Did I just hear what I heard?!..
Did Joyner just say what I think he said?!!..
Oh God i think I’m gonna collapse right now…
‘A…Ariana I..I asked you a question’..Joyner stuttered and turned my body to face him…
‘W..Wh..come again?’..i replied totally out of breath and he gulped…
‘I..I asked you if you’d like to go on a date with me,not like I’m forcing you or anything b..b..but’..he started stammering and I smiled..
I wounded my arms around his neck and brought his lips down to mine kissing him slowly and delicately…
It was soft,slow and incredible at the same time and my blood rushed as he circled his arms around my waist..
I’m kissing my best friend right now?!!..
Oh God this is so bizarre..
‘Doe’s that answer your question now?’..i said and I pulled away from him and he smiled running his hands through his hair…
‘Yeah,can I ask another question’…he said…
I laughed heartily and grabbed his shirt..

‘I want only you for this special assignment Alfredo’..i said as I downed another shot of whiskey…
‘What do you want me to do boss??’..He asked and I gave him the IPhone.
‘ take a look at that girl Alfredo,who do you think she looks like?’..i asked..

‘Yes Alfredo,she’s your daughter and she has the Hathaway genes in her,we get your daughter,we get Ariana is that clear?,and also change your appearance,make Ariana fall in love with you and then back stab her okay?!’…

I sat on the couch and waited for Ariana to come out so I could take her for dinner…
She finally came out but this time in tears and she wasn’t even ready yet…
‘Ari what’s wrong?’.. I asked.
‘I’m sorry but I can’t do this Joyner,I don’t have clothes to wear I’m not pretty, I’m sorry I disappointed you Joyner so you can leave now!!!’..She said and I laughed…
I reached for her and pulled her close then held her by the waist…
‘You’re the prettiest girl I’ve ever met Ariana Hathaway and the one I’m fighting so hard not to fall in love with but it seems like you’ve got me pretty hooked so why don’t you go get Heather and we’ll go have some fun in the park okay?’.. I said and kissed her softly and just our luck Heather walked in…

I laughed as Heather made a sound of disgust and Joyner joined too in the laughter..
‘Did daddy just kiss you mommy?’..She asked and I nodded…
‘Does it mean that I’ll have a baby brother soon?’..she added and Joyner coughed lightly..
‘N..N..No Heather things don’t work that way,go get your coat okay we’re going out’..I replied and she scurried off…
‘Hmmm she made a pretty good suggestion Ari,shouldn’t we give her a baby brother?’..Joyner said..
I kicked his leg and he fell on the couch laughing..
‘That hurt Ariana,I just liked the idea or don’t you think we should..??’..He added and I groaned loudly…
‘You’re such a pervert Joyner Lucas!!!!’…

We walked around the park hand in hand like a family and watched a group of acrobats perform from the side..
‘i want to be an acrobat daddy Joyner’..Heather said…
‘But Heather I thought you wanted to be a doctor?’..i replied and she shook her head..
‘No mommy I don’t like blood,I want to be an acrobat,can I be an acrobat daddy Joyner?’..she said and Joyner crept down to her level…
‘Just know that you can be anything sweetheart,a fireman,a doctor,a dancer,a lawyer absolutely anything sweetheart and I believe in you’…He said…
My eyes were glazed in tears as I heard him say those words…
It was exactly what my father used to say when I was a kid..
That i could be anything…
‘It’s beginning to freeze out here’..i muttered and Joyner hugged me..
‘Do you feel warm now?’..he asked and I nodded with a huge grin on my face..
We stayed like that for a while just watching the clouds go by and kissed for a while or two…
Who knew that in just few days I could fall in love with the man I’ve stayed away from for four years…
‘Okay it’s time to go now where’s Heather?’..He said and looked below but Heather wasn’t there…
I panicked and began searching for her..
‘Heather?!,baby?!!,Heather where are you?!!’..
