” Angelino we are truly sorry..” Edna said to me.

I smiled a bit and shrugged.

” I know it’s a bit hard to forgive us but we are genuinely sorry for trying to hurt you.” Jonah added.

” Okay. At least your husband tried for being my donor.” I said.

I was at Jonah’s mansion since he invited me in.

” So what about your plans towards my environment ?” I ask.

” We stopped the project.” Jonah said.

I smiled a bit and nodded.

Skyler walked in. Edna smiled at her and embrace her.

” You’ll always be our daughter no matter what.” Edna said softly.

” Thanks , for showing me love.” Skyler said and smiled.

” You brought us love and luck you will always be our child.” Jonah said.

” So when are you taking her to the alter ?” Edna asked me.

” Maybe soonest..” I said.

” We can’t wait.” Edna said.

” I need to borrow sky.” I said holding Skyler’s hands.

We where about leaving when Justin and Richard walk in.

” What a pleasant visit.” Jonah said to Richard.

” You abandoned me Jonah. How are you Skyler ?” Richard asked shaking hands with Jonah.

” We are fine.”

” I can see that. I remember you..” Richard said turning to me.

” The boy who stole Skyler from my son.” Richard said and chuckled.

” You’ve settle issues ?” Richard asked.

” Exactly and he’s my son. What a coincidence..” Jonah said.

” Your son ? How is that possible friend ? I thought you lost your son .”

” Yeah I thought so too. But we found him and he’s standing right there.” Jonah said and Edna smiled.

” That’s impossible.” Justin cut in.

” It’s not.”

” What about Skyler ?” Justin asked.

” Yeah , they are siblings ?”

” Not exactly. Skyler was not our child.” Edna said.

” We need to be excused.” I said holding Skyler’s hands and we walked out.

We left for Skyler’s room.

” What is it like to have Jonah and Edna as parents ?” I asked closing her room door.

” It’s , I’d say it’s fab. I understand they barely understand your feelings but they are the best.” Skyler said.

” My foster mom was the best to me. I’m still trying to figure Edna as my mom it’s a bit hard.” I said resting on her balcony.

” I understand. You’ll learn.” She said caressing my back.

” I hope.” I said and turned to look at her.

She was ever beautiful.

” I missed my home , I can’t wait to go back. After all this silly family reunion. Your dad wished to throw a welcome back party stuff but I declined.” I said touching her chin.

” You shouldn’t have , it’s a way of showing the world the lost son is back.” Skyler said and chuckled.

” Lost son huh ?” I asked and smiled into her eyes.

She smiled and nodded.

” Turn around.” I whispered to her ears.

She giggles and turned around.

I kissed her neck and she let out a moan. I moved down to her hips and grabbed it , she giggles and hold my hand.

” Our dreams are unfolding right ?” I asked her breathing into her hair.

” I guess.” She said softly.

I turned her to look at me and kissed her, she rest her hands on my shoulders and returned the kiss.

” What could be better than having you with me ?” I asked and she smiled.

I kissed her again and hold her tight.

Just then Justin walks in.

” Nice union.” He said in a rather annoying manner.

” It’s nice to know the boy with the low status is Jonah’s son , who was expecting that. He hated you.” Justin said .

” Justin.” Skyler called.

” No don’t bother, I’m not here to fight.” Justin cut in at once.

” Just wanted to say congratulations. I truly loved her but I was not good enough I guess. She was my everything even if I actually make her do whatever I want. I’m walking out of your life forever. I understand one thing in life, we can never make people stay in our life no matter how hard we try to impress them or whatever thing we do. Who’s gonna stay will definitely stay. I thought she was mine , I planned my future with her. I’ve dreamt we make babies together but I guess God always plan ahead of us. Thanks sky for loving me and I’m sorry for cheating on you with your best friend.” Justin said and Skyler sob a little.

” It’s okay, she truly likes you I guess. And she has your child ?”

” I wasn’t responsible. Bibi is a street dog , I’ve never slept with her without protection I was scared because she’s disease filled..” Justin said and shrugged.

” Funny.” Skyler said softly.

” Sorry man for treating you wrongly , I’m sorry.” Justin said.

I smiled and nodded.

” Friends ?” He asked stretching his hands for a handshake.

I took it and smiled at him.

” Sure.” I replied and we smiled.

God, so who’s gonna believe I was gonna work things out with Justin. He was one boss man but I guess all the sh*t that happen happens for a reason.

He left and I turned to kiss Skyler.

Skyler and i returned to my house that day. She insisted she accompany me to say hi to the guys especially Selene. I forgot to mention, the chemistry between Selene and Michael definitely grow she was really the best thing that can ever happened to anyone.

” Look who we have here..” Selene exclaimed and hugged me.

” So who’s expecting you’re coming back ?” Alex asked giving me a hand shake.

