<NEXT MORNING>

Calvin finished dressing for school and he walked out of his room. As expected his mom was sleeping and he didn’t want to disturb her sleep so he left the house quietly.

He got out of the house and was surprised to see Aubrey waiting for him beside her car.

“Aubrey?” Calvin raised a brow, going closer to her.

“Finally! What took you so long!” She smiled.

“What you doing here?” He asked.

“Well.. I was just passing by and decided to stop by and pick you up for school” Aubrey said

“Really?” Calvin smirked and leaned closer to her ear.

“Just admit that, you missed seeing my handsome face so you decided to come pick me up” He whispered.

Aubrey’s pushed him off.

“Will you stop being so confident!” She scoffed and entered the car then peeped out..

“What are you waiting for to get in? An invitation card?” She raised a brow

Calvin chuckled and dipped his hand in his pocket before getting in the car.

“You should learn how to be romantic” Calvin muttered as the driver drove off.

<SPAIN≈7PM>

Catalina finished wearing the earring and then she sighed as she looked at herself on the mirror.

“I’m I ugly? Do I need to apply more makeup?” She thought nervously, checking herself out on the mirror.

“Calm down Cata! Since when did you start feeling insecure of your looks?” Her subconscious mind said and she sighed

“Yeah, I should find my confidence back” She thought though deep down she knew she was doing all these to make sure she looks good for Frederick.

They were currently going for the party and she didn’t want to embarrass him in front of his rich friends.

A soft knock suddenly came up.

“Catalina? Are you done?” Frederick spoke.

“Uhh… Give me few minutes” She said and began wearing her heels.

Once she was through she stood up and picked her purse, looking one last time at herself on the mirror before leaving.

“I’m done” She opened the door and walked out.

Frederick who was leaning on the wall looked at her and his eyes couldn’t help but widened.

She was putting on a long black backless gown that hugged her curves tightly, the gown had a long slight from her mid thigh going down and her long black hair was dyed to brown and it was styled such that it fell on her left shoulder

For the first time since he knew her she was putting on makeup and she wore the diamond earrings and necklace that rested on her full b**bs.

“Umm how.. Do I look?” She asked nervously.

Frederick just stared at her, not knowing which words he’ll use to describe her.

He cupped her cheek and pressed his lips on her forehead.

“You’re perfect” He replied affectionately and Catalina couldn’t help but smile

“Shall we?” He showed his arm

Catalina nodded and hugged his arm and like that they left

<STARSHIP HIGH>

Aubrey and Calvin got to school and strangely, all eyes were on them. Some students gave him disgusted looks while murmuring amongst themselves.

👥 Just look at how lewd his mom looks like in this video. Dancing half naked.

👥 I heard Calvin has a sister. I’m sure she’s just as b*tchy as the mother.

👥 I’m sure Calvin was born out of his mother’s dirty job.

👥 So shameless. I hate this family already.

“Why are they looking at you this way?” Aubrey asked.

“I have no-”

“Calvin!!” Nelson ran to him with Dream and Alice behind him.

“Calvin” He called again, breathing heavily before grabbing Calvin’s shoulder.

“Are you okay!” He muttered, fear and worry could be seen on his face.

“Of course I am..” Calvin stared confusedly.

“You… You haven’t read the news right?” Dream muttered, traces of tears could be seen in her eyes.

“What are you talking about?” Calvin raised his brow, bringing out his phone.

The first thing he fell on was the video and his eyes widened in shock.

A video of Sarah pole dancing almost naked was seen with the caption:

SARAH WATSON, MOTHER TO CATALINA WATSON AND CALVIN WATSON GOT CAUGHT DOING WHAT SHE KNOWS BEST

It even went viral and was shared so many times with so many negative comments.

💬 That’s so shameless of her, I wonder what she has been teaching to her children.

💬 Rumors has it that Frederick Reynolds is dating her daughter. Who knows she’s after his money.

💬 That’s so shameless… We don’t want a slut for our Frederick!!

💬 We hate you!! Watson family, go to hell!!

That was just few of the negative comments they kept receiving. Calvin’s hand began trembling and his phone fell from his hand.

👥 Booo!!!

👥 You loser!! I’m sure you snatched Aubrey from Drake

👥 Leave this school!!

👥 Loser!!

The students began throwing things at him as they booed and jeered at Calvin but he didn’t bulge, a drop of tear fell from his eyes as a drop of tear fell from his eyes.

“Enough with this nonsense if you don’t want to get in my bad books!!” Alice screamed meanly.

Calvin folded his fists tightly and stormed out of the area, heading to class.

“Calvin!!” Aubrey shouted and went after him with the others

Calvin marched to class with a murderous look on his face. Only one person can do this to him, only one person hates him enough to do this.

He kicked the door open and the students in their class jolted, the teacher wasn’t there yet.

Drake who was discussing with his best friend, Caleb smirked as he looked at Calvin.

That’s the look he wants to see on his face.

