Ben pressed on the open button and the metal gate started rolling up by itself. Mr Kumi drived in with a speed of lightning and parked it behind another jeep.
“Can’t you see you nearly killed me with the crazy speed you were on” Lord bavlin joked
“If you ain’t afraid of McClain, then am f****ng afraid of him to take chances” Mr Kumi also joked but he meant it
They walked into the sitting room to meet Jerry and Eva conversing and looking into a laptop together. Mr Kumi waved at them and walked pass them to the control room while Lord bavlin gestured for Ben to come closer.
“We will move out of here to our new operating base where the new agents have already lodged tomorrow, so you decide with Jerry whether you will lodge there with us all you will complete your assignment before coming over” Lord bavlin whispered to Ben and walked towards the direction Mr Kumi took.
DAX TEAM LODGE
“How the heck could you be this careless!” Mr Kelvin shouted in anger as the McClain mood started showing
“bite it off, human beings are bound to make mistakes.”
“All we have to do is come up with another alternative and plan” Dax defended Sniper
“bro!! this sh*t will be hard now that they have been able to smuggle in assassin ‘s under our nose” Mr Kelvin said
“They will soon contact James and we will be receiving feeds from him” Dax said
“He will switch to entrap us if we believe in him with too much details so for now we have to go lightly on him” Mr Kelvin said
“Do you think he will want to switch knowing you are the one behind” Dax laughed
“Am I God?” McClain Asked
“You are more than a lesser god, can’t you see am worshipping you?” Dax added another joke and time around Mr Kumi also bursted into laughter
“They have contacted James” Sniper announced to the duo as they have forgotten about him
“Am sorry for shouting at you, they pose a dangerous threat to the citizens that’s why I was angry” Mr Kelvin said
Sniper didn’t reply but rather turned the laptop screen towards them
AT THE UNDERGROUND BASEMENT
“We will be practicing a different training today” Mad max said walking around the girls with Jonas standing Infront
“We are going to train together today” He added walking back to his previous position beside Jonas. He dialed a number and it was answered almost immediately
“We are about to start” He said into the phone and hunged up
“you are going to divide yourself into groups according to your plan and attack us in a real hand to hand combat” Mad max explained
“Can we go on with the training?” Mad max asked as they kept quite
“Roger that” Agartha replied stepping back with her girls.
The training section underground is very big with some hiding spots.
” We are dividing ourselves into four different groups, each group with three members and am the last group”
“Each group takes one target while I stay as a stand by for you”
” They have a different plan so I have to be less busy to be able to combat them” Agartha explained to them
They exited the training section to their various room and pick up their masks.
“This mask will hide our identity from them, and you girls should try and change your style a little bit to give them a tough fight” Agartha said
UNSPECIFIED LOCATION, GHANA
The ringing of James phone woke him from the little slumber he decided to take. He has already seen Mr Kumi and lord bavlin moving from the airport in a van full of people. He managed and traced them to their abode successfully but lied to Sniper that he lost them as he sense the lost in sniper’s voice.
“Good morning Mr Kumi” James said with fake smiley expression
“How are you kid?” Mr Kumi asked
“Am damn suffocating myself here” James changing the camera focus to the back camera and pointed it to the dirty corners in the room.
The room is a very small one with damage computers and laptops parked there.
“Where is your location now?” Mr Kumi asked and James glared sending a message to Mr Kumi who understood the glare
“I’ve already sorted it” He said
“Am in dechimso” James said
“Am sending a link to you, get there as fast as possible and the next command will follow” Mr Kumi said and ended the video call. He send a link to James immediately after ending the call.
James picked up his fully loaded pistol and jack knife from the table hiding it behind the belt of his trouser in a way he can withdraw it easily when there is danger. He switched his phone to incognito mode and walked out of the room.
BACK TO DAX TEAM LODGE
Mad max tried to punch the girl infront of him but a heavy punch hit the back of his neck making him fall to his left knee. He felt the breeze of the punch coming closer and he swiftly rolled out of sight and Agatha’s hand failed. With a swift turn, Agartha and mad max faced themselves.
