Dylan immediately stood up from his seat, running towards Daisy

Immediately he moved her away from there the chandelier fell making a loud sound as it break into pieces

By now the hall is in total chaos, everyone is running to safety

“Are you okay?”Dylan asked assessing her body

“I don’t think I’m fine, something bad might have happened to me if you haven’t moved me from there”Daisy said still looking shocked

“Come on let’s go home,we will talk more when we get home”He said taking Daisy along with him amidst the pandemonium

~DYLAN’S ISLAND
Dylan and Daisy got back home 30 minutes later

“Dylan is someone trying to ki*ll me?”Daisy asked fearfully

“Don’t worry nothing will happen to you as long that I’m here,the person must be found before more harm is done”Dylan said

“Will I still be able to go out? We are the only one in this island”

“Calm down nothing bad will happen,I will make sure everything is sorted just relax”

“Why will I relax when I know my life is in danger now? Why was the gun directed to where I was and not someone else’s?”Daisy asked

“Daisy…”He called but she cut him short

“That chandelier could have landed on me! You know what that means right?”

“But nothing happened to you right? I was right on time to move you”

“What if you weren’t there? What if you didn’t noticed it fast?”

“Maybe this won’t have happened if you didn’t go dancing with that man”Dylan blurted out without thinking and he regretted immediately

“There’s no difference,the same thing could have happened if I wasn’t dancing”

“It was because you were in the dance floor so it was easy for whoever did that,you should have sat with me!”Dylan shouted back

“So now you are blaming me?”

“Call it whatever you want,I’m outta this discussion. I have a lot to think of anyway”He said walking out of her and Daisy scoffed

“But who is trying to ki*ll me? Did I wrong anybody?”She wondered

Daisy changed already and she’s currently wearing her pajamas

She suddenly felt bored and she decided to go to Dylan’s room

She knocked on the door gently but she got no reply instead she heard the sound of sniffing from inside

“Is he crying or what?”She shrugged and she opened the door entering the room

She saw him on his bed holding a picture and sobbing quietly

“Dylan?”

“Leave me alone for now please”He pleaded not moving his eyes from the picture

“I can’t just leave you this way,you are crying over a picture?”Daisy asked looking amused and Dylan glared at her

“I guess you haven’t lose someone so dear to you before,if you do you will understand what I’m feeling”Dylan said

“Is this about your late wife?”Daisy asked

“Yes she’s my first love,she was my first girlfriend,we dated for 7 years before we decided to get married and now she left me alone,I wish she’s still alive I wouldn’t have been in this loveless marriage,she was my happiness” Dylan said

“But she’s your past and I’m the present,focus on us and let this marriage work. Believe it or not we are married couples,I was against marrying you but after seeing you I realized you aren’t that bad,you are good looking, smart,you are totally my spec” Daisy said and Dylan blushed and Daisy’s heart skipped a bit as she watched him smile

“You are trying to make me feel better well it worked,I guess I should accept the fact that Lisa’s gone”Dylan said

“That’s the spirit husbby,so what will you like to eat?”Daisy asked playfully

“You”Dylan said in a serious tone and. Daisy looked shocked

“OMG! You should have seen your face,I was only joking”Dylan said

“Pervert!”She hit his head

“Just cook whatever he’s okay for us,I’m really starving” Dylan rubbed his stomach

“You said whatever is okay,just wait I will be back”Daisy said and left the room running like a chicken

Dylan laughed immediately she left

“What a funny girl, Lisa I think it’s time I move on, remember I will always love you” He said caressing the picture

Daisy was in the kitchen cooking already,she decided to cook noodles

Someone touched her from the back and she flinched,she turned to see Dylan who is smiling sheepishly and she rolled her eyes

“What are you doing here? Thought I left you upstairs”

“I got bored and besides why is the food taking forever?”Dylan asked his his stomach rumbled

“Wow you must be really hungry, sorry I was just thinking of what to cook until I settled for Noddles”Daisy said

“Just be quick, slow girl”

“Me snow?”

“Yes,by now Lisa would have finished”Dylan said trying to annoy her and Daisy picked-up a knife and Dylan ran for his life as Daisy chased him

“Help me! She’s trying to ki*ll me!”Dylan said dramatically

“No one is saving you from me today,you are joining Lisa tonight,Lisa your beloved is coming!”

