Wulfgur kissed her lower lip hard before he broke the kiss and stepped back.

“I’m sorry.” He apologized as soon as he saw Lun’s expression.

Lun looked down. Gosh! She couldn’t even stare at his face directly. She came down from the table.
“I….I…..” She tried to say something but nothing was coming forth.

“I’ve never been happy in my whole thousand of years. I’ve waited for this moment to come. The day i will finally see you and leave peacefully, the…..”

“Are you leaving us behind? Where are you going that you sometimes when you talk about leaving peacefully? Are you going to die? Are you having any disease that will make your life short?” Lun looked up at him this time.

‘I have three months to live’ Wulfgur replied only to his own hearing.

“I’m not going to die and i’m not leaving anybody behind.” He told her that instead. “You shouldn’t worry about me. You’re my mate.”

“I know i’m your mate, Your Highness. Please don’t tell anyone yet about finding your mate now. Will you do that for me?”

“Why? Why do you want to keep it a secret?” Wulfgur asked.

” I just don’t want people to know about it yet. What’s in their head now is that i’m a boy and i can’t be mated to the king.”

“You can just tell them you’re a girl. Do you get any reason your uncle wants you to keep this your gender a secret?” Wulfgur questioned.

” I don’t know too. I tried asking but he would tell me that it’s not time for me hear that yet I’m still young like he do say sometimes.” Lun responded. “I have to go back to being a male now. I have a feeling that someone is coming.”

Lun quickly grabbed her wig and put it on first before taking her clothes to wear. Wulfgur saw the wolf’s mark on Lun’s neck and pointed at it.

“Do you know the meaning of……”

“You still haven’t told me about our……” They both talked at the same time and stopped halfway.

“You first. Meaning of what?” Lun nodded at him to continue.

“No, you first.” Wulfgur smiled. “Ladies first.” He added.

“Alright. i was trying to say that you haven’t tell me about our past life. You promised to tell me after i reveal my secret.” Lun completed.

“Did you reveal your secret because you wanted me to tell you about our past life together?” Wulfgur questioned.

“It’s just one of the reasons. I’m really curious now to hear about it. Could you please tell me, Your highness?”

Wulfgur cleared his throat. “I’m sorry but that won’t be now. It really will take a very long time even if i try making it short. But i will tell you next time.”

“I feel like it’s a sad past. Do you want anything that I can get for you before i take my leave?” Lun bowed.

“No. I’m okay. Are you okay too? You fainted.”
He sounded worried.

“I’m fine, My King. You don’t have to worry about my health. Yours is the most important. I have to take my leave.” Lun bowed again and walked to the door.
She waited for some seconds to see if the King will call her back but that’s not whats gonna happen. She opened the door to leave the room.

Wulfgur didn’t forget that he wanted to tell her about the wolf’s mark on her neck but he had to postpone that later.
Now, he has added another thing to his responsibilities, his duties which to protect his mate from the hunters. He wasn’t even ready to announce to anyone yet about finding his mate.

Now, Lun will be his weakness. He will keep her away from Fredrick’s successor. The hunters and anyone who tries to harm her in any way.

Thanos stopped walking and Mona had to hit her face at his back and was pulled back.

“What are you doing young lady?” Thanks frowned at her. She seems to be from the cat clan. Probably, a tiger.

“I want to see your six packs. I can perceive it.” Mona closer her eyes to fill her nostrils with whatever smell she is perceiving.

“How come you perceive six packs? And there’s no way you’re seeing anything. You should go back to your duty before the king finds you here or I call him.” Thanos rolled his eyes at her.

“Fine! Fine! I will go back. But make sure to come back. I really want to see your face do many times.” Mona giggled and turned to go.

“What’s wrong with girl?” He asked him self and continuing walking too.

“Wait! I know you won’t be able to remember after today, I think. And since I want you to come back and still remember me, I will sure give you a kiss.” Mona stopped him. She ran to him and faced him.

“A….A kiss? Don’t you dare!! Who do you think I am? I can crush you right now.” Thanos scoffed. Totally pissed off.

“Well, before you crush me, Iet me kiss you.” Mona didn’t wait for an answer before she stood on her toes and kissed the god on his cheek before running away.

Well, it just the cheek. Thanos sighed and touched his cheek. Peck and run.
