Chapter 9

FREDRICK

I looked at her in amusement.

She raised her head and seeing a small smile on my face and started crying heavily.

“I know you are being happy seeing me in this state. You want to take your revenge because I mistreated you? But please take it in any other way I…don’t..want ..to…die” she started shaking while crying now.

“Its ok!! Keep quite and close your eyes and think about your favourite things and people.” I sighed and put her head on my chest stroking her hair.

This somehow calmed her.

“Shh. It’s ok” I said patting her head.

“Sir there are too many wires. There is a risk of exploding of  bomb on cutting any wrong wire.”Alex said in one breath.

She looked at me in horror.

Our eyes met and I saw an ocean of horror flowing in her eyes.

“Aren’t you afraid of dying? Why don’t you leave me?” She whispered looking into my eyes.

“Cut the red wire” I whispered.

“Are you sure sir..”

“Just cut the wire dammit.” I roared in anger making her flinch in fear.

“Let’s die together”
I whispered putting my head closer to her’s.

I myself didn’t know why I said that and what I said.

Both we are standing there with our eyes closed and racing hearts.

God knows how many moments passed with us standing like that.

“Done!!!!” Alex shouted and we both got out of our trance.

I pulled back and Alex stood up with bomb in his hands and went out.

“Go change. Your shirt is ripped from the back.” Isaid averting my gaze.

She nodded and took her shirt but then again stood there still.

“What are waiting for now?” I raised brow at her.

Instead of saying anything she pointed towards the door of the dressing room which was now lying on the floor.

My mouthed ‘oh’ and walked towards the door area.

“Change fast I am standing here. No one will come in” Isaid standing with my back facing her on the doorway.

I sighed and took my shirt to change.

I quickly slipped into my previous shirt.

I was about to call him but halted when I remembered that I don’t know his name.

I cleared my throat to get his attention when he didn’t return I thought to pat his shoulder.

I was about to touch his shoulder when he turned back and my palm striked with his cheek.

It was more of a soft pat on his cheek.

“Ahm….actually I was….”

“I heard you!” He said cutting me of and headed outside.

We both came out of shop when my eyes landed on someone.

“Nathan!” I shouted taking nathan attention.

“Baby” He yelled and ran towards me.

I hugged him tightly when he reached me.

” You don’t even know how much I was worried when I saw the news on the tv.” He said kissing my head.