” Shut up this is my house.” I said chuckling.

” So Skyler is your butt afraid of the chair ?” Thando said.

” Nope, taken by the reunion..” she said and sat down.

” She’s my favorite enemy , we’ll always fight till I found true love too. ” Thando said and we chuckled.

Lorah walked in , she was a bit sad. She smiled at me and sat down.

” Welcome.” She said to me.

” Thanks.” I said and smiled at her.

” Sup sky !” Lorah said to Skyler.

” I’m cool.” Skyler replied and smiled at her.

” I’m sorry for everything , I messed up big time and I regretted everything. I want your forgiveness , both of you.” She said and sob a little.

” I hold no grudges.” I said crossing my heart.

” Me neither.” Skyler said and lorah hugged her.

I just hope it’s genuine this time. Lorah was unpredictable , always dangerous.

” Before we forgot. Lorah and I have been admitted in college. Pretoria here we come..” Selene alerted.

” Woah , seriously ?” Skyler asked.

” Yeah. And I’m studying art and lorah..” Selene said turning to lorah who was already giggling.

” Political science.. I need to taste that national cake.” Lorah said and we laughs.

” And the boys ?” I asked.

” Shut up. We hate school. I’m planning to travel to Seattle for a warm vacation, their girls are epic with big bo*ty stuff..” Thando said and I was forced to chuckled.

” We are crazy..” I said.

” Talking about crazy. When will we walk Skyler down the alter ?” Lorah asked.

I turned to Skyler and smiled a bit. I shrugged and chuckle.

” You won’t do that..” Selene said.

” I’m not saying this out because I’m not willing to say it loud like now.” I managed to say.

” Weirdo.” Alex said.

” What about your dad ? Angelino.” They asked.

” He’s there, he’s throwing a welcome back party for the prodigal son.” I said.

” We will be there.”

” Of course, you guys are my family.” I said and they smiled.

” I’m truly happy , I mean this is a turn around.” Alex said.

” Go on tell them the other news..” Skyler said.

” We are waiting..” Selene said.

” Oh that ! Jonah bought me a house and I bought the other one for you guys to move in. No more oil theft stuff. Thank God the girls are in college now .” I said.

” Wow. We are moving out ?” They asked.

” Sure , to some place better.” I said.

” What are we waiting for ?” They asked.

” Jeez I’m fuckin tired of here. We need growth.” Alex said.

” We’ve found it.” Lorah said and we chuckled.

Seriously I so much miss them. Living alone will be a little weird. But I asked Skyler to move in with me. And She refused saying she can’t stay with me because we are not married.

Later that night at Jonah’s. It’s a bit weird to call him dad , I wasn’t ready to get used to that. The party was lit with his political friends around and Richard Bart’s including Justin. Michael was also present , he was really over protective of Selene. She was important.

Jeez I was so shy , cause I was the talk of the party.

” Jonah’s lost son is back.”

I was happy at the same I was bitter , it hurts Abigail my foster mom wasn’t here to witness all of that. She was more than a mom.

” I don’t know but I feel so happy.” Selene said.

” And also I’ve got something for you.” I said.

” What ?” Selene asked.

” This.” I said giving her a pendant.

” It’s my mom’s. My foster mom. It reminds me of her , her good heart.” I said.

” Thanks bro.” She said and hugged me.

” Thanks too , for taking me as a mom too.” I said to Selene and she chuckled.

” I will take care of it.” She said.

” You sure will.” I said to her.

” Skyler is waiting , go dance with her” Selene said turning to Skyler who was smiling at us from a distance.

” Cool, your manager is waiting too.” I teased.

” Shut up ” Selene said and I walked away.

” Hey pretty, you mind for a dance ?” I asked Skyler.

” Sure.” She said and took my hands.

” So what’s your pretty name ?” I asked her and winked holding her waist.

She giggles and smiled at me.

” Skyler.” She said.

” You mind if I steal you for tonight ?”

” I’m all yours.” She replied in a seductive way.

I smiled and pricked her waist.

I hold her hands and pulled her out of the crowd heading to a room upstairs.

That night was fab with Skyler lying besides me naked. We covered the duvet and I hold her waist.

” I love you.” I whispered.

She smiled and rolled over looking at me.

” How many thousands ?” She asked.

” 5 million..” I said.

She laughs silently and kissed me. I rolled on top of her and kissed her neck.

My phone vibrated, I picked it and looked at it , it was a notification.

‘ a fashion designer with the name Bibi was found dead in her room this afternoon .’

I couldn’t believe what I saw. I got up from Skyler and sat up.

” How possible is that ?” Skyler asked.

I read the news and and I was baffled.

” She committed abortion and bleed to death over some severe complications.” I said.

” Jeez..” Skyler exclaimed and cried.
