He laughed so hard that I felt like breaking his head if he was actually near me.

“I’m serious.” He stated, seriousness sounded in his voice.

“You’re really stupid.”

“Do you know who you’re talking to?” He chuckled with a deadly tone.

“Yes. The man who slept with me and I got pregnant for. The CEO of Tan-Tanner cooperation, isn’t it? I know who I’m talking to.” I responded.

All this while, Michelle’s eyes were on me. She was listening attentively at our discussion.

“I’m just still gentle with you. You don’t know what I can do?” He said.

“I know. You can make my life more miserable right? You can kidnap me. You can make my baby disappear from my womb right. I know you can do anything.” I responded.

“I’m beginning to like you the more. My brother do know you’re my favorite in the club. Favorite stripper.” He chuckled. “I’d like you to striptease for me one day. Anyway, I called to see how you feel today and being sacked from work. Don’t try to get another job cause I’m going to make them fire you again.” He concluded and made a kissing sound with his mouth. Then, he ended the call.

Angrily, I threw my phone away and groaned when I felt another sharp pain in my stomach. Gosh! This pregnancy!!!

Oh baby! You gonna be fine. Momma is going to take care of you. Forget about daddy.

“Are you sure that’s the Tanner we all know in this country?” Michelle scoffed.

“Who else? He’s the f*cking one. I just hate him all of a sudden.”
Yeah, maybe because of his stupidness or because he denied our baby.

“Sorry to say but he just talked sillily on the phone. Hayley, you just need to forget about this man and don’t mind him in whatever he says. Have never seen a man who rejected his baby but want the mother of the baby. Who knows, he might change.” Said Michelle.

“Change? You mean when he finally wants to accept the baby?” She nodded. “I won’t agree at first. Just gonna make him plead for denying his baby when he finds out he’s really the owner of the baby cause it seems he’s doubting me and also, for making my life hard.”
I answered.
