Oh damn it damn it damn itt am so so stupid how can I say something like that to him now he’ll know what I feel for him Argg am suppose to be forgetting him yet I find myself screaming indirectly at him. That I love him

“What did you say… He asked confused

“Ummm I said umm…

“If it’s about this morning kierra I’m really really sorry I never meant to hurt you that way you’re not irreplaceable

Thank goodness he thinks I still meant this morning but at least my secret is safe for now though

“You made me feel irreplaceable Xander and now you’re actually dictating who I can and cannot dare We Had a deal Xander you’re keeping yours and I’m keeping mine

“Not with Seth… He seethed

“Why Huh he’s a really nice guy he’s handsome he’s funny…

“Not we seth…he growled cutting me off

“What’s your deal with him Huh you can’t just tell me not to date someone..

“That’s exactly what I’m telling you not to date anyone because I’m pretty sure they would only hurt you

“No Xander you’re sincerely being crazy I’m gonna date Seth in fact in gonna go out with him Friday night and you Xander Thompson won’t be able to disturb anything about it I hope you enjoy the rest of your day because I sure will goodbye… I said rubbing up the stairs leaving him stunned in the living room.

Mum and dad arrived a bit later and thankfully Xander was gone or so I thought he was…

“Hey Mr and miss Leah…Xander said walking behind my parents

“Oh Xander my boy… Dad said patting his shoulders

“Kierra you didn’t tell us Xander was coming over for dinner

“Well maybe that’s because he’s not supposed to be here… I said through gritted teeth

“Ha hah ha so funny kierra I just went away for someone I’m back though can I stay for dinner…Xander said using that sweet tine that No-one could ever think of refusing

“Mum mum mum no don’t you dare please no… I muttered to myself

“Sure Xander why not kierra dear can you set an extra plate for Xander

“Yes mum why not… I said before heading to the kitchen while he smirked in Victory.

Well so far so good at least Xander wasn’t making any snarky comments or doing anything unusual at the dinner table maybe all would go well for once and Xander would leave without causing any upsurge

“So Xander how’s school… Mum said starting a conversation

“Ah just ki*ll me already… I thought

“Oh you know the usual annoying teachers football practice and the rest.. He said before putting a broccoli in his mouth

“And your parents it’s been a while we’ve got together just to have fun like the old days Huh… Dad added

“Yeah speaking of get together we could go on a picnic this Saturday Huh…Said said shocking me whilst I froze on my sit as Xander couldn’t stop grinning

“No… I screamed

“What dear that’s a great idea a day just to get together and have fun I think it’s perfect as long as your parents are okay with it we’ll go out on Saturday so Kierra I’m. Afraid you’ll have to cancel any plans of yours no matter what it is… Dad said firmly

“But dadd

“No buts I really want to do this dear it’s been so long we’ve seen them just do this for me Huh

“Ughh alright alright but I’m going on Friday night okay and I’m not spending the night at Xander’s… I said as he spat out his brooicil

“You’re not… Dad and Xander screamed

“Yeah I am this is the first time I’m this interested in a party dad and besides its not like I’m staying with a stranger dad it’s Maya she’ll drop me off first thing Saturday morning

“But you always go with Xander

“Yeah but this time I’m gonna stay a bit longer and I really don’t want to burden him so can go whenever he wants I’ll go with Maya

“You’re not burdening me I’ll wait

“Yeah but Jennifer needs to get home so you’ll have to drop her off Huh

“I’ll drop her off then I’ll come back I’ll wait… He said firmly

“You don’t need to wait I’ll come with Maya and that’s final

“You’re really so so stubborn I’ll wait I’m not leaving you alone at that party especially not with him so I’ll wait kierra

“No Xander

“Yes kierra… He said gritting his teeth while dad watched us clearly amused

“For once just listen to me would you I’ll drop you off just like every Friday there’s no way I’m leaving you alone at that party and there’s no way you’re spending the night at Maya’s place kierra

“Too bad it’s my decision and I say am staying with Maya so just drop it Xander have fun with Jennifer at the party and leave me the hell alone… I said before running up the stairs leaving all of them behind.

