Manko’s house.
Immediately I come down from the car. I walked to the door but it was a surprised that it was locked.
“ko! Ko! Ko!” i knocked at the door as i waited patiently for answer.
“uhnnnnn……..i’m coming” christ….kiara finally speak. Minutes later the door was opened.
“Omg……why was kiara sweating?” I asked nobody in particular.
It is painful as kiara don’t speak, she opened and walked into the living room back.
I walked in, i met only danny in the living room, he was also sweating.
“OMG…..hope it is not what i’m thinking?, well, that implies my life is ruined” i said in my mind.
“welcome back mummy” danny greeted me like a sensible child unlike kiara. Do i just mention kiara, she wasn’t at fault i caused everything.
“darling, why are you sweating? Have the air conditioner finally developed a fault” i asked and he chuckled.
“yes mom, i didn’t trying it on since it suddenly stop” danny answered looking handsome.
“okay, i will call the repairer. But let me quickly start cooking” i said peering at the wall clock “right, you can join kiara in the kitchen” danny said changing the TV channel.
What? Kiara? In the kitchen” bullsiit, i finally speak of worried.
“mom any problem. She was your daughter and she deserved helping you” danny said and i was relieved.
“you’re right but i was so surprised because she have not been doing that” i said to danny who seemed to concentrated more on the footcall channel.
“anyway let of quickly join her” i walked in to my room, dropped my bag and returned to the kitchen.
Immediately i’m stepping in, kiara stoodup and was about leaving the kitchen but i hold her hand.
“kiara, you can continue your work! It seemed you hate me i will leave the kitchen for u, i know it is my fault and i have accepted my fate!” I said as i left her hand and walked into my room.
I changed into a flexible cloth. I relaxed on the bed, i speak with manko and also with nurse anita who was looking for a way, their secret will not leak up.
“ko! Ko! Ko!” someone knocked on my door.
“open the door is not close “I said and Kiara walked in.
“mom, come and have your meal. It is late” Kiara said.
“hahahahahaha!” i smiled shamefully “well i am not ready for your embarrassment tonight.”
“ha………ha, mom i am sorry for all my attitude to you” kiara pleaded.
Kiara and I was staring at each other suddenly our lip meet……
