(Pass through me)

Emerald’s POV
Walking out of the building, I went towards the garden, still angry at the fact that Dave agreed to hug her. I mean, Crystal won’t stop getting on my nerves, I have been keeping my cool, but why is she trying to bring out the fury in me.

And as for Dave, why didn’t he reject the hug, I mean, it’s not like I’m falling for him, but…gosh

“You are clearly having a thing for him…come on…why are you feeling restless because of one hug, what if she tries kissing him” My subconscious noted. I shook my head.

Nope I won’t allow that

“Emerald” I heard his voice, but didn’t turn to look. I mean, he can’t just get here, it’s not up to one minute that I left, and he is already behind me. Did he follow me here, how did he know that I went directly into the garden.

I thought it was his voice replaying itself in my head until he spoke again.

“Pumpkin?” he called, I was forced to turn. He had a contagious smile on his face, but I tried not to allow it get to me. I’m damn angry. I frown

“What’s making you angry..why did you leave” he asked

“And how did you get here so fast…” I was tempted to ask, but clearly ignored him, walking further. He held my hand, dragging me back

“Hey…”

“Get your hands off me” I gritted, but he held me closer

“Come on babe…stop this attitude…what’s going on..what did I do wrong”
I scoff

“Why the hell did you hug her..you are now siding with her right?” I seethed. He frowned, before letting out a chuckle

“I ain’t siding with her. She clearly apologize, in fact she has starting working on one of the cardboards”
“Whatever” I cursed

“Is that jealousy I’m seeing right there…?” He snickered
“What?”

“Come on…don’t feign ignorance..are you jealous of the fact that I returned her hug?”

“And why will I be, we are just friends remember…except you want me to return back to my usual cold attitude”

“Nahh…not that…come here” he pulled me closer

“What are you trying to do?”

“Trying to ask for forgiveness…” he stated, embracing me tightly, he sniffed my hair, heaving a loud sigh
We stood that way for a while, I enjoy the warm embrace, but my skin seems to be the one emitting the heat.

One more thing I couldn’t hear his heart beat. His nose smelt the nape of my neck, I could feel him linger there for a while, his grip tightening round my waist, not letting go. After what seem like forever, I pulled out of the hug

“Erm…why can’t I hear your heartbeat” I asked. He chuckled, caressing my cheek

“You didn’t listen well” he replied. I don’t know why I feel safe around him. On a normal day, I won’t have allowed a guy to touch me, not to talk of a hug, I mean, my hatred for guys because of what they had done to me is uncommon.

But Dave is making me feel weird. I don’t wanna start having weird feelings for anyone yet, I hate heartbreaks, because that’s what Rose is passing through right now.

Looking into his blue oceanic eyes, I was getting drown in it, until he spoke up

“So am I forgiven….or should I do something else” he winked; my heart beat tripled

“What…” I was yet to finish my statement, when he drew me closer, slamming his lips on mine

The sparks that ran down my spine could enter for an electric project, my body went cold with a vigorously shiver, as I reciprocated.

“Gosh…this is heaven..”

Standing few meters away is Gary. He had secretly left the midst of the others to go check on what the duo were up to. He knew that his chance of getting Emerald is low.

He had had his way with her friend, thinking he will get to her while they date.

But the truth is that Emerald was never in support of his relationship with Rose, right from start. And he also doesn’t love Rose a bit. He only used her, and got tired, so he dumped her.

He believes he can still win Emerald over with his father riches, and the facts that he is a prince; well, not until this Dave came in his way, acting all charming and all.

He couldn’t explain the kind of rage he feels now, watching them kiss in the garden. He felt his teeth gnashing hard against one another.

“I will make sure I take her by force…even if it is going down with her first” he vowed in his mind, before going in.

Lazarus appeared in Arthur’s house. He scrutinized the environment for a while, to catch a glimpse of danger but got none. A soul couldn’t be found in, but he felt the presence of a being, meaning that Arthur is around and perhaps knows of his presence.

He was still looking around when a voice spoke from behind.

