“Emmett, what do you think you are doing” Egeus asked furiously as they all exit the meeting venue. Emmet simply shrugged

“What do you mean?” he resorted
Egeus scoffed

“Just because your daughter is the queen doesn’t mean that you should support the king at every decision he makes. He is still very young and needs guardians. You are an elder and know the rules of the land. He is only blinded by material things, which you should correct, being his in law.

“The king is right about the decision he made. Orpheus was just too blind to see the fact that we are enslaving ourselves to the kingdom of Ricadua”

“Orpheus is wise, his decision made him rule Vampic Fall for generations without a single war”

“But Hunter is strong, and the wisdom of the current generation is not as old and the ancient” Emmett stated

“And don’t ever tell me what to do. I choose to follow whom I want to follow” He muttered.
Egeus sighed

“You are gonna regret this Emmett, unless you stand on the truth”
“Huhn…let’s see who is gonna regret it then” He seethed, walking away

“Hey….” D’ Arcy muttered, tapping Emerald a little

“What?” She half yelled
“Erm…sorry, just wanted to tell you that it’s lunch time already..and the students are already leaving”

“Huhn…so what..i don’t feel like using the cafeteria”

“But it’s against the school rule to eat in class”

“And who are you to remind me of that” She seethed, glaring at him”
He sighed getting on his feet

“Gosh, was I too harsh” She thought to herself, but didn’t say a word, as she stares at him

“I…will just go alone then” he stated, and walked out of the classroom.

“Humm” She sighed, resting her back on the chair back rest. The guy doesn’t seem like a bad guy but the bad girl in her won’t accept that. She doesn’t wanna fall for any freaky guy by all means, and that means staying away from them.

But why is it still the same guy that she saw some days ago. Why will he keep on following her at any chance? There will be a leisure period after break, and she will have to show him around.

“Gosh, where the hell is Rose, don’t tell me she left me alone. She will be glad to do the job in her place, but Mrs. Webster will not hear of it”

After Lunch Break~~
“Thank you” D’ Arcy mentioned as he walk alongside Emerald
“For what” She asked

“For showing me around. It shows that you are nice” he stated, showing out his full set of perfect teeth in a smile. She rolled her eyes.

“Whatever” She mumbled. He chuckled

“So…can we be friends…” He asked politely

“No…” She sharply answered
“Oh…but ..why..”
“Because I don’t want to be your friend, get that.” She snapped

“Ok…” he replied looking down
“Gosh, we are done here, I need to leave…” She exclaimed and started walking away

“See you in class then” He noted, but she was too far away to hear him.

“Hi…Dave” A tiny voice rang into his ear as he looked forward to see a pretty young girl waving at him with a smile. She seemed to be Emerald’s friend, because she was dragged away by her, before he could return the smile.

“Dear blood goddess, you have given be a hard nut to crack” he mumbled to himself, as he glances round to see a possible exit to leave the school without the notice of the authorities.

“Damn…why the sudden urge for blood..the crave is high” he stated licking his almost erupted fang.

Violet’s Apartment

Megan’s POV
Stepping into violet’s compound, I had my guards knock on the door, which they gladly did. The door opened, revealing Violet; she glared hard at me, folding her arms under her brea$t.

“What do you want here” She asked
“What the hell? Will you let me in first, or are you planning to chase me out?” I resorted

She rolled her eyes, and opened the door wide for me to enter. I only allowed Lottie in while the guards stayed outside.

“Like I asked earlier, what do you want?”
“Violet, this is unlike you, what have I done to make you act this way to me.”

“Does it look like I care about what you have done, or not. What do you want?” She yelled as I lost it

“What do you mean by what do I want. You should know that the Megan you know doesn’t beg people to be her friend. But I love you so much to offend you, and even if I did, why can’t you just come out clean. You have been distancing yourself for too long. You didn’t even care about me when I was sick, or when I went missing. And now that I’m back, you still didn’t care about my well being. You are acting like a b!tch right now….”

“Hey…shut the f**k up, you can’t just come to my house and start roaring like a hungry lion. You are the one acting like a b!tch, and not me.”
“Your house….huhn” I chuckled

“The last time I checked, I got this same apartment for you. The house and everything in it, so if you don’t know, I still have the right to kick you out”

“And how is that my problem. You see Megan, you are such a b!tch with no shame. You act like you are perfect but you ain’t wise one bit. You are a whore, a fool and an idiot. How I wish that scar didn’t leave your face, it would have added more qualification to your weird personality.

You are so proud, and don’t consider how others feel. You don’t have a heart; all you care about is your career, face and fans…damn, I hate you..you stinks” Violet stated to my face, as I couldn’t help it but allow the tears in my eyes to fall off freely. This is the first time Violet will be saying all these to my face.

She has always been in support of everything I do, in fact she has been the master mind in some cases, but why now, what happened?

“Are you really saying this to me, Violet, after everything I have done for you”
“You have done nothing Megan; you are just under your father’s wealth, you are such a bas***d. No wonder you have never find luck in keeping a man….”

I landed her a resounding slap across her face before she could complete her statement.
“Even if you hate me so much…don’t paint my weakness on my face” I yelled, sobbing and sniffing in
She let out a mocking laughter

I headed for the door immediately, not able to bare the pain anymore. If someone else has said all this to me, I wouldn’t have taken it in, but my friend…gosh.
“Haahaa, that’s exactly what I want to see. I wanna see you cry…b!tch” She yelled but I was out of the house already.

I slum on my bed crying profusely on getting home. I know that I will get a fever from too much tears, but I don’t care. I just can’t stop the throbbing pain in my heart.
“Megan…you shouldn’t take what she said to heart, please stop crying” Lottie pleaded

“You don’t get it Lottie, what she said was true…I just can’t…”
“Shh….it’s ok, don’t listen to her, you are perfect in your own way. But everyone must have flaws, and weaknesses, but don’t let her words get to you. You have been a good friend to her, but too bad she repaid you in a bad way”

“Thanks Lottie” I sniffed in
“But I want to be alone for now..please” I stated, as she nodded.
“Ok, I will be here when you need me” She stated and left.

I heave a sigh of depression. What she said last really pissed me off. She only had that advantage over me because she knew my weakness. I find it hard keeping my boyfriends, and it’s actually not my fault, they don’t meet up my standard, and some of them ends up cheating on me.

But Oscar hasn’t been that way, he isn’t like the others. But she sounded so confident when speaking. Is it that the same is about happening with Oscar? I thought, remembering Martha’s word when she came visiting some days ago
