” Alright ma I will be right there” Chad replied.

” Codelia please come out” madam Cassie said and knocked at her door.

“Mum what happened why are you knocking at her door?” pamela asked.

“codelia locked herself up in her room since morning” madam Cassie replied.

“why did she locked herself, what did you do to her?” Pamela asked. ” her mother came here today” madam Cassie said.

Chad parked his car at the garage and ran out of the house “Aunt sorry mum, is she out?” Chad asked.

“no she’s not out” Madam Cassie replied. Chad brought out his phone from his pocket and dial codelia number.

“hey babe, where are you?” Chad asked. “Am in my room sleeping” codelia replied.

“come outside am in the living room” Chad replied. “okay, hope mum isn’t there?” codelia asked.

“she’s not here” Chad replied. “Alright am coming” codelia replied and end the call.

“what did she say?” madam Cassie asked. “she said she’s coming, what did you do to her?” Chad asked.

“I didn’t do anything to her” madam Cassie replied. “Hey baby” codelia said and hugged Chad.

“I asked because you didn’t come out of your room, I thought you are crying inside” madam Cassie said.

“so codelia what happened, why did you locked yourself up?” Chad asked. “I locked myself because I don’t want mum to preach to me” codelia said.

“she’s not my mother” codelia replied. “codelia, she’s sorry you have to forgive her” Pamela said.

“She doesn’t deserve her forgiveness” Chad said. “Ahh Chad what are you talking about, I called you here so you can talk to her” madam Cassie said.

“I will think about it” codelia said. doctor Steve knocked at the door and Pamela rushed to open the door for her.

“Good evening sir” Pamela greet. “how are you my dear?” doctor Steve asked. “Am fine” Pamela replied.

“Daddy!” codelia said and rushed to hugged him. “how’s my baby doing?” doctor Steve asked.

“I am not fine!” codelia replied. “madam, where’s Amelia?” doctor Steve asked. “oh I thought you said she’s here” doctor Steve said.

“no she left some hours ago” madam Cassie replied. “I called you, so you can come talk to your daughter” madam Cassie said.

“baby, are you thinking about her?” doctor Steve asked. “no, am not thinking about her” codelia replied.

” That’s my daughter” madam Cassie said and hugged her happily. ” Madam Cassie you are really a good woman, I haven’t even forgive Amelia for not telling me about the pregnancy” doctor Steve said.

” you will have to forgive her, am sure she was regretting her actions now, she allowed peer pressure to take the better part of her” madam Cassie said.
