Kierra’s Pov
For me time stopped for a second or two before everyone began whispering to each other whist Xander stood there simply stating at the both of us still not saying a word at least until we hear clapping behind us as they made way until I was face to face with the devil reincarnate

“Well well well looks like Kierra finally decided to do something about her feeling Huh I have to admit I predict a few weeks more before you won’t be able to take it anymore… Kate said giggling

“What do you mean… Jennifer said trying to clean herself up

“Common Jenni do you really believe they’re only just best friends I dated Xander for a while and I can boldly tell you kierra has feelings for him which is why she did this to you call it introduction… Kate said smiling

“If I were you I’ll make Xander choose between the both of you and then you’ll know who he really loves and I’ll bet you anything she won’t be able to take it… Kate added grinning

“Shut it… Xander said firmly walking towards us

“What Xander does the truth hurt that badly right now if you’re asked to choose between the two of them who would it be Huh

“I said shut it firstly you and I didn’t date you where just a fling nothing more secondly I cannot and will not choose between the two of them you got that and thirdly kierra would never think of hurting someone else so I’m pretty sure someone else did this but I’m 100 percent sure it wasn’t my bestie … He said as a little smile made its way to my face

“If she didn’t do it then who did… Jennifer said coming up behind us

“I’ve known her for years she didn’t do it I’m sure of it

“But it’s her locker… Kate added grinning

“I’m just dealing with facts here Xander it’s her locker so everything points that she did it

“Well I’m telling you she didn’t do it Jennifer I can’t believe you don’t trust me

“No Xander you don’t trust me do you have any idea how humiliating this is am drenched maybe Kate is right because there’s no one else her who could have done this

“I DID… Maya said facing us

“You what… We all screamed

“Yeah I did this it wasn’t meant for you obviously I just wanted to play a little prank on kierra and I guess you were just at the wrong place at a really wrong time Jennifer

“Who are you anyway… Jennifer said still doubting

“It really doesn’t matter all you need to know is that I did this so case closed and you Xander you’re extremely lucky you didn’t blame her or else I would have punched you right across the face…

“Ooh I’m shaking… Xander joked

“I’m not done with you Mr you have alot of explaining to do… She added pointing a finger at him

“Xander!! Could you come with me to the rest room I need to wash up…..Jennifer said suddenly speaking up like she was angry but it faded off immediately but I could sense a hint of anger

“First you need to apologize to kierra both of you… Xander said as I lifted my chin up shocked

“APOLOGIZE…Jennifer asked

“Yes not only did not accuse her wrongly you also embarrassed her right in front of everyone so you need to apologize right now

“I will do no such thing.. Kate said stomping away

“Jennifer… Xander said with pleading eyes

“OK OK I’m sorry kierra I guess we got off on the wrong foot it won’t happen again…She said smiling a bit as I smiled back

“You see everything turned out great.. Maya said squeezing my hand reassuringly

“Nice prank by the way Maya….Xander said as he helped Jennifer to the rest room and the crowd slowly dissolved finding the next big thing to talk about leaving me and Maya stunned as to what just happened minutes ago.

Recess was almost over as Maya and I headed to the lab but she seemed to be in deep thoughts still not saying a word to me until we got seated in the lab then I had to speak up

“Seriously Maya that would have been a great prank but why my locker and why are you so quiet you’ve never been….

“Kierra I knew you were Naive but seriously do you really think I played that prank on you I hate pranks…She said seriously shutting me up

“Wait but I thought you said you did why would you lie about something like that

“To save your a$$ of course do you really think anyone would buy your story you had the biggest motive to do that…

“So if you didn’t play that prank then who did

“I really don’t know what I do know is that who ever it was didn’t mean to prank you at all or anyone else I think it was put there purposely….

“But who would want to do that

“Isn’t it obvious girly I’m not 100 percent sure but it has to be Kate or Jennifer that’s for sure either way you should watch your back girl just to be extra careful… She added

“Do you really think Jennifer would do this…

“I really don’t know girly but maybe she knows if she approaches you directly Xander would break up with her so she decides to use this strategy or I might be wrong and this is one of Kate’s plot she did say you won’t ever have Xander

“Speaking of Xander I’m trying really hard to let go of him

“Oh yeah and how’s that working out for you

“Great… I lied

“Ugh it’s really hardly but I’m trying Seth seems really nice but Xander forbids me to go out with him or anyone else I really…

“Shut it Xander what

“Forbids me to go out with anyone else

“You sure he said that…

“Yeah he did but why do you sound so exited

“Because I think he’s jealous and If I’m right which I think I am then I’m in full support of you going out with Seth kiss him if you have to

“Mayaaaaaaaa…. I screamed as she ran off and the bell was rung almost immediately.

