“Wake up.. Hey wake up!” Brandon sprinkled water on her face.

Kaylee blinked and slowly opened her eyes. Her eyes widened and she quickly pulled the sheets to her body, shifting away from him.

“What did you do to me? Answer me!!” Kaylee yelled angrily.

“Huh? What you talking about?” Brandon raised a brow.

“You bàstard!! You have no conscience!! Taking advantage of a drunk girl!! I hate you!!” Kaylee shouted, throwing the pillows to him.

Brandon caught one of the pillow and shot it back at her face.

“I have no idea of what you’re talking about but do you think I’ll stoop that low?” Brandon said

Kaylee furrowed her brows. What does he mean by that??

Kaylee’s eyes widened..

“Wait what’s the day of today. My period is…” Kaylee paused and embarrassment began eating her up when she realized she was in her period.

“Then.. Then why I’m I naked” Kaylee managed to mutter.

“You were the one who undress yourself” Brandon scoffed before picking his car keys.

“When you’re done hallucinating of what I don’t understand, get out of my house” Brandon said and with that he left the room for his photoshoot

Kaylee fell back on the bed with eyes closed..

“I’m never drinking alcohol again. What’s the meaning of this!! Gosh this is so embarrassing!!?”

<RODRIGUEZ MANSION>

Angelo and his mom could be seen in the dining room, having their breakfast. It was a Saturday so no lectures for them.

“What’s your plan for today?” Melissa asked, chewing on her food.

“Nothing big. Just have to go for some photoshoots of my next film that will be airing next week” Angelo said and drank water.

“Mom, I have a question” Angelo asked, dropping the glass of water on the table.

“Go on son”

“Mom there’s this girl…” Angelo began and Melissa was already smiling widely

Angelo sighed loudly

“Just forget it”

“C’mon son… Don’t be shy!” Melissa whined and Angelo smiled

“There’s this girl and I don’t know why but the very first day I saw her, something moved in me… She’s just too perfect and no matter how hard I try I still end up thinking about her” Angelo said.

“My baby is growing” Melissa gushed.

“Mom c’mon…” Angelo rolled his eyes and Melissa laughed.

“Well it’s either you’re crazy or you’re starting to develop feelings for the girl” Melissa replied.

“I knew it… Harmony what did you do to me, are you a wîtch?” Angelo thought while smiling.

“So tell me, is she cute? Is she in your department? How old is she?” Melissa asked.

“Mom…” Angelo laughed

“Good morning sir” The maid greeted and Angelo had to turn to see who the maid was greeting.

His mood immediately crumpled when the person turned out to be his father.

The once happy vibes in the room immediately changed when Daniel took his seat.

The maid served him his food and he began eating it in silence

“G.. Good morning love. You didn’t tell me you were coming back today” Melissa smiled.

“Shut up woman, I didn’t give you the permission” He snapped, without sparing her a glance.

Melissa went mute. Daniel looked up at Angelo.

“And you.. I heard you’re writing an exam on Monday, you better not fail it coz if you do, forget about your acting career.” Daniel said.

Angelo’s grip on the fork tightened as he swallowed nothing.

“Yes… Father”

“Next week, you’re going to follow me for a business meeting with some partner. It’s time you start walking in my foot steps as my lone successor” Daniel said

Angelo stood up.

“I have to go now” He muttered and with that, he left..

<THE WATKINS>

Kaylee walked in the house and her feet halted when the first person she saw was her father. He was sitting in the living room, smoking with a murderous look on his face.

Glen who was sitting beside him saw Kaylee first and she gestured at Kaylee not to enter any further but it was too late coz Marco already saw her.

Marco stood up and walked to her and without wasting time, a slap landed on Kaylee’s cheek making her to stagger back.

“Where do you think you’re coming from!! Who’s house did you went to!! I’m sure it’s a guy!! You shameless whore!!” Marco landed another slap on her face.

“Marco, please” Glen made to hold him but he slapped her and she fell down.

“I told you not to interfere in my business right!!” Marco shouted and raised his hand to slap her but Kaylee shielded Glen.

