CHAPTER THIRTY.

 

 

The Ray mansion wasn’t really has lively as the Xavier’s, the business world was shocked by the news that rocked the business in the world.

A&A Inc has been facing a lot of crisis as Xavier’s enterprises decided to attack them with full force.

Everyone knew A&A was no match for Xavier’s Enterprises, he’s the giant a the business world.

Another piece of information was released to the media about Ray’s illegal dealings in the black market and also linking to several crime organization.

No one knew why they were being brought from grace to grass by the Tech guru.

“Should I release the other news?” Secretary George and The demon boss were currently somewhere in the underworld.

He had chosen to settle a few scores and straighten out the Yakuza assassin.

“Let them run like headless chickens with no way out, once they’re exhausted you can draft an acquisition letter and send it over to the CEO.” He said nonchalantly as his phoenix like eyes kept observing the group not far from him.

The underworld is place where the strong prey on the weak, one sign of weakness and you’re taken out.

It’s a place where the ugliest of them all existed.. a place Designed for the most notorious criminals and dangerous assassins specialized in taking out paid target.

 

Seven years ago Lord Xavier Williams fought ruthlessly with the then overlord and took over his throne and ever since he’d been the most feared ruler.

He was known to be a merciless and unfeeling human.

He would ki*ll without blinking an eye. Rumor has it that his entire family was killed right in front of him, ever since he has been working so hard to reach the top of the food chain.

No one dared to cross his line for they knew he would end their lives without battling an eyelid.

Lord Xavier was like a cunning fox who would use the most shrude ways to acquire any company he sets his radar on.

And whatever he wants he gets.

“What about the other thing?” George has been with him for years to know how much he hated everything about that man that caused his misery.

“Tell your man to stand down I would love a good opponent. ki*ll anyone who goes even ten feet close to her.” He yawned softly as he sat on his throne lazily.

George shook his head and wondered how his boss could still talk about killing someone so lazily.

“I’ll update my men about the new situation.” George walked away with his phone in his hand.

Lord Xavier’s guards were all trained assassins from the underworld. They are blood thirsty lizards who would ki*ll without a second thought.

A sinister smile lingered on his lips and his subordinates shivered in fear of what going on in their master’s mind.

They knew he only smiled like that when he is scheming against someone.

“Where’s she?” Drako asked with cold face and his subordinate bowed his head in fear.

They knew how the boss temper was like.

“I’m sorry boss but we lost her, it seems they knew we were tailing her and caused a distraction at the highway allowing them to escape.” His voice shook slightly as he explained how they failed.

 

“I gave you one task and you failed.” Drako walked towards the floor to ceiling window overlooking the beautiful city with a calm expression he took out a cigarette and lit it.

 

“Please give us a second chance we promise to bring her to you.” The leader pleaded as began sweating in fear.

 

“Do you know you know what happens when you fail Leo?” Drako asked quietly enjoying his cigarette.

“N…..n..no boss.” He shuttered as they all bow their heads in fear.

 

“Good, this is what happens when you fail.” He took out his gun and shot Leo on the head and his lifeless body fell to the ground like a bag of cement.

“I don’t believe in second chances .if you fail you die, I didn’t train you to be weak I’m letting you take over this operation and I want you to bring to ASAP else you will enjoy like your dead friend down there. I hope I’ve made myself clear. ” He commanded pointing at a tall looking man with a hideous scar on his cheek bone.

 

“I’ll do my best boss.” He bow and left with the rest.

Drako smirked mockingly as he thought of Xavier. He knew was not smart enough to predict his moves.

He thought him everything he needed to know and he was 100% sure Xavier isn’t as smart as the world paints him to be .

 

“Soon we’ll be together my dear child.” He mumbled to himself.
