Christabel’s pov
He looked up and saw me.
Jeez!
I gulped hard and put down my hand making him fall flat on the floor.
“Ouch!” He groaned.
“I’m sorry, my prince” I bowed immediately and ran to him.
“Really? Did…did you just used your power on me right now?” He was gobsmacked.
“Yes..please don’t tell anyone about this.” I almost knelt down.
“It’s okay. Is your sister a Gem too?” He creased his brows.
“Yes….yes. She’s a gem too. That’s what she is.” I nodded vigorously.
“Let’s get dressed and go to the dinner before we get late.”
I walked into my room and sat down for a while.
I don’t have a cloth to wear.
I heard a knock on the door and I stood up from the bed to go open the door.
“The prince asked me to give you these. Perhaps, it might be your size” A maid spoke while the other lady was gawking.
I rolled my eyes and collected the clothes and shoes.
‘I’m a girl, so quit staring at me like that.’ I wanted to say but I stopped.
I closed the door afterwards and started wearing the clothes.
F*ck! I smell royal.
I smell Prince Lucien.
“Are you done?” Came a voice from outside.
The prince’s voice.
“Yes. I will be out very soon” I responded while wearing a shoe.
Finally, I came out of the room and saw the Handsome Prince Lucien.
Damn! Handsome is even an understatement.
I wish I could grab him and kiss the daylight out of him.
I quickly looked away when I saw his head turning.
I blinked when I saw him breath in and out.
“Don’t drink too much when you get there.” He warned.
“I won’t.”
We got to the dinner room and saw the king and queens then some people I don’t really know but I could tell they are also royal.
“Those are my step siblings. Gosh! They are back. Just pray they go back tomorrow” Prince Lucien grunted.
Wow! Those are his step siblings?
We sat down and everyone’s eyes apart from the king, Lucien and Lucien’s mother were looking at me.
“Who’s this handsome guy here, Lucien?” One of the princesses asked.
“Or are you gay now?” She chuckled while the other siblings laughed.
Prince Lucien expression changed into an angry one.
Have never seen him angry like this.