“I see you’ve watched the news. Did you like my surprise?” Drake laughed.

A punch immediately landed on his face and he fell on the floor.

“You bas***d!! How dare you tarnish my family’s reputation this way!! You had beefs with only me why drag my family into this!!” Calvin shouted as he showered Drake’s face with punches.

Drake made to fight back but he clearly overpowered him.

“Calvin stop!” Caleb made to pull Calvin off Drake.

“Get off!!” Calvin landed a punch on his face and he crashed on the desk.

He turned back his attention to Drake and resumed giving him the beating of his life.

“I hate you!! I hate you!!” Calvin began kicking his tummy.

Drake vomited blood.

👥 Someone call the security, he’s going to ki*ll him!!

The students there even became scared to approach Calvin.

“Calvin!” Aubrey exclaimed and ran to him. He suddenly hugged him from behind.

“Please stop..” She muttered.

“Aubrey let me go” Calvin said, breathing heavily.

“No! If you wanna hit me too go on but I’m never letting you go” Aubrey said.

Drake suddenly began laughing from the ground. His mouth and nose was so bloody.

“Go on, hit me all you want! It’ll never change the fact that your family is a disgrace to the society. Your mother is just as useless as you” Drake laughed loudly.

“You-” Calvin made to go to him but Aubrey hugged him tighter.

Calvin folded his fists tightly and released himself from Aubrey’s grip, leaving the school.

“Alice you’re an excellent hacker, please bring down the video before it leaves Australia. Calvin told me his sister was on a trip and I don’t think it’s wise letting her know for now. You Dream and Nelson please explain everything to the principal when they’ll summon Calvin,, I’ll go after him” Aubrey said and they all nodded.

She immediately ran after Calvin.

Nelson folded his fists tightly, feeling the urge to punch Drake who continued laughing.

<SPAIN≈ HALL>

Frederick and Catalina walked in the hall and she couldn’t help but admire how luxurious the hall looked.

All eyes immediately diverted to them, especially Catalina. The men in hall couldn’t help but stare at her and that made their partners jealous of Catalina who was stealing the men’s attention.

Frederick hissed when he saw all the eyes on Catalina.

“I hate the way they look at you. Makes me wanna gorge out their eyes” Frederick frowned.

“Why?” Catalina looked at him.

“Because you’re mine… Only me gets to stare at you that way” Frederick said and Catalina immediately blushed, looking more pretty.

“Let’s go and sit” Frederick said and they walked to a table where some men and their respective partners could be seen discussing.

“Mrs Reynolds! What brings you here in Spain!” A man exclaimed as he shook hands with Frederick.

“Nice seeing you again” Frederick smiled.

Catalina looked at a lady and she couldn’t help but furrow her brows. The lady looked so familiar..

Her confusion cleared when the man beside her looked up. It was none other than Roman and Sandra, his girlfriend.

Roman couldn’t hide the surprised look on his face when he saw Frederick and Catalina, his eyes were more on Catalina.

At one moment he began doubting if it’s really her. She looks so beautiful and tantalizing.

“Mr Robson?” Frederick called and he diverted his gaze back to Frederick who had his hand stretched waiting for a handshake.

He slowly accepted it

“It’s been long we’ve last seen Roman. How is your company, I hope it hasn’t gone bankrupt yet. I was so worried about you that I had to ask your personnel if you didn’t die of asthma” Frederick smirked.

Roman gulped down, trying to suppress his anger. He didn’t fail to notice the sarcasm and mockery behind Frederick’s word.

And he was right. Lately his company has been losing a lot of money to Frederick’s company that’s his purpose of coming to Spain, so that he could garner some investors before his company goes bankrupt..

“I’m.. Okay” He managed to say with a smile.

“That’s good to hear” Frederick nodded.

“Meet my beautiful, able and hardworking secretary and most importantly my girlfriend… Catalina Watson” Frederick presented Catalina who smiled.

She was already getting used to him calling her his girlfriend.

“Oh my god, she’s so beautiful” One of the lady there said.

“Thank you” Catalina smiled.

Frederick pulled out a chair for her and she sat down. Frederick settled down next to her.

“Girlfriend?! What!! How!!” Roman screamed inwardly as his eyes couldn’t leave Catalina.

Sandra wasn’t left out too, she bit her lips as she stared at Frederick who looked so hot… Roman was nothing compared to Frederick in terms of money and looks.

“Just my type of guy” She thought, already fantasizing dirty things Frederick could do to her.

Catalina looked at her and frowned at how desperate she looked. She smirked and held Frederick’s arm then whispered something to his ear.

Frederick looked at her and smiled before kissing her forehead.

“Don’t they look so perfect together?” One of the men commented.

Sandra frowned and folded her fists. Catalina faced Sandra and smirked.

She stylishly raised her middle finger and mouthed “Go f*ck yourself b*tch” to Sandra.

Sandra folded her fists more tightly..

“Calvin!!” Aubrey called running after Calvin who abruptly stopped.

They were both standing on a bridge..

