“Remember the promise? No matter what we will always stick together…” Maxwell left the sentence uncompleted.

“untill our last breath.”

Manuel completed the sentence as they both hugged each other.

Just then they heard the screeching of a car.

They looked out to see Peter storming out of the car as he saw two people standing .

He squinted his eyes to figure out, he widely smile with happiness as soon as they realized the person who was waving back at him.

“Maxxxxweeelll”, they all laughed as Maxwell shouted back.

“I’m taking Manuel to the hospital as he has forgotten that he used to shout like this. Take Justin down from the roof. He will be surp….”, But his sentence left uncompleted as they heard a gun shot from the top floor.

Peter dashed forward with the speed of light .

What he saw made his eyes wide open.

Justin was crouching down on the ground kneeling on one leg and one of the kayden’s man was holding out his gun at him.

Justin was shot!

Peter had the most furious expressions as he growled angrily before shooting the guy multiple times.

He dropped dead.

Peter ran towards Justin.

“Justin! Justin!!!”,

But justin was feeling getting dizzy.

Peter’s face was blurring as he closed his eyes and everything fell into darkness.

TIME SKIP

Justin’s p.o.v

I opened my eyes in a hospital room.

The only thought that came into my mind was those last moments with Manuel.

“Manuel!”, I shouted as I tried to get up but someone held me strongly.

“It’s Okay Justin! It’s Okay! He is alright. His brother , Maxwell saved him”, Raymond tried to calm me down as I looked at him confused.

“Maxwell, his brother? But he …He was abraod?”

FLASH BACK

“Maxwell please….”, Andrew was trying everything possible to make Maxwell eat something.

It has been nine days since Maxwell’s girlfriend was dead.

Maxwell has been confined in his room ever since the incident.

Everyone was gathered there accept for manuel who was out for business.

“I cannot. I Killed my girlfriend with my own hands…”, he cried while looking down at his hands.

“Maxwell! you didn’t do it intentionally. It was a missed shot. She came in between…”, Justin tried to console but failed as Maxwell aggressively shook his head.

“No…I cannot live here now. I don’t want to live here. I am leaving”, he got up as Raymond tried to stop him.

“Where will you go maxwell?”,

Maxwell looked at him.

“I don’t know. I don’t want to be a Mafia. I don’t wish to continue with all this. I don’t want to ki*ll…..I…I……..I hate this..”

They tried to stop him but a voice made them all stop.

“Let him go…”

Everyone turned.

Manuel was standing there with arms crossed.

He walked towards Maxwell who was looking down crying.

Je held his shoulders as he looked him in the eye.

“Go… complete your Specialization…. Live a new life… but remember whenever your brothers need you, you have to come back because…

“No matter what we will walk and stick together until our last breath… Promise?”

Maxwell kept staring into Manuel’s eyes before nodding his head.

“PROMISE…”
