” I’m not jealous okay . Why do you even think I’m jealous ? I seriously don’t care about what you do with other women. Not like we have something together ” I said finally finding my voice . He smirked in my direction as he released his grip on my waist .

” I’ll play along Tega . I guess we are going to pretend for now” he said sending chills down my spine . I hate the fact that I’m so attracted to him , that’s what giving him all the mind in the world .

” I’ll leave you to eat then “he said and stood up with both hands tucked in the pocket of his pants .

” I got you these “he said and handed me the shopping bag . I watched him leave before my house went over to the bag on my lap . I dropped the glass and quickly went through the content of the bag .

” Designer slippers “I muttured under my breath with a small smile playing on my lips. Taking off my heels ,I changed into them and sighed softly .

” Hey sweetie “Avyrll said walking over to me with a glass in her hand . We exchanged cheek kisses and I noticed she was smiling more than usual . I followed her gaze and nearly choked again .

” Adonis ? “I asked in shock and she blushed red .

” Wow ..just wow “I said hiding the fact the fact that I wanted to laugh . I didn’t see that coming in anyway .

” He’s such a gentleman you know “she said excitedly . Avy has the purest heart and she can be preety naive sometimes . I just hope she has everything under control .

” Don’t get your heart involved”I said and she blushed red and gave a nod in agreement . She gets easily attached and I don’t want my girl getting hurt .

I left the venue preety late and immediately I got home , I went straight to the bathroom to freshen up .

I texted him and stared at my phone for a reply. When I didn’t get anything after sometime , I decided to go to bed . Immediately I got on the bed my phone pinged with a text.

For some odd reason I stared at his text for sometime before laying down to sleep.

The days that followed where busy with the wedding preparations . I noticed Pierre was also a huge workaholic . We had no time to say hi to each other and his Spanish girlfriend had her claws around him the entire time . Not that I care anyways

” Did he tell you he has a girlfriend ? “My mind asked mockingly .

“Why else where they acting all lovey dovey around each other ? I asked before I could stop myself .

” Don’t you have anything better to do ? “I asked and she laughed.

” There’s nothing as sweet as teasing you Tegs . Now out with it . Who’s acting lovey dovey ? ” She asked as her eyes scanned the room .

” No one . I was not talking about anyone”I said and she stared at me with eyebrows raised .

” That’s like saying you have run mad ” she said dramatically.

” Avy please”I muttured under my breath and she laughed .

” Goodevning ladies ” someone said and we both turned our attention to the guy in front of us . He was tall in height and looked good .

” I’m Damien Anderson by the way. One of the guest for the wedding “he said and Avy looked at me teasingly. It was preety obvious who he has his eyes on .

” Tega Williams”I said as we shook hands Avy winked at me and gave us privacy.

” Heard you’re the wedding planner ? Good job you’ve put up so far “he complimented me and I gave a nod .

” Oh thanks Mr Anderson ” I said and he smiled .

” Call me Damien “he said and I knew he was interested the minute my eyes met his .

” Oh “I said softly and he smiled.

” So are you free tommorow night ? “He asked as we walked together . The guy had this next door guy looks with the warmest smile I’ve ever seen . Too innocent for the likes of me .

” I … “I trailed and his eyes sparked with too much expectation . Maybe I should just go on a date with him and then tell him I couldn’t feel the spark . Anything to make him back off without hurting him .

” Sure . I’ll check my schedule with my assistant and get back to you ” I said and he smiled happily.

” I’ll be honoured Tega ” he said smiling and I returned the smile . We exchanged cards and as he walked out of the venue .

I could feel someone’s hot gaze from the opposite direction . I turned and it was Pierre . Shifting my gaze immediately I bit my lower lip.

He didn’t say anything to me during the function .Infact he acted like he didn’t send me burning stares a while ago .

” Tega “I heard his voice behind me as I made my way out of the venue .

” Goodevning Mr Schmitt”I said proffessionally and he stared at me in amusement.

” Mr Schmitt ? I see we are back to last name bases ” he said and I stared at him trying to hide the fact that I was fvcking nervous .

Pierre has this calm demeanour when he’s angry and I don’t even know what is running through his mind .

” Let’s go ” he said walking in front and I stared at him in shock .

” Go where ? You can’t just tell me to go somewhere and I’ll go with you like I’m your girlfriend or wife . “I said Immediately . Is this man for real right now .