I got to class pretty early as the teacher wasn’t even in yet which gave me just a little time to think about what Maya has said Jennifer seemed like such a nice person I could believe Kate would be capable of such but Jennifer I wasn’t so sure but maybe it’s just an act or maybe I have her all wrong and Xander jealous the odds are pretty slim but could it be he was jealous and if he was why now when everyone decided to let him go once and for all why does it have to be now… I thought as I rubbed my temples

“Hey Kierra we didn’t get to talk… Jennifer said taking a sit closer to me smiling a bit

“Umm firstly I would really love to apologize once more I guess it was in the heat of the moment I said those words I should have known you would never do that… She added

“Jennifer umm you look good… I said as she changed her wet shirt to a new one changing the topic

“Yeah good thing I always keep an extra shirt close by

“Yeah so you want to talk… I asked curiously

“Yeah umm it’s about Xander

“What about Xander…i said suddenly interested

“I really don’t want you to think I’m trying to take him away from you or anything I know you two normally go to the party together but it’s our first party as a couple together which is why I really want us to go together I hope you don’t mind…

“No of course not like I said he’s all yours… I said as she smiled

“And I get that fact that you guys have been close friends ever since but I really hope you can give me the chance to also get close to him

“Sorry… I asked confused

“I mean I hope you won’t mind if we start to hang out more if he doesn’t have time for you as much as before because of me its just that I really like Xander and not and he likes me too so we really can’t stay away from each other for long I hope you understand me

“Yeah of course I won’t be the third wheel.. I said as the teacher walked in as the pain in my heart was back thinking that someday Xander would have to leave me completely just to spend more time with her.

Throughout the lecture half of my mind listened to what the teacher had to say and the other half kept trying to find meaning to Jennifer’s words as well as Maya’s so I wasnt surprise when time flew by quickly and the bell was rung fit lunch break

I could not avoid them this time since I would have to sit at the same table with Jennifer and Xander and I’ve ran alot of sceneries in my head as to how lunch would end and it always ends with Jennifer and Xander kissing and everyone laughing while I looked away so sadly unlike other days during lunch I wasn’t looking forward to having lunch today

I got to the cafeteria and thankfully no one was sitted at our usual table so I decided to grab my lunch and eat at least to keep my mind busy till they arrive

“Two slices of pizza please… I said to the lunch lady

“I’ll pay don’t worry… Xander said behind me

“No thank you I can very well pay for my own food… I said not caring to look at him

“Too bad I already paid… He said handing the money to the lunch lady before grabbing my plate heading to our table

“I don’t need your money I can pay for my own food

“Okay then I guess this is mine you can go get yours

“What but I…

“You said you can get your own pizza so I paid for it automatically it’s mine you can go get yours….He said as I stomped away angrily

“Two slices of pizza… I repeated to the lunch lady forcing a small smile

“Oh am. So sorry dear but we’re all out …She said as I stared back at Xander to see him smirking victoriously

“You could just ask for it I’ll be glad to share it with you… He said as I took my sit

“I would rather starve… I said folding me hands

“OK… He said munching on the first slice occasionally moaning in delight just to rile me up

“This is so so so so good… He said still moaning

“Argg fine can I have some… I said through gritted teeth

“Sure Bes as long as you forgive me totally.. He said grinning

“Fine just give it here… I said grabbing the plate

“But you are on probation the next time you do something stupid not only would you get the silent treatment but I promise you I’ll ki*ll you… I said before munching on the pizza

“Jennifer would be here any minute …He added

“Yeah Maya would be too… I said when I was done Witt my pizza

“I’ll go clean up I’ll be right back… I said standing up

“Alright don’t take too long… He said chuckling.

I was done washing my hands and was about to head back to the cafeteria as they would all be waiting for me right now when something caught my eye Seth was standing by my locker and he was looking extremely nervous and that was when it hit me that I had to inform him to cancel our plans for Saturday because of Xander Thompson

“Oh hey Seth… I said smiling

“Oh hey I was just passing by and decided to stop by hoping to see you.. He added grinning

“Well here I am

“Yeah I guess so

“So umm Seth I’m really sorry I have to cancel our plans for Saturday something important cane up

“Oh… He said disappointed

“I really would love to go with you but it’s family related that’s why… I said trying to lighten the mood

“Oh I get it now that’s okay… He said smiling

“Umm I guess I’ll be going now everyone waiting for me

“Umm since you cancelled our plans for Saturday you have to give me something in return

“Oh really now…

“Yeah a hug…He said grinning

“Well one hug wouldn’t hurt… I thought before hugging him lightly but he placed his hands on my waist hugging me harder as we stayed there for a moment or two at least until I felt someone pull me off of him to himself and I’ll recognize that cologne anywhere

“I thought you wanted to go wash your hands Huh…… Xander said as his hands held me firmly by my waist glaring really hard at Seth

And if looks could ki*ll I’m pretty sure Seth would be six feet under right now.
