” But what?” Anthony asked impatiently

 

” He slipped into coma and it’s a 50/50 chance that’s he gonna wake up” the doctor said

 

” OMG! I mustn’t loose Dylan” Chloe said as she wiped her tears

 

” If I were you,I will start praying for his quick recovery” the doctor said and walked away

 

” That bas***d man will pay for this” Anthony folded his fists

<LUCY’S MANSION>

Liam got home and he met his mum in the living room sipping a cup of coffee

 

“My son” she said as Liam pecked her on the cheek

 

“How are you doing mum?”

 

“I’ve never been better,sit down I called you here because I want to tell you something”she said and Liam sat down

 

” I’m listening mum”

 

” It’s about your dad”

 

” But you told me he’s dead ”

 

“I lied and I’m sorry about that. I know it’s pointless saying this now that you are 18 but you just have to know”due said

 

” So who’s my father?”

 

” It’s Mr Kingsley,the CEO of KINGSLEY’S GROUP OF COMPANIES”Lucy said

 

” Wait a minute,that name sounds familiar”

 

” Yeah it is. He was my husband before he divorced me to marry someone else because I couldn’t bear him a child not knowing I was already pregnant for you,when I discovered this I didn’t bother to tell him because he was already married to someone else and I was angry at him. Now I’ve let him know about it but he doesn’t believe me and is requesting for a DNA test”

 

“I don’t mind mum,you don’t know how happy I am to hear this, most of my friends have fathers except me”he said

 

” I’m glad you took this lightly, come with me to the hospital now to conduct the DNA test,I will call Lucas over”

 

” Okay mum”

Liam came out of the hospital with his mum,they just finished with the tests and the result will be out in two days time

 

“Liam” called Mr Kingsley as he came out of the hospital and Liam turned back to see him coming closer

 

“I will be in the car” Lucy said and entered into the car

 

“How are you?” Mr Kingsley said as he got to him

 

“I’m fine sir”

 

“I have a strong feeling that you are my son,you look so much like me and I like you already”Mr Kingsley said

 

” Assuming I’ve seen you earlier,I won’t have opted for a DNA test,the resemblance said it all”

 

” I pray that the results comes out positive too, I’ve always longed for a father”he said and Lucas smiled

 

” You attend CrownStar college right?” Mr Kingsley asked and Liam nodded

 

“You should know my son then, Jeremy Kingsley”he said and Liam’s eyes widened

 

” Jeremy is your son? I know him very well, he’s my friend” Liam said

 

” I’m glad you both are friends , Jeremy won’t have problems with it when he founds out. Let’s see when the result is out”Mr Kingsley said patting his shoulders and he went towards his car

 

Liam entered the car smiling before saying, “he’s a nice man,I like him”

 

“Mum do you still love him?” Liam asked his mum

 

” I don’t know Liam, even if I still love him, I can’t be with him cos he’s married already”Lucy said and sighed softly

<CROWNSTAR COLLEGE>

Lecture ended minutes ago and the students headed to the cafeteria before the next lecture happening in the next 1 hour

 

Travis walked up to Sonia in her seat, she was jotting down something

 

“Hey”

 

“Travis, need something?” She asked

 

“Yes, will you go on a date with me tonight? “He asked nervously and Sonia smiled

 

” I will love to, what time?” She asked and Travis was so excited

 

“7,I will pick you up at 7 and we will be back before 9,is that okay? “He asked

 

” That’s fine, where are we going to go?”

 

” It’s a surprise”

 

” Now you are making me curious”

 

” Wait till 7 to find out where” he said and Sonia checked the time on her phone,15 minutes past 2

 

“Better make it worth it for me,you shouldn’t have told me now because I will be so curious to know”she said and Travis chuckled

 

Jeremy have been watching them for a while and couldn’t help but feel jealous as they conversed and laughed

 

“Maybe she likes Travis” he muttered

<CAFETERIA>

“Why is he not picking my calls!?”Amelia said frustratedly as she ran her hands through her hair

 

“Maybe he’s busy” Kyle said. They are both sitting together at a table filled with meals

 

“But I’m missing him already” she puckered and Kyle smiled staring at her pretty face