“You finally came back, right…after running away with her” Arthur muttered, he could feel his anger with the way he speaks

“Arthur…” he was yet to say more, when Arthur swing into action, charging towards him in a super speed, as he released a punch. But Lazarus was swift to back out, he dodged it, vanishing with the air. Arthur staggered forward, trying to maintain a balance stand

“Get the hell back here…just because you have magic doesn’t mean you should use it in a fight” he gritted

Lazarus appeared behind him. He doesn’t want to fight his friend. He knows that Arthur is just being enrage by the fact that he took Celeste away without his consent

“You need to calm down Arthur…you need to hear me out..”

“Cut the act Pal..where is Celeste…why the hell did you run away with her” he snapped, pacing round the room.

“You don’t need to worry about her…she is safe”

“And why the hell won’t I worry about her…she is my mate”

“And she is my sister…I know what is best for her”

“By taking her away from me…or by making her get caught up in your mess…damn” he banged his fist on the wall, as he took his seat on the couch.

“I didn’t take her away from you…I did it for her own good, her own safety..i’m in a deep mess” Lazarus stated, drawing closer.

“We are friends Arthur, you need to understand my plight..”

“And that’s why I’m pissed at you..what’s all this I’m hearing..do you even know that you are currently wanted in Vampic Fall”

“I know that I will be…I’m only here to do the right thing. Celeste is in safe hands, very soon I will let you know where she is, but you also need to be careful. Everyone knows how close we are, Hunter might come for you too” He stated

Arthur scoffed

“You see..when I was telling you the other time not to take up this discipleship whatever…you kept claiming that you can’t go against the law…now you have gotten into Hunter’s mess.

I still don’t know why you are wanted though, but a lot have been happening since that buffalo took the position of a king.

Things are no more going well, and some weird creatures are trying to break through the magic shield of the kingdom. We are gonna be done for if they succeed.

Now I will also have to be on the run, because I am your friend..jeez..this isn’t good at all.

“I’m not asking you to run, just be safe..i promise to make things right..but for now..I need to go” he muttered, turning to leave.

“Lazarus….” Arthur called

He turned to look at him

“Please keep her safe” Arthur muttered. He nodded briefly, heading out.

A Dark Room~
“I am sending the five of you into the human world. Track the young prince, and bring his head” Hunter stated with a loud growl. The warriors who stood opposite him stared at one another before one spoke up.

“My lord..we will need to be really fortified, we can’t take down a royal without the right weapon” The leader of the warriors noted, as the other nodded in agreement.

“Leave that to Onyx, he will be here soon, to cook you up in magic…” he was still speaking when the door opened, with Onyx striding in with a smirk on his face as always. He walked majestically towards them, before bowing before Hunter.

“My lord..” he muttered

“Onyx….you came in time..you can begin your work now..” Hunter smiled

“My lord…there is something you must know..” Onyx stated, he paused for a while before speaking up again

“Lazarus is currently in Vampic Fall…he is presently at the outskirt of the kingdom, where the magic shield stops.” He noted, as Hunter flared in rage

“So finally…that bas***d has decided to show his face…handle this men, I will be back” Hunter sneered, and before the clock would tick, he dashed out in full super speed.

Onyx let out a wicked chuckle

“Now…let the game begin”

He clamped his fingers together, walking towards the men. He let out a scoff, rubbing the ring on his finger, as someone else walked in.

Lazarus stood in his majesty, fully prepared for whosoever will get his message. He had made his presence known in the kingdom; having the hope that either Deleon or Onyx will come for him.

A mighty wind swept off the dust before him, causing it to rise into the air. It lasted for few seconds, but he didn’t move an inch from his position.

Everywhere became calm after a few seconds, as Hunter came into view, with light oozing out of his skin

“Lazarus….” He called loudly with authority; his voice echoed

“I wasn’t expecting you to come…your highness…but still…it’s a good thing that you did not send your puppets” Lazarus smirked. This, enraged Hunter

“How dare you speak to me that way….you this parasite…you even have the gut to show your face after failing a mission” He roared

“I didn’t fail any mission, as a matter of facts, I haven’t failed any mission. It’s is just a mission impossible.”

“Where is the lily?” Hunter growled, his claws already sprang out

“The lily is mine… you can’t have her, and you won’t have her” Lazarus resorted with a smirk
Hunter let out hieratical laughter

“I will take my leave now…I have passed the message” Lazarus stated, he took a step forward

“Not so fast…servant….if you wanna leave…then you will have to pass through me” Hunter growled, pushing out his full claws, as he charged towards him.