(The next day)
(Thursday)

I didn’t care to know how dinner went last night as I simply went up to my room finished up my work freshened up and went straight to bed and now it’s Thursday school again just a day till the party and then I’ll have to go on that picnic with the Thompsons usually I’ll be excited since it meant I’ll get to spend more time with Xander but now that I’m trying to get him out of my heart and get Seth in I really don’t want to stay that close to him

Personally I really don’t know what goes on in that head of his and why he had to forbid me from dating anyone when I remember clearly it was his idea for me to date someone so that’s exactly what I’m gonna do and I’m gonna date seth

“Morning baby girl Xander’s here to get you

“Morning dad

“But tell Xander to go away I can walk to school… I said still extremely mad at him

“You still mad about last night

“No dad I just don’t want to be close to him for now

“OK baby girl I’ll tell him but you know he not gonna let go that easily…

“I know… I muttered to myself

 

Half an hour later I was ready for school I made sure to waste a lot of time so when I climb down the stairs he would have left by now Jennifer was probably with him in the car so she would be anxious to get to school on time which means they would be long gone already so it was all worth It even if it meant I’ll be late for class at least I’ll avoid an awkward ten minutes with him

I even asked mum to serve breakfast for me in my room just so Xander would have enough time to understand that I don’t want to be near him and I was still mad at him and just leave already

“Bye mum see ya later Dad… I said as they smiled for some strange reason

“Hey Bes you really think I would leave that easily… Xander said leaning of his car as I froze on the spot

“Get in you’ll be late for school

“Where’s Jennifer… I asked curiously when I saw she wasn’t in the car

“I decided not to drop her off anymore its our thing and she’ll just be in the way of our little time together so get in… He said opening the door as I entered awed struck at his words which made me feel extremely special and also confused at the same time but still found my feet moving in the direction of his car

 

I didn’t say a word to him all through the ride since I was very much angry at him at his words so the silent treatment was the only option right now and that was exactly what he was gonna get

“Seriously silent treatment how mature… He said as he pulled over at the parking lot and I opened up the door

“I bet am more mature than you jerk… I said sticking my tongue out at him

“This jerk just made you speak to him so much for the silent treatment… He said grinning while I stomped away as his chuckled behind me

I really didn’t have time to go to my locker or anything as I made my way to class pretty sure I was late right now but thankfully the teacher wasn’t in right now which meant I has a few seconds to get ready for the lesson….

“Good morning class… Mr Finn said walking in

“So much for a few seconds… I thought sarcastically

“Mr Thompson how nice of you to join us… He added as Xander walked in

“Dammit I totally forgot Xander was in the class…. I cursed inwardly

He smiled at me a little before walking towards a sit behind me sitting down comfortable as Mr Finn continued teaching.

I had begun to forget he was even there sitting behind me at least until he was bored to use his feet to continually hit my chair making me jump out of my seat

“How’s that silent treatment working for you… He said behind me as I turned back to glare at him

“Stop it… I said through gritted teeth

“Nope… He said popping the p hitting even harder

“Mr Thompson… Mr Finn called as he got up

“Would you mind telling the class what poetry means in your own words just like we’ve been discussing…he said as I giggled inside

“That serves you right for annoying me now am sure he’ll get it wrong and would probably get detention…. I thought smirking

“Well in my own words and in simply terms you can’t define poetry it’s something you feel so then poetry would be the overflow of feelings and not just any feelings but emotional powerful or something that really really means slot to you.. He finished before talking his sit as my mouth fell open

“Wow Mr Thompson that’s exactly how I would have defined it good job now moving on

“Close your mouth Bes I know am really awesome right… He said as the bell was rung

 

I could hear Xander telling me to wait as I left the class hurriedly but I really didn’t care about that right now all I cared about was getting to my locker in time dropping my books and searching for Maya so I can tell her all about yesterday

I got to my locker in time and was about to open it up when her voice interrupted me

“Oh hey Kierra can we talk…Jennifer said coming up behind me

“Oh hey Jennifer sure we can talk but umm I just need to get something from my locker but it seems stuck… I said putting in the combination trying to get it open

“Oh sure let me help you out… She said trying to pull it open and it did but then my locker open up and a spray gun which was attached to the locker from inside sprayed water all over Jennifer as she screamed attracting the attention of the while student body and Xander who stared at us in shock

I could only imagine what was going through his mind because this does not look good at all

Jennifer opening up My locker water drenching her face completely and I,the owner of the locker completely untouched