 

Liam suddenly entered and attention turned on him, Amelia made to go meet him but Kyle stopped her

 

“He’s coming here anyway,don’t bother yourself” he said and she nodded

 

Liam saw Amelia seated with Kyle,he was about going to meet them when he got a message from someone and he frowned,the next minute he left the cafeteria

 

“Where’s he going?” Amelia stood up and this time Kyle didn’t stop her as she kept the cafeteria following Liam without him knowing

 

Amelia followed Liam till they got to the school roof, Tina was there waiting and when she sighted him,she hugged him making Amelia frowned

 

“I missed you all day” Tina said when Liam pushed her away

 

“Stop it already Tina,that thing between us that night was a huge mistake so don’t think I like you because of that”

 

” Okay kiss me”

 

” Why will I do that?’

 

“If you don’t I will tell your girlfriend what transpired between us that almost led to us f**king each other”she threatened

 

” You wouldn’t dare”

 

” Try me”she said and made to leave but Liam stopped her and he kissed her,that moment Amelia forgot how to breathe properly as she watched the scene before her in tears

 

She turned as she bumped into something hard,the person embraced her as she rest her head on his chest sobbing silently,she looked up to see Kyle

 

“Kyle” she called with a broken voice

 

“Let’s get you out of here first” he said and he took her away

SOPHIE: I’m in my hostel room,don’t worry about me

 

Sonia heaved a sigh of relief as she read that,she looked up and met Jeremy staring at her

 

“Is something on my face?”

 

“Nope,just love staring at your pretty face” he said and she smiled

 

” I remembered when you hated me back at school”she said

 

” I didn’t hate you,just hate the fact that you smoke but now I know better now”

 

Sonia looked at him and smiled before saying,” I need a distraction”

 

“Distraction?”

 

“Yeah I have an urge to smoke right now and so I need a distraction”she said and Jeremy understood what she meant

 

“Okay” he said and they got up going to an empty class, Jeremy shut the door before returning back to Sonia and he slammed his lips on hers, Sonia felt butterflies in her tummy immediately as he kissed her hungrily and Sonia returned the energy,their tongues moving in sync. The kiss was still going on when she felt her heart beating and she stopped because of it making their lips to pop out sounds

 

“Are you okay now?” He asked

 

“Ye..ah” she said as she placed her hands on her chest and she stared at him ,her heart started beating again,the last time she felt this was when she loved Liam and now she’s feeling it with Jeremy,what does this mean?

 

“Sonia I will like to tell you something” he said

 

“What’s that? ”

 

He was about saying something when the moment just interrupted with Sonia’s phone ringing

 

“I gotta go, let’s talk later” she said and she left the class and suddenly smiled remembering the kiss she just shared with Jeremy

 

“What’s making miss beauty smile?” Redd asked as he saw her

 

“Hey Redd, let’s talk later”

 

“What about hottie?”

 

“Who’s hottie? ”

 

” I mean Sophie, have you seen her yet? ”

 

” Nope but she messaged me already, she’s in her hostel room”she said

 

” Oh, where’s… “Redd was asking but Sonia left already

<BLOSSOM HOSTEL~ROOM 110>

Vintage got to Miranda’s hostel room and he met her there looking so sick, her face all swollen up due to punches, and her hands bruised

 

“OMG Miranda!” He exclaimed

 

“It’s all thanks to your girlfriend anyway, she found out that we are dating, she sent some guys to kidnap me and did this to me”

 

” I’m so sorry about that, Amanda is crazy”Vintage said

 

Cora came into the room and was surprised to see Vintage in their room and Miranda in that state

 

“Okay what’s going on here?”

<HOSPITAL~ICU>

A nurse entered into the ICU where Dylan is, a nose mask was on her face as she stared at him.

 

His eyes are closed and an oxygen was placed on his nose to aid his breathing, his machine is also beeping perfectly well

 

She moved closer and she removed the oxygen from his nose and Dylan began gasping for air, the machine beeping loudly

 

The nurse removed her nose mask and Rose’s face came to view.

 

“Goodbye Dylan” she said as she watched him struggle to breathe…
