand. He regretted leaving his laptop behind in the blast. He was finding it difficult tracking Mr Kumi and Lord bavlin but he knew for sure that that’s their last show.

 

He copied the page to the phone’s clipboard and exited the tracking application. He opened another application, it loaded for a while before Jeff came on the screen driving. He changed the camera focus to all corners before pressing the call button. The call was answered automatically.

 

“Hey Jeff, you will soon get company. Don’t panic when they come, they are just two although very intelligent and tricky”

 

“Remember am around. Give the call to the woman” McClain said and watched as Jeff unplugged his right earpiece and gave it to the woman.

 

“Mrs Juliet, don’t panic about what is about to happen. There are alot of soldiers around to protect you from the bad people” McClain said with a calm voice

 

“Who are you?” She asked

 

“Am your twins colleague, remember your health condition and don’t panic” McClain answered

 

“Why are they after me?” She asked with fear in her voice

 

“There is no time so remember what I told you. Give it back to Jeff” He said to her and she unplugged the earpiece back to Jeff. He waited till Jeff plugged it in his ears.

 

“Inject her once you notice the company” McClain said

 

“Damn me, am out of it” Jeff coded his statement meaning he don’t have the substance to inject her on him.

 

“It’s okay anyway” McClain said ending the call.

 

He nevigated back to the tracking application, as usual he lost the page he was watching. He scrolled to the search box and pasted the copied page Into it and clicked search.

Five out of the policemen quickly rushed to the backyard of the hotel as the NIC agents bundled away the Russian agents. Two out of the policemen rushed them immediately.

 

“We are the cape coast police force, can you show us your card?” One of the police said showing them his card and the other also waved his card at them.

 

Jamal made sure they bundled the Russians into the NIC vehicle before he also waved his card at them. They saluted seeing his rank. He entered into the vehicle with the others and the driver drove away.

 

 

The two policemen joined the others as they pointed their guns at different exit spots of the hotel.

 

 

 

 

 

The remaining five policemen rushed into the hotel room through the door. They all saluted seeing officer Darko. He separated them to different angles to yield as he also climbed the stairs to the top.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Dax and Jonas covered themselves with the blanket in a way to depict that they terrified. A text message entered Dax phone and he brought it out .

 

“Don’t leave through the backyard there are policemen patrolling there” From JAMAL. He inserted the phone back into his pocket.

 

 

A police man barged into the room and they both jerked up with the blanket shaking visibly. To the wall with your at where I can them. They obeyed and raised their hands walking slowly to the wall and pressed themselves against the wall. The policeman went ahead and search them but got nothing on them.

 

He tried to search around the room but realised it’s a stupid idea because searching will distract him and if they are truly bad people they will take advantage of it.

 

He led them out to join the others assembled Infront of the receptionist table. All the police men came around after searching all the rooms.

 

“We are very sorry for invading your rooms but we have to do it for your own safety because the bad people shooting the gun joined you people in the rooms” Mr Darko started

 

“So where are they?” Someone shouted.

 

“The NIC have taken them away, we were just trying to make sure everywhere is safe for you” Darko replied the person

 

“How did the NIC get here before you when you are closer to here than them?” Another person asked

Jeff increased the speed of his car after realising the black Ben which have been following them they took the round about. The woman quickly turn to look at Jeff as the speed seemed unusual.

 

“I’ve seen them” Jeff said into the phone and the woman quickly looked on the phone in her hands and there it was, the video of Jones.

 

“They are just two people in two different cars, so don’t panic just like Mr Kelvin told you” Jeff heard in his ears but he didn’t reply as he focused on the driving.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“I think he is aware of our presence” Lord bavlin said into the earpiece.

 

“Even if he is not aware, he might have been informed by the young Assassin or even his brother” Mr Kumi said

 

“Am changing route now so we can block him. And remember his crew might be around so we won’t spend even a minute on the extraction”

 

“We fire the boy and take the woman away” Mr Kumi said changing route

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

“Don’t be deceived, they are trying to block you in the middle” Jeff heard in his ears

 

“increase your speed abit and take the right diversion” Jones added but shockingly, Jeff didn’t increase the speed also took the left diversion heading towards the enemy.

 

“Hey that’s a wro…” The call got disconnected and Jones disappeared from the phone’s screen.

 

“what are you doing? What are you up to?” Mrs Juliet said shaking Jeff’s hand which was on the steering.

 

“f**k off old lady or we get an accident” Jeff warned but she didn’t stop. Jeff felt the call connecting again and he quickly took off the earpiece and broke it into two, the video stopped connecting.

 

The woman searched the car for a weapon but got none, she held Jeff’s hand which was on the steering again shaking it with more aggression this time around. He released the steering and hit the back of her neck with alittle force and she passed out.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

McClain started the count “1,2 and 3” Jeff disconnected the call on the third count and McClain also shared the the livestream of Jeff and the woman to the public satellite.

 

Three people joined the livestream immediately he released it. He fastened his phone Infront of the powerbike and zoomed off towards Jeff.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

GOLDEN TULIP HOTEL

 

 

 

“The coast is clear, no red light around the perimeter” The policemen surveying the backyard returned.

 

“You can all return to your various rooms but report any suspicious thing you see immediately” officer Darko said to them and turned to two policemen.

 

“How are the couple who were seen unconscious in Room 301?” Darko asked

 

“The substance they were injected with is very poisonous so the effect is still on them but they will survive it” One of the policemen replied. Officer Darko dismissed them sending eye signal to Dax, Dax understood the eye signal and replied with a hand gesture walking up towards the stairs.

 

Dax and Darko brought out their phones almost at the same time and turned on their WIFI. Dax typed some commands on his phone and his number popped up on officer Darko’s call register. Dax inserted his phone in his pocket entering the hotel room with Jonas following behind.

 

“We leave immediately the police leaves, we have an extraction to do from Jamal” Dax said

 

“But they will be far gone even if we go by jet” Jonas replied

 

“We are going with something much faster than even a train” Dax said and Jonas turned to him wondering what that might be.
