~REYES RESIDENCE

Mrs Reyes just came back from her business trip and she was pleased to see changes in her son.

“Skylar what charm did you use on my son.” She joked.

“Oh ma’am nothing, I only did what I had to,” Skylar replied.

They are currently in Mrs. Reyes’s room.

“I love it, keep it up. So why was he actually drinking, did he open up to you?”

“I actually figured it out myself.”

“This is the main reason I sent you to Reyes High so you can monitor him and you did a great job.” Mrs. Reyes gave her a thumbs up.

“Thank you, ma’am.”

” Skylar I don’t want you to see yourself as a maid here, you are my friend’s daughter, just be free with me.” She said and Skylar smiled.

Mrs. Reyes pulled her into a hug.

“Your parents were really nice people, they shouldn’t have left you alone in this wicked world. What about your dad’s property?” She suddenly asked and Skylar became sad.

“My uncle took all of it for himself.”

“That’s greediness, don’t worry all the things that you have lost will come back to you,I promise you.” She hugged Skylar again affectionately.

~GOLDEN COLLEGE
Claire came out of the lecture room immediately it ended.

She suddenly saw Tony in the middle of girls as usual and she frowned.

She walked up to them pushing them off.

“Get out!” She chased them away before facing her boyfriend.

“Claire, what’s the meaning of that?” He asked angrily.

” Tony, why are you like this?”

He stood up and left and Claire followed him till he got to a corner.

“Claire how many times will I tell you that it’s nothing.”

” I don’t just like it, why can’t you chase them away when they come flirting with you, can’t you say you have a girlfriend or are they blind to see that?” She queried.

“Just forget it anyway I haven’t received an alert on my phone.”

“Am sorry about that but I haven’t sent it but will when I get to my apartment.” She replied with a hot slap on her cheek.

“You are very useless, aren’t you? Make sure I see the alert before I get home.” He said and left leaving Claire.

Claire couldn’t control the tears anymore as they fell freely.

Tony always treats her like sh*t, he beats her, cheats on her and even extorts money from her but she still stayed because she loves him.

“Tony, why are you like this?” She asked herself silently and she felt a hand on her shoulder.

She turned.

“Claire you don’t deserve him, you are meant to be treated like a queen, not like this,” Nathan said

” None of your business, the most important thing is that we love each other.”

” You call that love? He f****ng slapped you.” He reminded her in case she forgot.

” So? He has the right to, I was being annoying and he helped me to regain my senses so f**k off.” She spat out and left while Nathan bit his lower lips.

~ REYES HIGH ~MONDAY
Blair immediately went to meet Tristan when he entered the class.

” Tristan we need to talk.”

” I’m listening.” He said looking bored.

“Not here.” She said and they went to a more quiet place.

“Tristan why did you stand me up on my birthday.” She accused.

“Oh please Blair, stop with the act. You are just angry I didn’t give you anything.” He said.

“Yes, why? No birthday message from you either, I called you but you didn’t pick up my calls.”

“Sorry if that offended you but I found out you were cheating on me.” He said.

“So? Do you think I love you? I don’t please, just using you for my needs.”

“Figured that out,I also don’t love you. Let’s just say we are using ourselves. So can we continue this loveless relationship?” He asked and Blair frowned.

“Whatever.”

Zion got up from his sit and walked up to Skylar’s.

” Hey.” He called and she looked at him.

“Am sorry for that night,I was kinda tipsy so forgive me.”

“What did you do to her?” Ella asked trying to create conversations but he ignored her.

Isabel came over.

“Zion!” She chirped happily.

“Will you keep your voice low? It’s irritating.” He said and Isabel frowned.

Skylar was still silent.

“Skylar don’t worry, I will make it up to you. I’m so sorry.” He said again and sighed.

” It’s okay, just go,” Skylar said not looking at him.

“Okay, at least you said something.”

” Don’t worry I will talk to her for you,” Ella said assuringly.

“I didn’t ask for your help.” He said.

“If you really want us to be friends, you have to be friends with Ella, I don’t get why you are like this to her?” Skylar said and Ella smiled.

“Oh… Fine, fine.” He accepted.

“Good, so we are good to go.”

Isabel was just looking at Zion, lost in him.

Isla came down from the car chartered by Maverick.

She wore a white gown looking simple.

🗣 Okay another new girl

🗣But she’s pretty

Isla was already uncomfortable since she was not used to being with a lot of people.

She has been indoors almost all her life.

Her eyes landed on a person and she smiled.

“Definitely the one in the picture, let’s get this over with.”
