RICARDO’S MANSION**

Valentina smiled in her sleep. She hugged the pillow and snuggled with it tightly. All she could smell was Ricardo’s cologne and that was so soothing to her nose.

She pouted her lips and continued her beauty sleep. Ricardo who has been watching her sleep while sitting on a chair chuckled and tickled her nose with a feather.

Valentina shook her nose and pouted while frowning. Ricardo tickled her nose making her sneeze.

She slowly opened her eyes and her gaze landed on Ricardo, she blinked twice and looked at him to make sure she was awake.

“Morning sleeping beauty” Ricardo smiled.

“Ricardo?” Valentina called and sat up on the bed then stretched her body while yawning.

“Where I’m I?” She asked.

“In my room silly” Ricardo smiled.

Valentina gasped and looked around his room, no wonder she was smelling his cologne. She noticed a pillow with a blanket on a couch not far from the bed…

“You slept over there?” Valentina asked and Ricardo nodded.

“Had to give you some personal space” Ricardo replied.

Valentina smiled and pinched his nose.

“That’s cute, and romantic” Valentina smiled and got down the bed.

“Omg!! I didn’t tell my mother and Iris that I’ll not be coming back” Valentina said, searching for her phone.

“Don’t worry, I called them through your phone and told them that you’ll be sleeping over my place” Ricardo said and sat down the bed…

“And she accepted?” Valentina said, surprised.

“Of course! Oh forgot to tell you what I and your mother talked about last night. I told her about my feelings for you and she gave me the ‘go a head’ to court you” Ricardo shrugged.

“You really did that?” Valentina asked.

“Well yeah!! I do take my responsibility very serious and I don’t joke with who I love” Ricardo winked and laid down on the bed.

Valentina was still surprised. Something that Ryan didn’t do since they were dating, Ricardo has already done all that and she hasn’t yet accepted to be his girlfriend…

“Since you’ve finished asking your question, time to ask mine!! How do you do to fall asleep like yesterday. It took you like seconds” Ricardo asked.

“Oh that? I don’t joke with two things, my food and my sleep. When I’m tired, sleep mode till further notice…” Valentina replied.

Ricardo chuckled and sat up. He caught her wrist and pulled her to himself, making her sit on his thigh.

“About last night…” Ricardo smirked.

Valentina bit her lips and looked away. She thought he wouldn’t bring the subject up.

“Where you serious?” Ricardo asked.

He watched as Valentina looked away and bit her lips before looking back at him…

“Yes… Look, I’m scared of three things. Loosing my family, height and heartbreak. How sure I’m I that if I offer you my heart, you won’t return it in pieces…” Valentina said and looked down.

Ricardo cupped her cheek and made her look at him.

“Valentina, do you trust me?” Ricardo asked. Valentina thought for a while and nodded.

“If you trust me then why do you think I’ll break your heart? Val, I love you and only you. No woman can take the place you occupy in my heart, like I said I’ll be a fool if I break your heart…” Ricardo said seriously.

Valentina smiled and nodded then hugged him to herself…

“I love you” She muttered.

Those words made Ricardo’s heart leap in joy. He gladly hugged her back…

“Love you more baby” Ricardo smiled.

“Are officially a thing now?” Ricardo asked. Valentina simply chuckled…

“Of course Mr My coffee is too salty” Valentina smiled, remembering her first time of making him coffee…

Ricardo simply chuckled and broke the hug. He arranged her hair and cupped…

“About the kiss of yesterday. I didn’t get to kiss you back, how about we start it all over.” Ricardo said, leaning closer.

Valentina chuckled and blocked his lips with her hands.

“Let’s go get ready dummy…” Valentina smiled and stood up from his thigh.

Ricardo smirked and stood up too. He brought out a new toothbrush and gave her.

“Thank you” She smiled and walked to the bathroom. Ricardo caught her by the hand and turned her to him then kissed her, resting his hands on her waist.

“Rick…” Valentina giggled.

He kissed her while leading her to the bathroom, closing the door behind him…

THE WILLIAMS**

Iris finished getting ready for work since it’s Saturday. Peggy already told her that Valentina slept at Ricardo’s place.

