I guess what people say about alcohol was really true I feel so damn good I feel amazing so carefree I won’t care even if I got run over by a car right now I just wanted to forget him even if it was a night and that was what was gonna happen because the alcohol was running through my veins and I was slowly loosing myself to the night

“So beautiful Your address I have to drop you off you know… He said as I handed him my address which I was able to write down earlier like I knew I would need someone to drop me off

“So hazel eyes… I said resting my head on his shoulders as we walked slowly

“I thought I told you my name was chase… He said chuckling

“I prefer hazel eyes… I said dancing around

“You’re really drunk you know…He said as I did a little twirl

“Well we got about half an hour left so what would you like to do

“You know I’m surprised you haven’t touched me you being drunk and all

“Trust me I want to badly and maybe I would have but I don’t advantage of pretty girls

“You’re the second one who called me pretty this night I must be lucky… I said holding his hands staring into his eyes

“He was an a$$ hole but at least he wasn’t a blind a$$ hole… He said shifting the strands from my face

“It’s Xander right… Chase said coming closer

“Stay the hell away from me… I said daring him

“You still love him it’s been a year

“That night was a mistake

“I’m sorry I thought you wouldn’t want to see me again

“Well I guess we would never know right… I said walking away

“You left me at my door step promising to come back I might have been drunk but at least I remembered that much

“We never broke up you know and like I said I’m back and it’s for you beautiful… He said as I scoffed

“I can’t forget you and I’ll make sure you remember me.. He said as I walked away clutching my things tightly to myself needing Maya so much right now

Xander’s Pov
It’s been a year things are extremely complicated right now kierra is acting extremely cold to me for reasons best known to her and now Freya I just wish she would crawl back to whatever hole she came from
If she thinks she would come back and things would be alright she’s sadly mistaken

“She’s a mistake

Thinking of her makes me so furious

And Kierra I can’t even get her out of my mind

I thought this was just mere attraction but why can’t I get her out if my mind

I close my eyes I see her

I want to hold other girls her cute face comes into mind

“Argggg what the hell is happening to me I only felt this with Freya and it wasn’t that strong but with Kierra I just want to murder chase… I thought angrily as I turned to see her smiling

A YEAR AGO

it’s summer holiday which means camp time again
Which means a week away from Kierra

Her smile

Her crony jokes

“Jeez I’ll miss her like hell… I thought sending her a text that we were leaving before getting into the bus as we drove off

 

We arrived at our camp ground as usual everyone went to get some rest before we do what we always do hit the town and have crazy fun

It was too long before my friends Forced me to approach a new girl and as usual making out with her then the guys taking a picture of us though I didn’t really care since she meant nothing to me
Right now the only lady who meant anything was kierra

Speaking of her i made a quick mental note to try and get in touch with her at least before the end of today

“Dude look who just walked in…Seth said whistling

Seth was my assistant as I was captain and my best friend he wasn’t that much of a player like me but if was safe to say you wouldn’t want to date him

“She’s totally staring at me… He added

“Actually she’s staring at Xander who’s sitting next to you.. Pete a teammate added as we chuckled

“Common Xander she’s cute …He added

“Nahh I’m trying to call kierra

“Common man we’ll be here only for a week you can see kierra all year

“Or you can’t get her… He added

“Not interested Pete… I said trying to call

“I dare you… He said taking my phone

“Common go.. He said smirking knowing we never refuse a dare

“Fine I’ll talk to her… I said groaning standing up

 

Turns out it was more than just a conversation Seth was right she was cute cute name too Freya I think I like her I guess well who am I kidding I like most girls

We promised to see each other tomorrow at least until we left for school after exchanging numbers of course

 

It was just a day for us to leave the camp and I didn’t really want to leave I’ve grown really attached to Freya even though we barely know each other it’s been just 5 days but still I feel a really deep connections towards her she even had a cure nickname for me Boify
Usually I’ll wait a week before I ask a girl out but I asked Freya the next day after we met
So since its gonna be our last day together I want to make it extremely memorable for her…I thought as I hide the flowers I got before entering her apartment

I headed for her room since she already introduced me to her parents like I said we’ve grown extremely close even though it’s barely a week

I was about to twist the door knob when I heard voices from inside deciding to surprise her I leaned in to listen as I might be walking in on her parents

“Hmm Seth you have to leave soon Xander might come…She said giggling as my heart raced my mind trying to process what I just heard

“I really don’t care about Xander you know I want you… A voice like Seth said huskily as my heart skipped a beat

“You know I really don’t know why I choose xander you know

“Hmm… He added as I opened the door to meet Freya and Seth making out till they noticed me and scurried away from each other the flowers slipping from my fingers

“Xander… She gasped as a tear threatened to fall

“Don’t… I said coldly walking out leaving the both of them heading back to camp

 

I couldn’t utter a word I simply stared into space as I grabbed my things ready still no sign of Seth for that I was glad because if he dared show his face I was sure I would ki*ll him for it

“It’s nothing personal Xander you know… He said walking in smirking as I grabbed my things controlling my anger

“You’re just a terrible kisser… He said behind me as I punched him hard across the face

Seth was never one to win a fight so beating him up would be no problem but having his ugly face near my face made me remember my promise to Kierra when I got injured during a fight
I swore to her that I’ll never fight ever again for that singular reason Seth won’t make a trip to the ICU and may or may not be able to move his jaw again

“Weakling… He said as I let go of him grabbing my bags getting into the bus as he made mockery of me to the guys while I pretended like I wasn’t broken because of freya

 

Seth made sure to inform the while football team though he made sure to add that I couldn’t keep Freya which was why she preferred him over me and hence was the first girl ever to cheat on Xander Thompson and they made no effort to find out what happened but rather it spread like wide fire at least I found a new fling promising myself girls were the same except kierra of course she’s just too special to ever be like the rest of the girls in school

PRESENT TIME

“Don’t ever call me that… I said coldly pushing her off

“Seth was a mistake Xander I love you i swear I do

“You have no idea what that word means or else you wouldn’t say it like that… I said coldly facing her

“Stay away from me Freya or go back to wherever you came from whatever I might have felt for you is replaced with immense hatred I can never ever think of liking you again you hear me

“You mean absolutely nothing to me the earlier you understand that the easier it is to forget whatever you think you feel for me… I said smirking standing up

“Now I have to go annoy kierra she’s extremely pretty when she’s mad… I thought smiling
