Chapter 31

Wulfgur glanced at Thanos after hearing what Selene had said.
“Take her home and do what i asked you to do first. Don’t be afraid.”
Yes, he shouldn’t be afraid. He should take her back home, watch over her, save her from this damn thing happening to her. But what if the orb turns red and she isn’t from the moon goddess clan. She will die.
And now, she isn’t from any clan.
“Now, that she isn’t from any clan…..”
“The orb is taking over her scent. So I can’t get to know where she is from.” Said Selene as if she knows his mind.
“I will take her home and do my best to save her. She can’t die.” Wulfgur turned and made his way away from the hut.

Thanos turned to Selene and asked, “Is there anything else you’re keeping?” He raised his brows at her. She might be lying who knows.
“Do I look like I am lying to you? I’m telling the truth.” Selene rolled her eyes at him and walked back inside.
“Good. You should wait for your death then.” Thanos frowned at her back.
“I heard that.” Selene glanced at him.
“Whatever” Thanos smirked and walked away too from the hut.

When Ma Grace heard the King has arrived, she jumped up from her bed and ran out of the room to look for the King.
She saw the maids running around to either go back to their work or the king sent them on an errand.
She finally saw the King. He wasn’t going to his room but to the boy’s room. The girl, rather. Lun.
Wulfgur had sent Thanks back home. So, he came alone with Lun.
“Why’s she in his arms?” She knitted her grey brows. “My King,” She called and he stopped with a smile.

“Ma Grace! Please come with me.” He said that only and entered the room.

She nodded and made her way to the room also.
Wulfgur laid Lun down to the bed and sat beside her. When Ma Grace walked in with the maids he had sent to bring warm water and a towel.
“Drop them down and leave.” He told them.
The maids bowed and took their leave.
“What’s going on? Why’s she like this? Did anything happen in the way?” Ma Grace questioned.
The state Lun was shocking.
“She’s sick,” Wulfgur answered simply.

“How? And why? Did she touch some poison?”
“No, I don’t know but only I can save her.” Wulfgur put the towel inside the warm water, bring it out and squeeze the towel a little before placing it on Lun’s forehead.

“You will have to let loose of your emperor’s power to save her? Isn’t it?”
“Yes, she’s my mate. She’s the reincarnated Mena has been looking for.” Wulfgur breathed heavily.

“Your mate and Mena……yeah, I understand even if I’m still confused. ” Ma Grace stepped forward and sat on the bed also.
“Why don’t you just do what you want to do now before things get worst?”
“I’m doing that now.” Wulfgur sighed and got up. He prayed that nothing worse happens to Lun.
He opened his hands and spoke some spells while his hands were surrounded by rays of light. His hazel eyes were so bright as he continued to speak some spells. He knelt down beside the bed and turned to Lun.
Ma Grace could feel the heavy power in the room. She’s human but she could still stand the King’s powers. Unbelievable.
Wulfgur isn’t in his full power but this was enough to save Lun. He thought. He’d turned into another human if he unleash his full power. A great god.
Just as his hand was about to lay upon his mate, he looked down at the abdomen of Lun and saw the flicking red color orb in her.
Red?!

In heaven,
The great Zeus senses the orb from the earth. His face can’t be seen as he’s full of light and no one can stand him. He was of purity and royalty.
His beard was a long white one. His steps could cause a great earthquake. And his voice was like thunder. The great king of all gods.
“Go to the second in command ruler and bring him to me. With the one having my orb.”
He commanded and the thunder struck at once.
