“You heard me right”Dylan said and Daisy bit her bottom lip

“Well..”

“You have a problem with that?”He asked

“No not at all,I’m waiting”

“I will be back in a sec”He went to his room

~AMUSEMENT PARK
Romeo kept checking his wrist watch impatiently,he has been here for close to 30 minutes now

“Where is she? Should I call her again?”He asked himself debating on whether to call her or not

“Romeo!”He heard the voice that belongs to Daisy call and he looked up immediately,he smiled at her but the smile turned to a frown when he saw Dylan with her

“What’s he doing here?”He asked himself as Daisy and Dylan came closer

“Hey Romeo”Daisy greeted smiling and he engulfed her into a hug,he looked up to see Dylan’s reaction but he wasn’t even looking at them

“I really missed you Daisy,you even look more beautiful”He complimented and Dylan scoffed

“Thanks and you aren’t looking bad either,Romeo meet my husband, Dylan”Daisy introduced pointing at him

“Good day to you”He said and Dylan nodded

“And Dylan meet my friend,Romeo”

“Have met him already”He said coldly and Daisy frowned

“Daisy come on”Romeo said dragging her along with him before she could object leaving Dylan on the spot

Dylan stood still on the spot as he looked at them going towards the ice cream stand

“Now I’m ditched”He scoffed

Romeo and Daisy stopped at the ice cream stand

“Two vanilla ice cream please”He said to the seller and the man gave it to him after Romeo paid

“Come on let’s seat here”Romeo said and they sat on an available bench

“When are you going back?”Daisy asked

“Are you wishing me gone already?”He asked

“Don’t think it that way,I was just asking. I’m really happy to see you”She said and he smiled

“I’m supposed to leave after my business here is done but I won’t do that,I will love to continue seeing your beautiful face”

“You are making me blush” She palmed her face

“Was I supposed to make you frown? So tell me how is your marriage with Dylan so far?”He asked

“It’s been okay,he’s gradually coming out of his shell”She said and she looked up to see him still standing at the spot they left him

“Why is he still standing? Wait let me call him over”She stood up and Romeo stopped her

“Don’t call him here please,he’s not supposed to be here in the first place”He said and Daisy sat down

“I really hate the fact that you are married to him,he’s just a proud cock”Romeo said with disgust

“Proud? Dylan isn’t proud”Daisy defended

“Didn’t you see the way he replied me? He was acting cold towards me”He complained

“I’m so sorry about that,I guess it’s because he doesn’t know you that much”

“That doesn’t mean you know”

“Romeo can your limit the way you call me?”She suddenly asked

“The idiot complained right? Doesn’t he knows I met your first?”

“Romeo you know I’m married,so please limit it”She pleaded

“Fine! Come to think of this, since you have already done what your mother wants,why don’t you file for a divorce”

“A divorce?!” She exclaimed

“Is it bad? I’m just helping you out of this loveless marriage,you don’t love him right?”He said

“Ye….s”She hesitated before answering

“Good! File for a divorce Daisy. Wait here I will be right back”He said and left

Daisy pondered on what Romeo said and she brushed the thought away,she looked up but Dylan wasn’t there anymore

~HOSPITAL
Mary came out of the theatre room with the doctor and other nurses

“That was hectic”She signed heavily and Lizzy chuckled behind her

“Kudos to you Nurse Mary,you really did well instead” Doctor Ken said befofe walking away and she smiled

“I’m sure you are feeling on top of the world right now”Lizzy said rolling her eyes

“Of course because I’m not like you that is useless”Mary said

“Say that again”Lizzy dared

“You are useless, maybe you should get me a loud speaker so you can hear the word clearly”

“How dare you!” Lizzy made to slap her but someone Immediately held her hand

“Are you dumb? You wanna fight in an hospital? Get a brain please. Patient are here fighting for their lives but here you are trying to pick a fight”Richard said

“I knew you will always defend her,we all know you love her you and trying to impress her so I won’t blame you”Lizzy said and walked away

Mary looked at Richard and he looked away shyly

“You love me?”She asked finding this amusing

“f**k you Lizzy” He muttered under his breath

“You haven’t answered my question Richie”She said and he sighed

“Let’s talk on our way home Mary,I’m not in the mood right now”He said and walked out of her

Trip came out of the rest room and a punch landed on his face

“Ah!”He winced in pain as he held his right cheek

“You f****ng deserve that mother fucker”Richard fired

“What did I do Richard? Why the slap?”He asked

“What the hell were you telling Mary about me? You told me you are going to help me talk to her about my feelings but you went ahead to do something else!”