“I knew it. Like mother like daughter!! Bunch of slvts!!” Marco said and grabbed Kaylee’s hair harshly, pulling her up

“Argh…”

“Listen to me carefully. Let today not repeat itself again and if by chance I found out that you went against me and went to college…” Marco said and laughed shortly, signifying how serious he meant his threat.

“I’ll skin you alive. You and your wretched mother” He growled and punched her before releasing her.

“What did I ever do to you.. You allowed Juliet to go to school, you allowed her to do her dream job. Why me” Kaylee blurted out in pains.

Marco scorned.

“Because you’re a worthless piece of trash who shouldn’t have been born” Marco muttered.

He picked his stick of cigarette where he threw it and then carried his bag pack before leaving the house

Kaylee held her tummy he punched as blood escaped from her lips.

“Baby.. Baby, let’s get you treated” Glen said with teary eyes.

Kaylee stood up and ran out of the house before Glen could finish speaking.

“Kaylee!! Kaylee!!”

<ANDERSON MANSION>

Winter sang melodiously as she played the guitar. Kelly, Cassidy and Winter’s music tutor was in the room, watching her sing till the end.

“Bravo!!” Kelly and Cassidy clapped loudly.

“You’ve greatly improved” Her music tutor said and Winter smiled.

She brought out her phone and looked at the announcement she saw online. The post is about a very big music industry who’ll be taking in young talents through a survival show.

Her parents already registered her since it’s her dream to sing.

“I’m sure you’re going to win this! I can already picture you on stage with tons of fans hailing you” Kelly said.

Winter smirked proudly.

“Of course I know I’ll win” She muttered and smirked more.

“Can’t wait to see the look on that b*tch’s face. I’m sure she’s living in regret now after last night” Winter muttered, referring to Harmony.

Harmony could be seen strolling down the streets while texting her friends.

She send the last text message and looked up. Her eyes widened when she saw Angelo coming. He was putting on a face mask to avoid fans but she could still recognize him

She quickly turned and made to run away when Angelo grabbed her wrist.

“Why are you avoiding me” Angelo asked.

“Huh? Avoiding you? Why should I avoid you.. It’s just that,, that I forgot something at home” Harmony said without looking at his face

Angelo smiled. Earlier he was feeling really down but just looking at her face lifted up his mood.

“Is it because of the kiss?” Angelo asked

“What? No!! The kiss meant nothing so why should I avoid you coz of that.. It’s just that,, that…” Harmony bit her lips

“Gosh this is embarrassing” She sighed out and Angelo chuckled.

“See? I knew it was coz of the kiss. So does that mean you like me?” Angelo teased, wiggling his brows

Harmony immediately frowned

“Me? Like you? Eww” She made disgusted face.

“Ouch… You just stabbed my heart” Angelo placed his hand on his chest

Harmony chuckled and her eyes went to a flyer. She walked to the flyer and read it.

Her eyes widened as she read.

“OMG!!” Harmony exclaimed happily

“What’s up?” Angelo asked.

“A survival show will soon be going on and if I win, I’ll get to become a singer!!” Harmony gushed and squealed loudly.

“Your mom already paid me for tutoring you. I just need few cash to complete it so I can register. Do you know a place I can work another part-time job?” Harmony asked

“Well sure… I was just heading to do my photoshoot, the company is always in need of female models. You can model for today and they’ll pay you. I’m sure the money will sum up to the amount you’ll need to register.” Angelo explained.

“Really? Thank you!!” She stood on her toes and pecked his cheek.

Angelo’s eyes widened..

“Come let’s go!! I can’t wait for the survival show!” Harmony giggled excitedly, pulling him by the arm.

Angelo sighed and shook his head.

“Get a grip of yourself Angelo… You’re the one who makes girls go crazy not the other way round” He thought as they walked.

<ROM. CORPORATION>

Juliet could be seen sitting out of Romeo’s office, her legs crossed as she pressed her phone.

Rosella entered the block and her countenance changed when she saw Juliet. The scene of when she saw Juliet with Romeo flashed in her head and her blood boiled..

“You can’t come out of nowhere and just claim Romeo” Rosella sneered.

She smiled as she brought out a ring from her pocket. That’s Romeo’s wedding ring, one of his most treasured property.

He literally has it everywhere he goes and he mistakenly dropped it at her place when he came to visit her and she decided to come and give him.

