CHAPTER 75

Justin’s p.o.v

Raymond hugged me tightly.

“Andrew!! he cannot leave us, Raymond! Right? He won’t leave us. ”

Waves of pain were radiating from my heart to my whole body as I could feel my heart aching so badly.

“He won’t Justin…… he won’t! he will be okay! He has to come back”, raymond was also crying as peter rubbed his back crying.

AFTER AN HOUR

The doctor came out of the ICU as we all stood up practically running towards him.

“He is out of danger now”, the doctor smiled as Raymond took a deep breath.

Peter squeaked in happiness.

“He is lucky that the bullet didn’t even touch his heart but only pierced into the skin in the 3rd rib. It may take time but he will get recovered completely. You can meet him once he will be shifted in the private room.”

My muscle relaxed as I placed my forehead on peter’s shoulder.

The doctor left.

I started to walk away when Raymond asked me something.

“Where are you going?”

I turned as I smiled brightly.

“I am going to meet my flower..”,

everyone smiled as I went towards the room Alexa was admitted.

I entered as I saw the nurse setting the saline drip.

“How is she now?”, I asked sitting beside sleeping Alexa’s bed taking her hand in mine, as I kissed the back of it.

“Her vitals are perfectly normal. There is no injury. She will be awake soon”, the Nurse said smiling.

I nodded as I looked lovingly at my wife as the nurse left.

I moved forward placing my lips on her forehead as I kissed her gently.

She mumbled something in her semi-concious state.

I tried to listen her distant mumbling.

“No…Manuel..no…Manuel… run…”, She was sobbbing in her sleep.

Perhaps it was the day she was kidnapped.

I remember to watching when she told Manuel to go.

Come to think of it, I haven’t seen Manuel since we came to the hospital.

Though it was his habit to leave without informing and coming back but it never lasted a whole day.

Anxiety began to increased in my mind.

” MANUEL”, All of the sudden, I heard her screaming as she opened her eyes looking around.

She looked at me and started weeping.

I held her hand squeezing them so she can be less worried and calm down a little.

“Alexa! Alexa Look at me! Calm down…”, She tried to speak but words didn’t came out of her mouth.

“Alexa please…you are worried about Manuel?”,

She sobbed as she blurted out everything to me.

My face colour was changing with anger and worry.

Kayden had such plan?

How come I didn’t think about this!

I stood up and dashed out runnning as the others saw me confused…

“Where are you going??”, peter shouted.

“Track Manuel’s microchip…..IMMEDIATELY”,

Peter nodded running towards his car to take his tools out.

Kayden was brought into the visiting room of the mental hospital.

His hands were tied.
He smirked as he saw Justin there.

“Tch Tch Tch…. this is how you forget the people who are ready to sacrifice their lives for you?”, kayden taunted as Justin bolted towards him grabbing his collar.

“WHERE IS MANUEL? WHERE IS HE!!!” he shouted as loud as he could.

Kayden laughed evilly.

“You have 15 minutes to save him kayden and the location is 30 minutes away. Can you save him or..
WILL YOU CARRY HIS DEAD BODY?”
