King’s POV

The fight begin and I watch with kin interest as the two parties fought for their lives.

Because I have announced that the loader today would be cleared alongside his family.

Do it’s either you win and live your life in wealth which would come after the accomplishment of the job at hand.

Or you lose and be beheaded alongside with your family.

Even though I know there can only be a winner and not two winners neither can there be two losers in this fight.

Which means it’s one win and one lose. The question is who would it be.

The way the sub son get beaten by his opponent which is one of the palace gaurd makes me squeeze my face physical.

But internally, am so happy that he is going to lose because I don’t want my sub to know I have found her again.

Who knows if there would be an enemy between them cause I have been looking forward to marry one of their daughters inorder to have my heirs.

Even though they knows that after getting my heir, I would throw her out.

They are really willing to let out their daughter to me which makes me feel a little bit suspicious about them.

And telling them she is back, that would cause a great enemy between us which might later lead to war between our family.

Although, I know I would only have them wipe out with a blink of an eye but what would the citizens say about me?

All these killings has been blamed on the missing cure which is why they keep themselves and anything which is connected to them out of my way.

But if the cure arrive and I wiped out a whole tribe, I would have nothing to blame it on.

That’s why I want the palace gaurd win this fight cause he is also a private spy for me in the palace but no one knows.

Not even the priest who seems closer to me than every other person.

The fight went on without any of them giving up so I called for a break cause I need to attend to something quick.

And the people who came would me able to eat and free their legs from sitting from a long time.

After attending to it,I went back into the hall room and the fight begins.

But this time, the sub son was having the upper hand which makes me fear what’s going to happen next.

Just when I was thinking the sub son has won,he was knocked out by the palace gaurd that I didn’t know when I screamed.

But thanks to the crowds, no one heard my scream.

“Well,I appreciate you people for coming today and about the rules of the game.. “I paused.

” I only said that to see who is really a warrior between them both so I spare the loser life alongside his family.”