“I want to be alone Aubrey” Calvin said without turning to her.

“You’re not okay Calvin so I’m not leaving” Aubrey said, breathing heavily.

“I said I want to be alone!! Leave just leave!! Let me be!! How I’m I sure that you didn’t plan all these with that jerk!! Just-”

Aubrey slammed her lips on his before he could finish speaking. Calvin’s eyes widened and he slowly closed his eyes as tears cascaded down his cheek.

Aubrey broke the kiss and rested her forehead on his, starring at his teary face.

“I’ll never betray you Calvin, I love you too much to do that” She whispered and cupped his cheek.

“Just cry it out Cal…” She said and Calvin looked down as more tears poured out of his eyes, his shoulder began shaking as he cried

Aubrey hugged him and rubbed his back. He slowly hugged her back, crying on her shoulder.

“Upon all the jobs out there it had to be that,, why? What if Drake is right.. What if I’m just the product of my mother’s sinful acts.. What have I ever done to him for him to loathe me this way.. Is being poor a crime?” He cried loudly.

Aubrey cleaned her own tears and sniffed.

“Don’t think that way Cal… Even if the whole world hates you, I’m never leaving you.. No never” She rubbed his back

<SPAIN>

Catalina walked in the restroom to retouch her makeup. She finished applying it and turned to leave only to see Roman locking the door.

She crossed her arms under her chest and rolled her eyes.

“What do you want?” She asked.

“I wanted us to talk” Roman smiled.

“Cat,, I’m sorry. Please come back to me, my life has been colorless without you in my life” Roman said and made to touch her arm.

“Touch me and I swear this restroom will be your place of déad.” Catalina said and Roman stopped.

She smirked at his face and looked at him from head to toe then chuckled.

“I was seriously blind when I even accepted to date you” She shook her head and made to leave.

“Catalina please… I love you” He grabbed her hand.

Catalina turned to him and immediately raised her knee to his groin.

“Argh!!!” He groaned and went down to his knee.

“I warned you right? Touch me next time and you’ll regret it. I hate you,,, H.A.T.E.. Get that into your dumb brain!!” Catalina screamed and opened the door.

She walked out and saw Frederick coming to her.

“Catalina.. What took you so long?” Frederick asked.

“Nothing… Just some insignificant dirt I was cleaning” She said and hugged Frederick’s arm.

“The party has ended. Shall we go home?” He asked and she nodded with a smile.

And like that they both left.

Meanwhile inside the restroom Roman could be seen groaning in pain.

“You’ll pay for this Catalina.. You and that bas***d called Frederick”

FEW MINUTES LATER

Catalina stared out of the car’s window as the rain poured heavily. She smiled and placed her hand on the window, watching the rain fall.

She really loves the rain. She could still remember when she was a kid, how she always plays in the rain… But all that stopped when that trauma happened.

Frederick who was driving with a one hand looked at Catalina’s wish list and sighed.

“Upon all places it had to be under the rain.” He thought and sighed.

“Things I do for love” He mumbled under his breath and suddenly stopped the car.

“What is happening? Did the car break down?” She asked but Frederick just opened the car door and he got out in the rain.

“What the hell is he doing? Should I call an asylum?” Catalina thought as Frederick walked to her side of the car and opened it.

“What… Ahh!!” She exclaimed when Frederick pulled her out of the car.

It took few seconds for the rain to badly wet their bodies.

“What are you doing!” Catalina exclaimed, glaring at him as she removed some strands of her wet hair that stuck to her face.

Frederick place one of his hand on the car while his other hand went to her waist.

“Next time you wanna write a wish list, don’t make it too complicated” Frederick muttered.

“How did-”

Her eyes bulged out and refused to close when Frederick’s lips landed on hers. She instantly froze.

Frederick kissed her? He f*cking did! It wa as if time froze for them

Frederick’s hand left the car and cupped her cheek as he kissed her soft lips slowly with his eyes closed, pouring all his affection in the kiss

His heart beat kept doubling at each passing second that he feared it might exploded.

He slowly broke the kiss to look at her shocked face. He smiled and rubbed her lips.

“Your third wish was to have your first kiss under the rain… Right? You should stop reading too much fantasy romance” Frederick chuckled and cupped his cheek, staring at her with nothing but affection in his eyes.

“I love you Catalina,, very much. If someone told me I’ll ever fall in love again with my cute silly secretary I would have denied it but here I am,,, completely whipped and heads over heels for you.” Frederick said

Catalina’s eyes widened as she stared at him. Did she hear right? Is she dreaming?

“I don’t really know what caused your phobia but I promise you that I’m never gonna leave you, let the whole world be against us.. So long as I have you by my side, I’m ready to fight any battle that’ll come our way. Catalina,, will you be my girlfriend for real this time” Frederick said and tears fell from Catalina’s eyes.

Catalina immediately wrapped her arms round his neck and reconnected back their lips. Frederick smiled and held her waist as they kissed slowly and tenderly.
