“Dax went back to check up something at the hotel and is urging us to leave immediately without wasting time here” Jonas said mad max and Jeff as they made their way to the car with Jonas mom beside him.
“Wait, I don’t think it’s a better idea to let him go back there alone now that sniper have switched or have been compromised” Mad max said
“And why will sniper want to switch on us….” Jonas paused realising something.
“Something bad just happened to sniper and might also happen to Dax” Jonas said turning to Jeff as they were close to the car. Jonas removed an earpiece from his left ear and handed it over to Jeff.
“Jones is connected on that, please be strong and take my mom back to our base”
“Follow any instruction Jones will give you please” Jonas said as if he don’t trust Jeff
“Son!!! where are you going that you are leaving me with this stranger?” Mrs Juliet said to her son who was about to walk away.
“Mom please trust in him, he is a soldier like me and will protect you from any harm, junior is on the line and will be directing you guys” Jonas said removing a phone from his pocket and handed it over to his mom
“He will appear on that phone anytime he want to give him direction” Jonas said pointing at Jeff. He pleaded with Jeff before walking away with mad Max beside him towards Golden tulip hotel.
THE BAVLIN ORGANISATION
“What the f**k!!!!!!, Dart and McClain are still very active. See how they just wiped off our most trusted agents” Lord bavlin said
“Naaaa that’s not it, they walked into compromised mission thinking the duo are weak” Mr Kumi said
“But I still have a strong feeling that there is a mole somewhere” Lord bavlin said
“of course yes, since James returned can’t you sense his strange behaviour?” Mr Kumi asked
“He have been compromised by dart and McClain”
“How the heck will James escape from Dart and McClain’s trail?” Mr Kumi said
“So you knew all these and you allowed them to go ahead on the mission?” Lord bavlin asked
“To be frank I underestimated them against the Russians and more over the plan was perfect so I thought we would have got Dart and McClain there to help make the mission easy” Mr Kumi said
“What about the other mission in Cape coast?” Lord bavlin quickly changed the conversation realising Mr Kumi’s foolishness
“It have taken a swift turn after what happened at dart and McClain’s house so we will stepping in soon” Mr Kumi replied
“Just the two of us? how do you expect us to go about it?” Lord bavlin lamented bitterly
“Just watch how things will unfold” Mr Kumi said focusing on the laptop.
CAPE COAST
-GOLDEN TULIP HOTEL
The receptionist swiftly rolled over as the bullet narrowly missed him. Another shot was released from the hotel gate towards Genova and his team, the intruders opened fire towards Genova and his team who had nothing to do than to take cover. Jonas took advantage of the situation and rushed towards Dax and dragged him to a cover while mad max covered him by firing at Genova and his team who also fired back.
The receptionist to the shock of everyone also joined the gun fight firing at Genova and his team..
“Agent Dax, you are stronger than this. We have a good chance to avenge the death of sniper”
“His killers are not gone yet they are still in the building probably trying to waste you too and you know what that mean right” Jonas said trying to encourage Dax
“Dieing means nothing to me, why should it be sniper. He left his wife, Children and parent in the United States just to help me but look at how it ended” Dax cried
“It haven’t ended yet don’t say that, it will only end when you die without avenging his death and winning the battle that killed him”
“And he will be angry with you even in paradise. This is our time to avenge his death” Jonas said loudly as a bullet hit the edge of their cover breaking it off.
Dax stared at the edge for a while and looked at Jonas face.
“Thank you” He said dragging out his revolvers and stepping out of the cover.
He fired simultaneous shots towards Genova and his team making it difficult for them to peep and sh00t back. He paused, measured the edge of the top building with his right eye closed. He fired three quick shots at the edge and the heavy hanging bricks released freely from the top, the agent hiding at that spot tried to run swiftly with a portfolio bag covering his stomach while he fired back but a fast and swift bullet lodged into his two knees making him kneel down. Another bullet lodged into his forehead immediately he knelt down making fall down dead.
Genova took advantage of the little distraction towards Dax and fired three successive shots towards him but Dax was swift as he bent down to swerve the shot and at the same time rolled over for cover.
Genova and puttin rushed back into the hotel room leaving the remaining two agents to keep Dax and his team busy.
Dax watched as two shadows rush into one of the rooms before he turned to mad max who was busy exchanging convo with the receptionist.
Realisation fell on Dax immediately he saw the receptionist this time with a clear head.
“What the bleep are you doing here?” Dax asked remembering the police man from the mission that lead them into the bush with the police on their trail.
Jonas fired at the agent who tried to sh00t Dax as he wasn’t concentrating but the agent was swift enough to dodge back into his cover.
“We talk after this” The police man said signalling to mad Max to follow him. Mad max turned to look at Dax who gave him a go ahead nod with a ‘be extra careful look’.
Dax walked freely towards Jonas but the Russian agents couldn’t fire at him as they were busy hiding or maybe planning something bigger.
“I will go up there while you cover me from behind” Dax said running towards the stairs while Jonas sh00t at the hiding spot of the Russian agents. One of them peeped and saw Dax rushing towards them, he tries to sh00t him but couldn’t lock aim as shots from Jonas was disturbing him.
“Damn it!!!” He exclaimed hitting his fist at the wall. He had underestimated the team but now he is going to die in their hands just like his friends died. He mastered courage to step out and sh00t when Genova interrupted
“We pass here” Genova directed into Room 295. They walked to the window and saw the rope set up to the landing point, the first agent climbed the window and held the ropes, he propelled himself up and the rope moved him to the landing spot.
Immediately Genova(The last person) landed, they heard a baritone voice
“Freeze” Jamal moved towards them with ten other NIC agents surrounding them and pointing their guns at them.
“Escape now” Jamal muttered under his breath through the communicator.
Dax paused hearing Jamal’s Voice in his ears.
“Escape now” The voice came in.
He rushed to Jonas and signalled to him to hurry up. They both rushed to room 300 and changed their clothes disposing the clothes they had on into the dust bin.
Mad max and the policeman were about to get to the backyard when they saw the NIC vehicle parking.
“f**k!!!! who called them instead of the police” The police man said frustratingly
“Why are you helping us when you know what we are doing is against the law?” Mad max said hiding just like the police officer.
“We talk later” The officer replied. Mad max turned his head to the NIC vehicle and saw Jamal leading them as they all hid at different spots. He smiled realising what was happening and the policeman wondered the reason for the sudden smile.
Soon they started hearing sounds of police siren approaching them. The police pointed to a secret place
“There is an underground there, go hide and wait till you hear a knock before coming out
”
“Am joining my colleagues” The police officer said walking out of the hiding as mad max rushed towards the spot.
