Taylor’s Pov
The hug lasted for quite a while, being in his arms is just what I need, I missed him like hell I can’t deny it not to myself and not to him because it was obvious, his cologne was the same as always only this time much more appealing.
If it were up to me, I’ll never let go of him but I suddenly remember I have that hunt to get back to plus I’m not suppose to be hugging him.

“Umm… I’m sorry for doing that… I said fidgeting.

“The hug… It’s not a problem but I am worried about why you look so tense.

“Me.. Tense… Nahh… I said playing with my fingers.

“You’re a terrible liar Taylor… Come on talk to me.. He said making us sit, his gaze directly on me.

“Umm ….

“No delay tactics Taylor just tell me what’s wrong

“Well ian kinda…. Brushed his lips against mine at least that’s what I think, he wanted to kiss me but I pushed him off…i said waiting to see his reaction.

“Why the hell would Ian try to kiss you… His voice was dangerously low and I knew he was trying his best not to loose his temper.

“He didn’t try to… I said lowly.

“He did… I added as mason glared at me.

“Very funny… The question is why.

“I wanna know everything because when am done with him… He’ll be unrecognizable for weeks.

“Mason!.

“Yes deariee.

“It’s not funny.

“I never said it was… Shawn, I said nothing but this I’ll say everything,he has absolutely no right to even touch you then he lost his mind when he dared kiss you.

“So what are you gonna do.

“That’s up to me… First what really happened.

“Nothing happened mason, he just kissed me it meant nothing I even tried to scrub my lips clean of him because it was disgusting… I said all in one breath.

“So you didn’t enjoy it… He asked.

“Of course I didn’t not one bit… I spat out.

“And Shawn…

“Not that either… Maybe kisses just aren’t meant for me… I said sighing.

“How about you mason… I said changing the topic.

“What about me.

“Which girl did you enjoy kissing the most.. I said.

“None… Girls usually are the ones who kiss me, it’s always for fun and Ever since I stopped I haven’t kissed anyone…

“You gat to be kidding me!…i exclaimed.

“Am not… It’s the whole truth

“Well why haven’t you kissed anyone recently?.

“Because I only wanna kiss one person… He said his voice getting lower.

“Who… I found myself asking him.

“Imagination is always better than reality,she can never be mine…

“At least tell me who… I asked curiously.

“Why do you wanna know any ways.

“I might be able to help you know..

“You can’t help Taylor… Not if the person is…

“Mason!… Sasha exclaimed cutting him shut as I turned to glare at her.

“Can’t you see we’re talking… I said flaring up at her.

“You b***h !you stole my partner… She countered as I glared at her.

“Come on mason let’s go now… All the other teams are working hard except us… She said groaning.

“I’ll come after I’m done talking with Taylor… He said as I smirked victoriously.

“I’m your team mate mason, you should be with me not her.

“You can’t tell me what to do Sasha if you wanna do the hunt continue but if you’d please excuse us we’re saying something important when you so rudely interrupted… Mason said as she shrieked.

“Are you sure we’ll find some here… Shawn’s voice came in as he walked inside with Justin trailing behind.

“Aren’t you suppose to be hunting… He said glaring at mason.

“I’ll his check the next room… Justin said walking out.

“Aren’t you suppose to not be a jerk… He said as I chocked on my laugh.

“You’re busy with your girlfriend why the rest of us are out hunting, the annoying part is that the girl is question feels nothing for you… He said smirking as mason frowned.

“That shouldn’t be any of your business Shawn… I said glaring at him.

“Oh so because you’ve changed your outfit you think you look different for me,to me you’re still the ugly duckling who would always beg for my love.. He said as I scoffed.

“You’re wasting your time mason, look around you it’s freaking obvious she still loves me I can even prove it to you if you want maybe that way you’ll stop being so foolish.

“I don’t love you… I said boldly.

“The worst thing you can ever do to yourself is lie Taylor, you actually think you feel nothing for me.

“I don’t.

“Okay then if you really don’t feel anything, I bet I would be able to kiss you for less than two minutes and you’ll already be a panting mess.

“Pttt… You wish you and your kisses disgust me.. I said scoffing.

“Prove it… He said smirking.

“I really don’t need to prove anything to you… I said staring at him with venom.

“Refusal means acceptance you’re simply scared even the principal will hear you moans when I’m done… He said cockily.

“I really don’t care I’m not doing it period!… I exclaimed.

“Oh why Taylor you chicken.. Sasha said speaking up.

“I mean like you said it’s only gonna be a two minutes silly kiss nothing more.. She said as I frowned deeply.

“I’m not…

“If you really wanna prove it… Do it.. Mason said simply as I gasped lowly.

“You want me to kiss him.

“No I want you to prove you don’t love him anymore… He said as I rolled my eyes.

