Kathy’s mum p.o.v

Darling, Kathy is gonna have her 19th birthday tomorrow. “What are we gonna do?.”
Am scared, scared of her powers to start building up and her powers take over her . Am also scared of our enemies.

“Lydia, you just have to make her happy tommorow.. since it’s gonna be her last birthday here.”
So, what are you suggesting we do? “Lydia asked.”

Am thinking of making her birthday lively by inviting the girl living beside our house, since we don’t allow her to make any friends by telling her go stay indoor.
Okay, let’s go meet her.

At Kira’s house.
After knocking for some times. I don’t think she is around. “Kathy dad said.”

Kathy p.o.v
I woke up with a start. “Where is that noise coming from?.”
I heard to the door , and twist the lock open.
Well, I locked it expecting Khalid in my room yesterday night.
I can’t believe I actually locked the door. “What for?.” I asked myself.

I went to the sitting room and saw Kira bringing a lot of soft drinks.
Hi, Kira. “I said to her.”
Hey, how are you?. “She said smiling at me.”
What are you doing here? Helping you prepare your birthday party.
“Birthday?” Whose birthday.
Yours Kathy, your birthday.. how can you forget. “She said walking out of sight to the kitchen.”

Today is my birthday! Am gonna be 19 years old.
I rushed in to my room and have my bath.
Later on Alison came to my room and gave me a cloth to wear she said she bought it for me has a birthday gift for me.
“Kathy.” She said coming in to my room.
Hey, how I you. “I said suprised to see her and pulled her into a hug.”

Tada! Here, your birthday gift. Bye. “She said hurriedly and rushed out of my room.”
I took a deep breath and signed. “I don’t know why I had this feeling yesterday night.”
I was in a deep sleep .. I don’t know for how long I had sleep.

“I felt myself stand up from the bed and my hands started shaking… My hair stood up and suddenly my hair shined in it’s color my eyes I don’t know what color they turn to because I felt my eyes ball move so I had this feeling that my eyes ball turn into another color.”

I felt this sharp pain in me and I cried.
“My b**bs, started hurting.. exactly where Khalid bit me .. it’s hurt for a while and died down.” I was shocked and I felt my inner body became stronger after I felt a thing run through it.

After that I collapsed on my bed and I went into a sleep but before that my eyes caught the time on the wall and it was 12 Am.

And after waking up, I guess the noise downstairs woke me .
“After going downstairs and saw Kira on the way then I went back to my room to have a bath.. the mark on my b**bs… They are no more black but now they are white and blue.”

I dropped the cloth Alison gave to me and went to meet them downstairs.
They were all the kitchen.
“I blinked when I saw my cooked foods.” Kira, Alison. “I said when someone interrupt me.” And Derek and also Jake.
I hoped Jake is gonna be alright when he sees my parents.

“I rolled my eyes at them.” What are you guys doing?
“What do you mean?” They both said at once.
Why the many dishes.. who are the cooked foods for?

Our classmates and Jake’s classmates also.
“Huh, don’t tell me they are coming here for my birthday party.”
Yes.. and some of Derek’s friends… and his sluts. “Alison said.”

Hey Alison.. “what!”she shot daggers at him.

“Katherina.” Mum and dad said coming into the picture.

“Good morning Dad and mum.” I said greeting them. They were both holding some wines and I bet they were heavy for them to carry and I went to them to help them giving it a second thought because I don’t wanna help them before.
Because.. I haven’t forgive them.

Kathy, can we see you for a second?
Ok.. I said trailing after them.
I thought it’s for a second, I said to myself when they brought me to their room and asked me to sit down.
“Kathy.. I think it is the time for you to know the truth.”
“I smiled.” Okay.

Kathy.. you are a princess it all started when I your mother was forced to marry your father. Well.. not him. “She said pointing to my dad.”

Kathy’s parent story.

His father killed a royal blood.. killed many people just to get to the second in command after the king.
