Melody of Love

The moment that we met,
I knew you were the one.
Your smile lit up the room,
Outshining sun.
My shining sun.

 

With you I feel complete,
My missing piece I found.
Within your arms I’m home,
On holy ground,
My only ground.

No greater joy I’ve known,
Than gazing in your eyes.
I lose all sense of time,
As in your light I bask,
Only one in my path.

I promise here and now,
My love will never fade.
With you I walk in grace,
No more in shade,
With you alone I parade.

You are my angel sent,
My destiny, my fate.
I’ll keep you in my heart,
Till bones quiver, ache,
Or till my dying day.