Rosella smiled and walked to Juliet then knowingly stumbled on Juliet’s foot. She used that opportunity to slip the ring in her pocket.

“I’m sorry-”

“Watch were you place you foot” Rosella snapped

She scoffed and walked in Romeo’s office with a smile on her lips. Juliet shrugged and resumed what she was doing.

<P!NK STUDIO>

Angelo and Harmony walked till where the photoshoot are being. Angelo met his filming crew there and the girl who played as female lead on his upcoming film was already having her photoshooting session.

“Brany!” Harmony exclaimed when she saw Brandon at the other side having his photoshoots for his next cover magazine..

👥 Did she just call Brandon… Brany?

👥 Who is she? His girlfriend?

Brandon turned and was surprised to see Harmony waving at him with a big smile on her face. He made to wave back but when he saw her holding Angelo’s hand, he just looked away

“Huh? Is he in a bad mood again?” Harmony muttered.

“I’ll be off. Need to change” Angelo smiled and left.

Harmony stood there, looking around.

“Can I help you miss?” One of the worker walked to her.

“Oh I’m here for the part-time job. I heard your agency needed a model.. Just for today though” Harmony smiled.

“Perfect! You came just in time, our top model Brandon needed a female for our next concept.. Please follow me” The female led her to the dressing room.

Angelo walked in, dressed in white. His long brown hair just made him look like prince from a fairytale.

He walked to set and his photoshoots began immediately.

Not long after Harmony walked in dresses in a black gown with light makeup on her face.

The moment she came in, Brandon and Angelo lost focus and began starring at her.

“You look perfect.. Go on, join Brandon” The photographer said.

“What!” Angelo exclaimed inwardly and began frowning.

Harmony nodded and walked to the other set. Angelo began glaring at Brandon.

“Angelo, focus here!”

“So the concept you two will be filming now will be cute and romantic. Can you pull it off.” The photographer asked and Harmony nodded.

She faced Brandon and swallowed.

“What do I do now” She began panicking inwardly.

Brandon sighed and pulled her closer then threw her arms round his shoulder, holding her waist as he gazed directly at her eyes.

“Just follow my lead” Brandon said softly.

“Perfect! You two look perfect together!!” The shooting began

Angelo couldn’t help but stare jealously at them.

“Angelo!!” The director sighed.

“Sorry.” Angelo muttered and held the waist of his female lead, posing for the couple shoots.

Brandon brought his hand to her hair and tugged it behind her ear, still starring at in the eyes as the shoots went on

For some unknown reasons there’s just something so mesmerizing about those eyes. He held her chin and brought his face closer to hers.

“Uhh Bran.. Brandon?” Harmony stuttered, feeling uncomfortable.

“It’s for the shoots, close your eyes” Brandon whispered and Harmony swallowed trying to look as natural as possible before closing her eyes.

“You two are so perfect!!” The photographer kept complimenting.

Brandon stared at her lips and then at her eyes before he gulped down. He cupped her cheek and closed his eyes, leaning for her lips.

“You f**king bàstard!!” Angelo sneered and immediately slipped off his shoes.

“Don’t you dare kiss her!!” Angelo shouted and threw his shoes at Brandon.

Brandon got back to his senses and pulled away from Harmony. The flying shoe took Harmony’s forehead and she went down.

Angelo’s eyes widened

“Harmony!!”

Kaylee could be seen sitting by the bridge crying her eyes out. This is the first time that she’s crying over it

For years now she’s been bottling in all those feelings in her..

“Don’t I deserve to just be happy like other kids of my age?” She cried loudly as the wind blew on her hair.

Her lips has stopped bleeding but the bruise was still there and her eyes were already so red from the tears.

Yesterday didn’t turn out as planned but she wouldn’t deny the fact that she had fun, she made friends and also got drunk… Things kids of her age are supposed to do.

Even though she embarrassed herself in front of Brandon, she was still happy but now everything was crushed

Marco’s words kept ringing in her head and she shook her head trying to shake off those words.

“I can’t continue living like this.. No I can’t take it” Kaylee muttered and stood up then climbed up the railings..

“I’m sorry mom, big sis.. I’m sorry I won’t be able able to make you proud” She muttered and like that,

She jumped off the bridge.