” Do not fvcking tempt me Tega let’s go” he said and I slapped his hand immediately he held me by the wrist . The red marks on his hand showed how hard I had slapped him .

” You can’t win this by trying to control me Pierre .what is wrong with you ! “I fired angrily.

” Everything is wrong with me Tega . Why are you doing this to me ? Do you enjoy this toture you’re putting me through ? ” He asked and I stared at him in shock .

He looked like he has been controlling himself from the minute he entered the party.

” I don’t understand what you’re talking about . Pierre stop this madness people are looking at us ! “I said as people walked out of the party .

” You’re bringing out this side of me with your stubbornness Tegs . Are you coming with me or I should throw you in my car ? ” He asked and I controlled my anger .

” What about my car ? I can’t just … ” I trailed and he brought out his phone and placed it on his ear .

” Uriel come outside “he said and I don’t know what his personal assistant said he cursed out in French .

” What exactly did I do to make you this angry ? “I asked with arms folded .

” Are you seriously asking me that question ? He asked walking close to me . I gasped as he pulled me into his arms .

“Okay Calm down first “I said as my heart beat against my chest crazily . This man is acting possessed .

” Are you coming with me or we should do it my way ? “He asked and I bit my lower lip nervously .

“Boss ” his personal assistant said coming out .

” Hand him your keys “Pierre said and I sighed softly .

” I’ll text you address”I said handing him my car keys .

As we walked out together he hung his jacket on my shoulders .

” Pierre I’m not feeling Cold “I said and he pinched the bridge of his nose .

” I know. Your back is exposed and besides I don’t like this dress it’s way too provocative Tega ” he complained and I opened and closed my mouth like a fish .

” It’s fashion “I said and he sighed softly .

” You’re too stubborn . Trust me the next time I see you dressing in something like this. I’ll fvcking burn it down “he said and my throat went dry immediately .

I got into his car and as he got in the driver’s seat ,I leaned on the chair calmly.

He had one hand on the steering wheel and the other hand on my thigh. My dress slipped up a bit revealing my thighs further .

He didn’t look someone doing something that naughty infact he had his eyes on the road while driving . My body got heated up as I parted my legs a bit giving him entrance .

His long manly fingers trailed upwards and I sucked under my breath as his grazed my panties .

” Pie….rre”I breath out as my lips parted slightly. My eyes shut in pleasure immediately I felt him stroke me down there .I gasped in shock immediately he sent it in .

” Sh!t “I cursed under my breath and pushed his finger out immediately. He chuckled darkly and I blushed immediately .

” I thought you were a badie Tega ? “He asked teasingly.

” Oh please spare me that “I said and looked away immediately.

” Your house ? “I asked immediately I noticed where we were going .

” What do you have against my house Tegs ? “He asked and I shook my head .

” You can’t keep your hands to yourself that’s what I have against your house ” i said and he laughed.

” Let’s just do this once and maybe I’ll get you out of my system . Isn’t that what you want ? To get me off your neck ? He asked and I shook my head .

” Pierre you don’t look like someone who will let me be after a night . You nearly burned me out there because I have Damien my card . And we are not even dating”I said and he pinched the bridge of his nose .

“You’re not going out with that guy tommorow . “He said and I laughed .

” And who was asking for your permission ? I asked and he laughed .

” Don’t tempt me Tega ” he said and I decided to let things slide for the main time. Arguing will lead to bigger fights .

We got to his place and immediately we got into house . His hands went around my waist .

” I’ll be going back to my house tonight “I said and his jaws literally dropped.

” Tonight ? . Can’t you just sleep over ” he asked and I sighed .

” See what I was talking about ? This possessiveness is a big no for me Pierre I don’t do relationships “I said and he ran his fingers in his hair .

” Ah is this karma or something ? I’ve been the one saying the latter for years “he said and I looked around the house .

Walking over to his bar . I picked up a bottle of non alcoholic wine and he went into the kitchen to get a clean glass .

” Here you go “he handed it over to me and I poured in some of the content and as the sweet liquid touched my tongue I savoured sweetly .

I sat down and watched him take of the buttons of his sleeves .

My eyes trailed his body as he walked towards the stairs .

” Fvck “I cursed under my breath and he turned .

” Is everything okay ? ” He asked and my eyes moved from his spotless skin to his beautiful lips .

Is this man for real ? How can everything be okay when he looks like the reason why women get seduced.

” Make yourself comfortable I’ll just go upstairs and change into something comfortable”he said and immediately he went upstairs my mind went back to our encounter in his car .