“Looks like their love life is blooming” She smiled and wore her sneakers before standing up, going out of her room.

“Mom, I’m leaving for work” Iris announced as she got to the living room.

“Oh alright, be safe okay?” Peggy said while iris simply nodded. She was knitting a pullover

She blew kissed at Peggy before walking out of the house. She was surprised to see Gavin standing out, pressing hid phone.

“Gavin? What you doing here?” Iris asked.

“Not even a good morning kiss?” Gavin pouted.

“Come on Gavin, it’s not yet official… Besides I’m making baby steps.” Iris rolled her eyes.

“And I won’t stop trying till you tell me those three magic words” Gavin smiled.

“Well I came here because I wanted to spend the day with you, what’s the harm in that?” Gavin shrugged.

“You’ll accompany me to work?”

“So long as I get to see this cute face of yours then I’m good” Gavin winked.

“I still remember when we just met. You called me ugly and shapeless” Iris smirked and began walking away…

“It was the old me. I was still blind, maybe drinking that toilet water cleared my eyes to see this s*xy and cute babe” Gavin said, following behind

Iris chuckled and rolled her eyes…

“Pervert…” She smirked.

Gavin hung his arm round her shoulder with a smile on his face.

“Only and just for you cutie” Gavin pecked her cheeks.

And like that, they walked to iris’s work place while chatting and teasing each other.

RICARDO’S MANSION**

“Nanny? When did you get here?” Myles asked when he saw Valentina walk downstairs with Ricardo.

“Uhm…”

“Your nanny actually slept over here,…” Ricardo cut her off…

“But why?” Myles asked

“Its a long story, will tell you later” Ricardo said.

“Did i here nanny?” Valentina asked, coming out of her room.

“Nanny!!” She exclaimed and rushed then hugged Valentina.

Valentina hugged her tightly and kissed her hair and nose.

“I was just about leaving” Valentina smiled.

“What? No nanny, please stay here for the whole of today, it’s Saturday…please nanny please?” Minnie pouted.

“But?”

“Come on nanny, just for today please?” Myles pouted too.

Valentina sighed when she saw their cute puppy eyes…

“Well, okay I’ll stay” Valentina sighed.

“Yes!!!” Myles and Minnie exclaimed and high fived each other.

Ricardo simply smiled, watching them…

“Since I’m here, let me do breakfast for you guys” Valentina said.

“Yummy!!” Minnie exclaimed.

“Let me show you the kitchen” Ricardo said and held her hand, leading her to the kitchen.

Minnie and Myles just watched them as they left.

“I don’t know why but I love seeing them together” Myles said.

“Wish nanny Tina could be our mommy” Minnie pouted sadly.

AIRPORT**

“Are you sure you’ll be okay on your own?” Logan asked to Kristina who was at the airport going to Korea.

“Yeah, trust me. You’re gonna miss out in alot of work if you follow me” Kristina smiled.

“Okay, will miss you” Logan pouted.

“C’mon it’s just for three days” Kristina smiled.

Logan nodded and pulled her for hug before kissing her till she was out of breath.

“Bye babe” Logan smiled.

Kristina smiled and kissed him briefly before pulling her briefcase into the plane. She waved at him before entering fully in.

Logan dipped his hand and went to his car before driving home…

Kristina walked to her seat and sat down then brought out her phone and began pressing it. Unknown to her that a pair of eyes were watching her.

A woman who was sitting three seats in front of her wearing shades was keenly watching her. The woman looked front and removed her shades revealing no one other than Jade.

She dialed a number who picked immediately.

“Hope you know our plans?” Jade spoke.

“Yes ma’am, I won’t fail you I promise” The lady said and hung up.

“You better don’t. And not a single to anybody are we clear?” Jade warned.

“Yes ma’am.” The lady said.

“Good” Jade smiled and hung up then wore back her shades.

“We’ll see if you’ll be able to trust your darling boyfriend after this” Jade smirked

Not too long after, the plane took off heading to Korea…