Mad max walked to the hanging bell and click on it signalling the end of the training section.
“Agartha is learning real quick than anyone of you here as far as swiftness and every aspect of combat is concern”
“I will urge you all to learn from her in order to progress fast’ Mad max said and turned to Jonas who nodded negatively.
IN THE CONTROL ROOM
“But McClain, you haven’t explained to us why you chose Mr Kelvin’s face when you could come back with any other agents face” Dax asked the question that bothered him much
“What if he comes back now?” Sniper added and clicked enter on the keyboard
“Apart from Jesus Christ, where did you see a ghost coming back to life?” Mr Kelvin joked
“What the f**k!!!, don’t tell me you did it?” Sniper exclaimed in confusion
“Of course I did, that good for nothing man switched and I had to clear Jim off before he cause a damage” Mr Kelvin explained
“I don’t get it, how did he switch and why?” Dax asked after some seconds of silence.
“He went on a mission in Russia, where he met Mr Kumi. They became friends from there and Mr Kumi initiated him into the bavlin” Mr Kelvin
“I wondered why and how a man of his Calibre and Someone who you trained could switch that easily”
“Naaa this can’t be, Mr Kelvin can’t switch just like that. Not even billions of money can make him switch” Dax interrupted
“Then For your information, he was offered 50million dollars and another offer which I’ve not been able to crack since I eliminated him”
“I don’t believe this sh*t, McClain ” Dax said with a suspicious voice standing up from the chair with aggression. Dax had a very deep love for Mr Kelvin because Mr Kelvin is a selfless man who doesn’t cheat people with his privileges. And what made him like him more is how he always come for private training from him even when he was a senior agent with two ranks above him.
All these while he thought McClain was just using Mr Kelvin’s face and will change up immediately Mr Kelvin return.
“How did you get to know that am the one behind Mr Kelvin’s face” McClain asked
FLASH BACK
“Are you sure he is back?” Dax asked
“Yes, he arrived yesternight with success news about his mission in Russia” Jamal replied from the other end
“Please help me get eyes in the office as soon as possible” Dax said
Roger that ” Jamal said and hung up the call
FIVE HOURS LATER
“I’ve forwarded the link to you on the encrypted application”
The text entered Dax phone waking him up from his slumber.
He quickly nevigated to the application and clicked on Jamal’s profile, their chat opened and he refreshed it, the new incoming messages from Jamal loaded and he clicked on the link. It forwarded to a satellite channel where Dax filled in with his encrypted credentials and a wide range of saved and livestreaming videos came onto the screen
“mother******!!” Dax exclaimed in excitement praising Jamal
He have been wishing to get full coverage of the whole NIC office but to no avail
He clicked on the executives office section and wide range of videos came to play. He carefully watched all the videos of the day till it got to the video of Mr Kelvin entering the office. He watched as Mr Kelvin exchanged pleasantries and settled down without finding anything suspicious about him. He calculated quickly in his mind the number of months Mr Kelvin spent in Russia which was not even up to half of the prescribed time to use for the mission. And Mr Kelvin being able to complete the mission this early mean two things. Either he got help from someone or even a group or he have switched and both options seemed almost impossible but here is Mr Kelvin who couldn’t even contact him when he left for Russia.
Dax got bored watching the video and decided to exit the switch back to his work when something flashed through his mind.
“Did Mr Kelvin just pick up that from his left side without looking there?” He asked himself and back played the video to when Mr Kelvin was sitting down.
He watched as Mr Kelvin rolled his left eye to his left side and picked up the file on his left.
“Bleep you!!” Dax exclaimed and pick up his phone, he quickly dialed Jamal’s number
“You’ve got an imposter instead of Mr Kelvin, keep an eye on him and be careful with him he might be dangerous” Dax said and ended the call without giving Jamal talking space
“Sorry for waking you up it’s urgent” He said into the microphone and started playing back all the other videos waiting for sniper.
