“kai….I….I, am sorry, I didn’t….”Anastasia’s lips began to tremble as she sobbed staring at Lord zakai who hasn’t twitched nor shaken after the shock she gave him by diving the dagger into his chest.

He sat on his chair with his eyes blank then his eyes closed and that made Anastasia to almost lose her mind.

“No!, Kai…Kai, please wake up!, I beg of you please wake up!”Anastasia yelled shaking his hand and cupping his cheeks, begging him to wake up or she might just go mad.

“Please…Kai…”Anastasia trailed off when she saw the wound healing, that is, his flesh gumming together back till it had nothing, not even a scar left.

“Kai???”She called when she saw his eyes flicking open but….she saw red angry eyes, it was glowing and she knew it, it wasn’t zakai….it was zakary.

“Zakary, is zakai okay?, Can you please let me know if he is okay?”Anastasia asked still sobbing, she knew that zakai might really be hurt to let zakary take control because if zakai is in control, he would never let zakary take over.

Lord zakary just stared at her and turned to look at the paper he was writing and Anastasia took a peek too and what she saw broke her completely.

it looked like a letter but it was written inside Lord zakai’s diary. She couldn’t read all once but when she read small sentences from the book….

It was a plan, a plan that he had for her and for his babies, it wasn’t any simple plan though.

Lord zakary walked towards his wardrobe and put on his black robe which swept the floor before turning to walk out of the room but Anastasia grabbed his hand.

“Zakary, please where is Kai!?”Anastasia asked as electric currents ran through their fingers but she didn’t let that affect her.

Zakary doesn’t look hurt except from the fact that he looked more colder than before, he also let his aura flow around the air but Anastasia still stood her ground.

“He is injured”Zakary muttered and walked away but this time she didn’t stop him, she let him leave but it felt like it was the biggest mistake of her existence.

Because immediately the door was closed, a big transparent red seal appeared on the door covering the whole door completely.

Anastasia tried to touch it with a finger but it stung her immediately like an electric shock, she gasped as she quickly removed her hand.

“Damn!”Anastasia cursed as she sat on the floor next to the door, what has she done?,tears rolled down her eyes endlessly as the painful scream of the people from outside the door.

They were screaming like as if, someone was about to ki*ll them and she knew it already, even the answer, she knew it was Lord zakary.

And all was her fault, she was helpless, she can’t even stop him from killing people but then she looked up.

It was Lord zakai, she could differentiate between them through their eyes, Lord zakary’s eyes looked like it had electric current passing through them but Lord zakai’s own was as calm as the ocean wave despite the fact that his eyes are red like zakary’s own.

“Kai!”She called as uncontrollable tears rolled down her eyes but all he did was to squat in front of her and smile.

Then he pointed at the window.

“Now is time to use your stubbornness for something reasonable, climb down the window and stop zakary or he might ki*ll everyone”Lord zakai muttered and Anastasia stood up.

“Kai, are you okay?”Anastasia asked cleaning her tears with her palm.

“I am okay, just need some hours to heal”He smiled and stared at his chest, smoke were still coming out from his wounds, even with a single glance

One could tell that, that were hurting badly.

When she tried to hug him, she hugged an empty space instead….he…he had disappeared.

Anastasia clenched her fist as anger blazed into her system, she wanted to ki*ll that lycan called Tristan by herself.

She wanted to tear him apart and teach him a lesson, ki*ll him for what he caused, she missed zakai…the zakai and zakary who was playful towards her.

The ones who would chuckle and wave it off if she did something stupid or annoying, not this cold stone face.

Anastasia took a breathe in and walked towards the window before looking down, it was damn down, in fact, Lord zakai’s room were so far from the ground.

But Anastasia trusted her Kai, if Lord zakai wanted her to climb down then he wouldn’t let anything happen to her for sure, so she climbed down slowly….

Lord zakary had a murderous gaze on his face as he killed and wiped every lycan he came across, his intentions was to wipe all the lycans till he sees that son of a b*tch

Oh!!, What he was going to do to him?

He couldn’t remember the last time he had killed like that and he felt so damn good, the cries of the lycans were just like music to his ears.

And this was one of the reasons and the major reason why zakai tried to stop him from taking control.

Lord zakary smiled when he was almost reaching the door of Tristan, he just couldn’t wait and was so damn impatient.

“Zakary!!”

Lord zakary stopped and a frown appeared on his lips when he saw Anastasia running towards him, his frown deepened, didn’t she know that she was pregnant?

Why running like that?

“Zakary, don’t ki*ll him!!”Anastasia yelled and his eyes blazed in anger, that some lycans who were still alive and present could see fire burning inside his eyeballs.

“You don’t want me to ki*ll him!!!”Lord zakary yelled and immediately he did that, the ground shook hard but thankfully people managed to hold their ground.

But dear Miss preggy almost fell hard but Lord zakary managed to hold her hand and pull her to stand firmly on the ground.

“You didn’t even let me finish!!”Anastasia muttered and he stopped but he was still clearly angry.

“Because I want to ki*ll him myself!!”Anastasia half-yelled and Lord zakary stared at her like she has gone mad but if only he knew how searious this miss little preggy was.

She was angry and needed to ki*ll him like how he almost did to Kai, now she understood everything.

The second day she came to the qin empire, Dax said something like if she got to know Lord zakai well, that he is the most playful guy that he ever knew.

That day Anastasia stared at him like he had gone mad, like, how can Lord zakai be playful? But now she could see it.

He wasn’t brutal, he always threaten to teach Naidu and Erica a lesson but he never did but Took them as a family.

He was the most powerful king but he wasn’t brutal to the people he loves, he become ruthless anytime one of his people or the people he loves get hurt.

But this time, because of that Tristan, Lord zakai is hurt….damn!, She promised herself to crush him by herself.

She wanted to ki*ll him and drop his corpse till Lord zakai return, then when he goes back in control, she would show him his corpse for sure.

Lord zakary said nothing after that, as he walked into Tristan’s room with Anastasia behind him.

They bargen in to see Monica and Tristan feasting and laughing.

“Well…well…well…, What do we have here?, Two vicious vixens drinking and making merry!!”Lord zakary smirked, his eyes blazing both ice cold and fire.

“Is such a pity that I would burn both of you together as a couple”Lord zakary added.
