Chapter 33

Everyone murmured in the palace as soon as the king disappeared with the visitors. Some turned to Ma Grace to ask if she knows anything about what was going on but she couldn’t give them a reply. She was weak to reply.
Thanos and Luciano arrived in the Palace. They looked worried and as if they were pursued by something.

“Where’s the King?” Luciano was the first to talk. He looked at everyone and they both knew something is wrong.
Zeus has come to take Wulfgur and Lun together.

“I don’t think they have an answer to this. We know where to go next.” Thanos shook his head.

“I hope Zeus will take this slightly. I don’t think Wulfgur has done anything wrong.” Luciano agreed with him to their next destination.
Luciano sighed and with Thanos, they both disappeared too from the Palace.

There in the heaven, Luciano and Thanos met Wulfgur on his knees and Lun beside him. Laying beside him.
Just as they were about to move towards him, they stopped as someone announced King Zeus’ presence.
The being in his full light appeared in front of them and sitting in bright shinning gold-like throne.
“Wulfgur!” King Zeus’ called. His voice like thunder.

Everyone right there bowed down to him. Including Wulfgur and his friends.
“Great King of all gods!” They chorused.

“Raise!” King Zeus told them and they all raised their head up but can’t look directly into his eyes. Eyes? His face can’t even be seen.
“Wulfgur,” The great king called again and this time, Wulfgur answered.

“Great King!” He responded. Damn! He didn’t know why bit he wasn’t scared or nervous. He was so bold and brave right now. Is everything going to turn out good?

“Why have you stress me over that orb when you knew where it was?” The great king asked.

“I’m sorry, Great King Zeus. I’m so much afraid and worried you will ki*ll the person I love.” He replied truthfully.

“The person you love? Your mate? Since when did you find your mate? I didn’t expect you to find your mate now even if you’ve been looking for her for thousands of years. Is that her? Surprisingly, she’s the one having the orb” Zeus chuckled.

Before Wulfgur could talk, Lun was lifted up from the ground and in a second, she was laying right at the front of the throne.
Light surrounded her.

Wulfgur’s began to beat fast. He felt like standing up but he stopped seeing the way Zeus was taking Lun slightly.
Why? This isn’t the way Zeus ki*ll or…….wait! Is he taking his time before opening Lun up and then take the orb.
“Please don’t ki*ll her. You can just find a way to remove the orb or something. Don’t do this, I beg of you.” Wulfgur said but it seem Zeus had turned deaf ears to his words.
He was busy with Lun.

Thanos and Luciano were able to walk to him and stood beside him.
“I don’t think he will have to open her up.” Luciano said also looking at his direction. “I can’t smell death around her.” He added.

Wulfgur didn’t say anything, all he was did was stare at what Zeus was doing to his mate. It was a different trick. Trick? He didn’t look like he was going to remove or do any harm to Lun.
“The chosen one.” Zeus thundered immediately. “The moon goddess clan didn’t end. She’s the next moon goddess so I can’t remove the orb from her.” Zeus chuckled till letting the rays of light surround her as she lay.
Wulfgur couldn’t believe what he heard but then, he saw the orb in her abdomen turning from red to a golden one.

The next moon goddess? When? And how? She’s human. How can a human…….
