“Of course not, the name sounds familiar,” Daniel said

“That must be it, this one can’t be the Dahlia you know,” Anna said

“Go fast and come back now, “Mrs Wealth said and Anna left the house

~BROWN’S RESIDENCE
“Anna!”Dahlia screamed on seeing Anna as she jumped on her

“You’ve gained weight, you aren’t the skinny girl I once know” Anna teased

“That’s not actually funny”Dahlia feigned annoyance

“Sorry babes”

“But how did you know I’m back from college?”Dahlia asked

“Your mum actually called me and speaking of your mom, where is she?”Anna asked looking around

“She and my dad went to visit some old friend” Dahlia replied

“Oh, now that I’m here I want to listen to everything that happened to you in college, did you make friends, do you fall in love?” Dahlia blushed hearing the question

“College is fine and fun, though hectic”Dahlia replied

“Just that? Where is the college located anyway?”

“Umm…I can’t really say but it’s far from here”Dahlia said scratching her neck awkwardly

“I’m just asking because I might decide to come to visit you”

“No!”Dahlia exclaimed and Anna raised her eyebrows slightly

“Umm… I mean visitors aren’t allowed, only students of the school”Dahlia replied

“Oops, what’s the name of the college, I might goggle in, I badly wanna come”Anna pouted

“Admission is over and you can’t find the college anywhere on the internet, they deal with privacy, “Dahlia said

“What a weird school you are at, anyway I have lotta gist for you” Anna started smiling already

“Come on, I love lists” Dahlia urged

“Your friend is in love” Anna palmed her face immediately while Dahlia was in shock

“What? Unbelievable! You are in love? This is shocking to me, you never believed in love”

“I know but I got hooked, trust me the guy is handsome, let’s say it’s love at first sight” Anna did a puppy face

“I’m glad you finally fell in love, so who is this guy?”

“He’s presently living in our house and guess what we kissed already”

“Wow! Kissed already?”Dahlia asked and she nodded

“It was yesterday night, I was drunk but I knew what I was doing. This kiss was the best thing that ever happened to me”She gushed and Dahlia smiled

“I will love to meet this guy”

“Why don’t we visit my house so you can see him “Anna suggested

“Sure let’s go,” Dahlia said

~BORDER COLLEGE
Mrs. Duel came out of her office looking at everyone doing their business

“I hope it ends well” She muttered

She saw Roselle coming towards her and she smiled inwardly while keeping a straight face

“Good morning Mrs Duel”Roselle greeted and Mrs Duel nodded

“What do you want Roselle?”

“It’s about my parents, are they still alive, I’m really curious. Most everyone knows their parents but I don’t know mine” Roselle said sadly

“They are dead, your mom died while giving birth to you, “Mrs. Duel said

“What? So they are dead?”Roselle asked

“Yeah I’m sorry Roselle, there’s nothing I can do about it”

“It’s fine, I understand, “Roselle said and walked away sadly

Mrs Duel looked at her retreating figure trying hard not to break down in tears

“You did a great job” a voice whispered into her ears

Mae and Monica looked up as Roselle came in

“Any luck?”Mae asked

“No luck, unfortunately, “Roselle replied

“What did she say?”Monica asked this time

“She said she decided while giving birth to me”Roselle replied

“At least you know something about them now,” Mae said

“Yeah it’s perfectly fine, I was okay without them anyway”

“That’s my girl” Roselle smiled

“Who else is missing Dahlia?”Roselle suddenly asked

“I’m missing her terribly, her absent is felt,” Mae said hugging the pillow to herself

“It feels incomplete without Elena and Dahlia”

“Why don’t we ask for a holiday from Mrs Duel, Dahlia asked right?”Monica asked

“It was her parents that requested it” Mae said

“We can try our luck”

“Where are we going to stay when she finally agrees?”Roselle asked

“My family’s house, we can’t stay here forever you know. I miss home” Monica said feeling nostalgic

~ MRS. WEALTH PLACE
Dahlia and Anna arrived at the house, nobody was in the living room

“Now where’s the guy?”Dahlia asked

“Girl chill, he’s probably inside his room. Let me go fetch him” She said before leaving for Daniel’s room

The front door opened and Daniel came in holding a shopping bag, Dahlia’s mouth was wide open as she stared at him

“Dahlia?”He asked looking shocked too, he didn’t expect to see her here

Anna came out looking disappointed and when she saw Daniel, she smiled going to hug him

“Dahlia this is the guy I’m talking about, isn’t he cute?”Anna asked holding onto his arms

Dahlia’s head sparked when she remembered Anna said they kissed already

“Dahlia?”Anna called when she didn’t receive any answer from her

She looked at Daniel and Anna’s proximity before she stormed out of the house

“What’s wrong with her?”Anna wondered

“Gosh I’m really shocked to see Dahlia here, did Mrs Duel send her away from the college or what”He questioned himself

“What are you talking about and do you know her?”

“Yes she’s my girlfriend, can you take me to her house please,I don’t know why she looks angry”

“Your girlfriend?”

“Yes my girlfriend” Daniel confirmed

“What have I done?”

~BORDER COLLEGE
Adrian came out of his room, he just felt the need to see Roselle and he doesn’t know why

Craig also came out after him making his way to Roselle’s room

Adrian scoffed at him

“And where do you think you are going?”Adrian asked

“And how is that your business?”Craig asked him, both glaring at each other

“Just face your business”Craig passed him intentionally brushing his body over him

“What’s going on with me? Why do I care if he’s going to her all not?” he run his hands through his hair

Craig arrived in front of the room and he knocked, Mae opened the door

“Hey Craig” She waved at him cheerfully

“Hey, is Roselle in?” He asked and Mae frowned Abit

“She’s not, any problem?”

“Nope, just tell her I checked up on her”

He said and left immediately not waiting for Mae’s next word

Roselle was sitting quietly on a bench in the garden and

She comes here whenever she’s feeling down, she wished she knew her parents.

She wished to feel the love of a mother, most of her friends know their parents

Someone appeared in front of her, it was Hellish!