“I didn’t mean to Man,I’m sorry okay?”

“I don’t need your apology,just do the right thing”Richard said

“I will I’m so sorry I told her you are a flirt,I didn’t even know what I was thinking. She’s actually the one that referred you as a flirt because she saw you talking to Diane Winston the other day” Trip said

“Are you telling me the truth? She was the one that called me a flirt and not you?”He asked

“I swear,I don’t know why she’s putting all the blame on me when she’s the one that said it,so I didn’t tell her about your feelings since she called you a flirt”Trip said

“Oh… I’m so sorry man for the slap”

“It’s okay,I will try to tell her about your feelings for her”

“Thanks”Richard said and left and Trip hissed

“Feelings indeed!”

~LUNCH HOUR
“Mary! Can I talk to you?”Trip asked running up to her and Mary turned

“What is it Trip? Here to tell me more lies?”She asked

“No I came to report Richard to you,can you believe he slapped me because I told you the truth about him”Trip said pointing to his right cheek

“Trip what is exactly your aim?”

“What do you mean? I’m just helping you out. Don’t ever believe what Richard tells you,he’s a big flirt. He’s even dating Diane Winston presently”

“Are you serious?”

“Yes and he even told me to tell you he likes you, he’s a player and he simply wants to play you so be careful”He said smirking inwardly

~DEL RESTAURANT
Naomi stretched her body tiredly after the strenuous work she did today

“I really need to rest” She yawned

“Hey you! Take this to table 5″Pearl handed her a tray of food

“Take this from me fast and stop being sluggish!” Pearl shouted at her and Naomi fell to the ground unconsciously

🗣️What just happened?

🗣️Poor girl

🗣️She worked tirelessly today

🗣️Pearl is too harsh on her

🗣️And to think she’s pregnant

The workers said looking at Naomi pitifully

“Will you all keep quiet and come here so we can rush her to the hospital”Pearl shouted at them and they rushed to carry Naomi

“What’s going on here? What about the food I ordered?”A customer asked

“I’m sure you aren’t blind to see the situation here”Pearl said and the customer left immediately

Dylan was still waiting for Daisy to come back to him so they could leave

“I think I should just leave since she’s busy with her boyfriend”Dylan said and made to leave when he heard his name and he turned to the direction

“Maya?”He called in disbelief

“Hey Dylan,I’m sure you are surprised to see me”She said

“What are you doing here in Miami?”He asked

“I came here to model for a company, congratulations on your marriage to Daisy, sorry I didn’t congratulate you earlier”She sent

“Well… thanks”

“And I’m sorry if I was forcing things with you,I should be happy for you as a friend that I am”

“Am glad you know that,so how has things being with you?”He asked

“Have been cool,you know. Are you here alone?”

“No I’m with Daisy”

“Then where is she”

Daisy and Romeo just riding the rollercoaster and they came out laughing

“That. Was. Fun”She said picking her words at a time

“You can say that again,come here let me dress your hair”He said moving closer to smooth her hair

“Thanks,I think we should go back to Dylan”

“Common Daisy,let’s have more fun,I’m sure Dylan has gone already since he’s not in sight”Romeo said

“So have you thought about what I told you about divorcing him?”

“Rommy I can’t divorce him”

“Why? You don’t love him right?”

No reply

“Daisy don’t tell me you fell for that guy”Romeo said clenching his jaws

“What if I said…?”She was cut short when Romeo cleared the little distance between them and kissed her

Dylan who was looking for Daisy with Maya came to an halt when he saw the scene

“Isn’t that your wife?”Maya asked looking at them in disbelief

Dylan folded his fists as he walked away…
