Anastasia walked to her room and laid on her bed, as the fairy’s words kept repeating in her ears.

“Don’t go out from your room”

Anastasia frowned slightly, but how is she going to obey that now?
Anastasia was someone who never stays put, she was a crazy type who like to sightsee and discover good things about a particular place.

Anastasia opened her door a little and peeped to see the once busy hallway, as quiet as ever.

Since, no one was there, she can sneak out and go to the garden, they wouldn’t find out that she was away.

So she wore her royal flip flops and walked out of her room towards the direction of the garden.

“You are really stubborn, the fairy warned you to not come out but you did……you have given me a new way to have lord zakai to myself”Jamai said behind anastasia.

“Just give up because he wouldn’t even look at you”Anastasia said, trying to hide her fears.

“Oh?, really?, watch and see then”Jamai winked while anastasia ignored her and walked away.

“Ouch”Anastasia groaned in pain when she hit her head hard on the wall.
“Gosh, these days, i do bump into both people and wall”Anastasia thought inwardly with a small frown appearing on her face.

Anastasia looked up and her eyes widened…

A VERY DEEP AND UGLY SCAR THAT RAN FROM HIS EYES TO HIS LIPS….HE LOOKS VERY EVIL AND SCARY….

“Lord mackenzie”Anastasia said aloud and took up to 4 steps back in fear making lord mackenzie to smirk.

“Never knew i had become so popular”He said and stretched forth his hands at her.

Anastasia grabbed the hem of her gown and began to run until she bumped into another person.

But this time the familiar feeling, the sparks and the powerful aura that filled the air.

Lord zakai….

Anastasia quickly went behind him and hugged him tightly while sobbing, a dark coloured liquid began to roll down her head…that made her to scream in pain alerting almost everybody in the empire.

Lord zakai glared at Lord meckenzie who bowed his head a little, no matter how powerful Lord meckenzie is despite being the 2nd most powerful Lord, he can’t suppress or beat Lord zakai.

Lord zakai carried Anastasia in a bridal style while she sobbed continuously.

“Meeting is cancelled, we will continue later”Lord zakai said, his face expressionless.

“But…we haven’t even started yet and….
“Do you want to go against me?”Lord zakai cut Lord meckenzie off rudely.

“Okay, when next are we coming for the meeting”Meckenzie asked

“Next week and I have a very important announcement to make and is for your own good”Lord zakai paused.

“Anastasia here, is my soulmate, she is mine, if you harm her, you harm me and if you harm me, your seeking for death…. meckenzie, try this next time and I will make sure your family come to pick your dead body”Lord zakai said coldly, his voice and look was sending a dangerous sign which showed everybody that he meant it.

They nodded and began to walk away one by one but not without glaring at Anastasia which scared her.

When they were all out,
“Can’t believe Lord zakai threatened us because of a mere human”A guy said, he was also a leader of a particular empire.

“Lord zakai is very strong, he needs a strong woman too so that she could give birth to strong children like him”Another guy said.

“Well, the girl is Lord zakai’s soulmate, hurting her was really wrong, maybe Lord zakai reconsidered our relationship as brothers and decided to spare you because no one will spare a person that hurt his mate”Another cut in.

“I will apologize to him later”Lord meckenzie said.
“But am not letting go of the girl”He finished his words inwardly.

Anastasia had already calmed down and stopped crying, infact, she didn’t feel any pain again because Lord zakai actually healed her.

“But where is he?, Is he angry with me?”Anastasia bit her lower lips sadly, is it too late to change her mistake….yes.

Anastasia stood up from the bed and Walked towards the dark corner but he wasn’t there, she checked the corner that was close to the window but he wasn’t there either.

She frowned slightly before walking towards the bathroom then she grabbed the doorknob before pushing the door open to see him…

Holding the bathroom sink, his eyes closed but it wasn’t like he was fine, his breathing Was hard and rough.

When he opened his eyes to look at Anastasia, she saw pain, his eyes icy dark blue, that is if there is a color like that but..

That was when it clicked on Anastasia’s head, his cold toxins was acting up again.

She bit her lower lips when she had a feeling that he was going to tell at her but that wasn’t her concern at that moment in time, so she ran to him and grab his hand.

“Lord zakai, your cold toxins is acting up again”She said but he didn’t move, he just stood there neither did he reply her.

“Zakai…”Anastasia felt herself getting anxious as the seconds ticked by because of the silence.

Anastasia grabbed a hold of his collar and placed her lips on his though at the first five seconds, he didn’t move or talk but suddenly, he held her chin and deepened the kiss.

He placed his hand on her @ss and brought her body closer to his, pressing their bodies together.

“Hmm…is”Anastasia tried saying when she couldn’t breath making him pull out of the kiss.

Anastasia felt a sour liquid slid into her mouth, it was blood.
“Is he a Savage?”Anastasia asked inwardly when he licked his own lips.

“It turned out that he kissed me to take my blood to heal himself for now”Anastasia thought inwardly and they walked to the room.

“Uhmm”Anastasia didn’t know what to say or how to start a conversation with Lord zakai so she turned to leave but a strong and muscular arm pulled her towards his laps by her waist.

“What??”Her eyes almost popped out from it’s socket.

She couldn’t believe it that she was sitting on the almighty Lord zakai’s laps.