“So two minutes… This would be over in thirty seconds… He said pulling me towards himself.

For some reason I felt this was gonna do terribly wrong, my instincts told me that Shawn’s kisses had no effect on me but they also told me this was not gonna end in my favour, I didn’t have much time to oppose or think about it too much because he lips were on mine seconds later.
I knew it! They had no effect on me, I was totally numb, It didn’t feel like anything was happening to me, that butterfly like feeling and knot in my stomach was gone, that fluttering feeling that made my knees weak was gone, Shawn’s kisses meant nothing for me which means…. I….
I wished for time to pass by quickly as this was seriously beginning to gross me out, my hands remain static but his were on my waists as I made a mental note to scrub that part of my body thoroughly when I’m taking my bath later, I wasn’t sure how much time had past but I felt like pushing him off, I knew if I did he would simply say I couldn’t take the heat, this was all Mason’s fault I would never agree to do it if he didn’t say I should, I still don’t understand completely why he even wanted me to do it in the first place but one thing was for sure, I felt it something was gonna go wrong somewhere
After what felt like hours, mason started counting down from twenty and the tone in his voice was strained like he wanted to be anywhere but here, like he wanted to punch through a wall or something.
He got to 15 as I began to cheer in victory because I would soon be free and that was when the unexpected happened, Shawn applied pressure on my waists making me moan out not in pleasure but in utter pain still I was sure it’ll sound like that of pleasure, he tried to use that opportunity to gain access to my tongue but I was swift enough to push him off flaring at him hard before taking one last glance at mason, his face broke me he looked distraught but said nothing as he simply stood up motorbiking Sasha to leave with him before walking towards the door.

“Thanks for cleaning that up Taylor… He said lowly before walking away shutting the door.

“You cheated you as***ole.. I sneered

“The goal was to not moan and you did, so I won..
He said grinning.

“To you, you might have won but to me you just lost me because now I know for sure I don’t….

“If you only knew what you were getting yourself into with mason, he ain’t the goody two shoes guy you think you know beneath that charming smile that a sleeping dog you don’t wanna awake.

“If it’s about his father he already told me so you have nothing on him.

“His father was just the tip of the ice berg, next time you two are alone ask him about Tina Johnson, we’ll see if he’s man enough to tell you the truth.

“He’ll tell me and I’ll forgive him, that’s if it’s something that terrible.

“Oh I assure you once you find out what he did, you’ll be disgusted at the very sight of him,you’ll hate him with every bone and fibre in you then you’ll remember my words that’s a promise… He said before walking out.

“Who the hell is Tina Johnson… I thought silently going back to my list.

Mason said he used to be a player,i mean it could be one of the girls he slept with, or could it be something else whatever it is, it can’t be that bad I’m sure mason would tell me the truth no matter what I just have to ask him about it.

“I only hope he listens to me about Shawn when I try to explain, for some reason I don’t like the idea of him thinking Shawn’s kisses have any effect on me.

 

I walked back into the hallway searching for mason since it’ll be lunch soon and I’ll have to re group with the guys.
I sighted him and Sasha at her locker while I quickened my steps to meet up with them.

“Mason we need to talk please..

“Oh you’re done making out with Shawn… Sasha said as I frowned.

“Yeah jealous it wasn’t you… I said smirking as she groaned.

“We’re busy… She said staying beside mason.

“Just a minute please mason.

“Didn’t you hear we’re busy… She screamed in my face.

“Sasha I’ll be gone for a minute when I’m back figure out what we should find next.. He said before walking away as I did a little victory dance.

“So I’m really impressed at least Shawn desires you now… Mason said as I scoffed.

“What!.

“The kiss… The moans everything.

“Wait you’re not bothered.

“Why would I be our plan is working perfectly, Shawn is falling for you and soon he’ll be all yours

“But…

“But nothing that’s the plan we’re sticking to it… He said firmly.

“You wanted to talk huh.

“Yeah umm who’s Tina Johnson… I said shrugging as his face fell.

“Where the hell for you hear that name… He said raising his voice as I shrieked.

“Am sorry for shouting at you… He said softly.

“Who told you… He said simply.

“Shawn.

“That bas***d… What did he say about her.

“He said nothing, just to ask you about her.

“She’s no one Taylor, don’t speak of her name again let’s just focus on the plan and nothing else I have to go back to the hunt now… He said walking away leaving me stunned.

“Guess he wasn’t man enough… I thought remembering Shawn’s words.

“And I guess he doesn’t care if I make out with all the guys in school, I mean what were you thinking Taylor… That he likes you… So stupid.. Really stupid… I cursed mentally slapping myself.

“Stick the plan that’s all he cares about the plan nothing more so don’t get distracted remember control is the key Taylor so freaking control yourself … I muttered before sighing walking back in.