“Daisy the noodles!”Dylan said and Daisy stopped

“OMG it’s burning”Daisy made to move but Dylan came behind her and snatched the knife from her

“It’s dangerous to play with a knife you know”He whispered into her ears and shiver ran into Daisy’s spine

~NEXT DAY^ HOSPITAL
Diane entered the hospital with a wound cut on her right arm

Mary who was less busy saw her and she went to her

“Good morning,I’m nurse Mary”

“I’m Diane, please I need to treat my arm as soon as possible”Diane said wincing

“It’s not a big deal, please come with me to get it treated”

“No I don’t want you to treat it for me,I want someone else”Diane said looking around

“Are you looking for someone?”Mary asked

“Yes his name is Richard,I want him to be the one to treat my arm”

“I’m sorry ma’am but he won’t be able to do that,he’s busy with a patient”Mary said

“Then I will wait till he’s done”Diane said and sat down at the waiting room

“Like seriously?”Mary scoffed

Lizzy came to meet her with a mocking laugh

“I’m so thrilled,I guess she doesn’t want you to treat her because she doesn’t trust you”Lizzy said and Mary hissed

“Oh please I’m not interested this early morning”

“Just watch as I go to her and get her treated”Lizzy said confidently walking towards Diane

“Hello there Miss Diane,I’m Nurse Lizzy”Lizzy introduced

“How come you know my name?”Diane asked puzzled

“Who won’t know the Winston’s family,of course I know you. You have a cut on your arm?”Lizzy asked

“Not it’s food,of course it’s a cut that needs to be treated”Diane said savagely

“Let me get my tools”

“Don’t bother yourself,i have someone else to do it for me”Diane said and Lizzy left

~30 MINUTES LATER
Richard finally came out of a ward and Diane went to meet him immediately

“Hey Richard”She smiled gummily

“You? Diane right?”Richard asked

“Yes it’s me,been waiting for you to come treat me” Diane said showing him her arm

“Why wait for me? There are other nurses that get do it”

“I know but I want you,I intentionally cut my self with a razor blade just to see you”

“What? You did this to yourself?”Richard said with wide eyes

“It means nothing to me as long as I get to see you,I searched for you on the internet yesterday and that was how I found out you work here” Diane said

“Gosh you are weird”

“I know,come treat my wound my prince charming”Diane said

“Sure come with me,my tools Is in my office”Richard said and Diane followed him

Mary was watching the scene from where she is and she couldn’t stop cursing under her breath

“Hey Mary”Trip called her attention and she looked up

“Need anything?”

“Doctor Ken said we should check Ward 100 together”He said

“Oh that old woman?”

“Yes,do you like Richard?”Trip suddenly asked

“No I don’t”She said quickly

“Thank Goodness! Because Richard is a great flirt and I know this because we are friends, didn’t you see how he was flirting with that lady earlier?” He asked

“I saw it,so he’s a flirt”

“A big one,I just warned you so you will be cautious with your heart, Richard doesn’t worth any lady in this world”Trip added

“Let’s just go to the Ward” Mary said looking bored

~BAR HOUSE
A man came out of the house,he was wearing a hoodie covering up most of his face so it was difficult to see him clearly

He brought out his ringing phone and he picked it when he saw he’s out of ear reach

“Yes boss…plan failed…sure but money is very important to me… okay”He ended the call looking sideways before pocketing it and he walked back to the bar house

~DYLAN’S ISLAND
Daisy was the first to wake up and she frowned when she felt the cold floor instead of the usual soft bed

She also noticed a hand is on her left boob,she turned her face and she was surprised to see Dylan sleeping so close to her

Spranged up immediately, looking at her surrounding,dirty plates and glass cup were on the floor

“Can’t believe we ended up sleeping here all night,this place look disgusting”She said as she started picking up the plates and glass cup before going into the kitchen

She came back to the living room after washing it and and met Dylan awake already

“Good morn…”He cut her short

“Who is Romeo?”He asked holding her phone

“Oh…”

“And why is he missing you?”
