Five stars restaurant

Raymond got down the car and stretched a hand front which Scarlett took it, coming out of the car. She was wearing a red gown with makeup on her face, looking so gorgeous.

She hugged Raymond’s hand and they slowly walked into the restaurant. People looked at them, envying Scarlett so much..

“Good day Mr and Mrs Donovan, please follow me to your seat” The waiter greeted politely and led the way.

Raymond and Scarlett followed behind. Scarlett smiled when she saw Lucy and Ivan sitting on the table, waiting for them.

“A double date? That’s so cute bunny” Scarlett said and pecked his cheek before releasing him.

“Bunny?” Raymond wondered.

“Scar!” Lucy hugged Scarlett tightly…

“I missed you so much..” Scarlett pouted and Lucy chuckled..

“Bro” Raymond smiled and hugged Ivan.

“Ouch…” Ivan winced

“What’s wrong?” Raymond asked.

“Nothing, I just sprained my shoulder” Ivan said, rubbing his right shoulder.

Raymond furrowed his brows and looked at him.

“You sprained your shoulder?” He repeated Ivan’s word and Ivan nodded.

“C’mon!, let’s all take a seat I have something to tell you guys” Lucy ushered them to sit down.

Raymond looked at Ivan before sitting down next to Scarlett.

Ingrid’s Hospital**

A car halted just in front of the hospital. The window winded, revealing Nathan who was staring at the hospital.

“Are you really sure you want to meet her?” Nathan asked and turned to face Stephanie.

“Yeah” Stephanie nodded with a smile.

They got down the car and went in the hospital, hand in gloves.

“Good afternoon miss” Nathan greeted a nurse who flashed him a smile.

“Good afternoon handsome” She smiled.

Nathan felt Stephanie squeeze his hand. He just cleared his throat.

“Uh, can I know the ward were Mrs Morrison is?” Nathan asked.

The nurse nodded and went through the carnet he was holding in his hand.

“Mrs Priscilla Morrison… Room 186” She said.

“Thanks” Nathan replied and she winked

Nathan began leaving and Stephanie shot the nurse a dangerous glare before passing.

“I don’t like her” Stephanie said.

Nathan chuckled.

“You’re just jealous..” Nathan said.

Stephanie just scoffed..

Nathan smiled and kissed her hand he was holding.

“I have eyes only for you” He said.

Stephanie looked away, trying to hide the blush which crept up her face.

They got in front of a ward and Nathan took deep breaths before opening the door. He smiled sadly as he saw a woman laying on the bed with tube connected around her and an oxygen mask on her face.

“She looks just like you…” Stephanie said and Nathan nodded and began walking to her.

He sat down next to her and took her hand then kissed it.

“Mom..” He muttered. Stephanie took a seat next to him.

“What happened..” Stephanie muttered.

“She’s suffering from cerebral malaria so she needed treatment that’s the reason why I decides to be your bodyguard.. So I can save up enough money to sponsor her treatment. She began her treatment yesterday.” Nathan said.

Stephanie rubbed his back and gave him an assuring smile.

“She’ll be fine.. Trust me” Stephanie said.

“I hope so.. She’s the only family I have left,,, until I met you” Nathan said and looked at her.

Stephanie just smiled and hugged him.

Five stars restaurant**

“So tell us Lucy, what’s the big news you wanted to share to us” Scarlett asked.

Lucy smiled and looked at each and everyone of them with a smile on her lips..

“I’m…” She drawled, picking everyone’s attention.

“C’mon love, I’m dying of suspense” Ivan whined.

“I’m…” She said again, smiling.

“Lucy!” Raymond groaned.

“I’m pregnant!!” She screamed out loud.

The three others mouth dropped to the floor as they stared at her with wide eyes.

“You.. You serious…right?” Ivan stammered.

“Of course… Three weeks” Lucy said, smiling widely..

“F*ck!!” Ivan exclaimed, others present in the restaurant turned to them.

He stood up and lifted Lucy from her seat, twirling her around. Lucy just giggled…

“I’m so f**king happy my love.. You can’t just imagine how happy I am right now like,, damn!!” Ivan said and cupped her cheek. He began kissing her all over her face.

“Ivan…” Lucy laughed..

Ivan kisses her forehead and cupped her cheek. Smiling so widely.

“Thank you my love, thank you so much!” Ivan said, fighting back his tears.

He hugged her afterwards.

“I love you…” Ivan said.

“I love you too babe” Lucy said, hugging him back.

Scarlett was smiling so widely all these while. She rested her head on Raymond’s shoulder, looking at them.

“This is so romantic…” Scarlett said.

“Don’t worry, our turn will reach soon. You’ll also carry my kids” Raymond said.

Scarlett raised her head and looked at him.

“Really? How?” Scarlett smirked.

Raymond leaned forward, brushing her nose with his.

“Don’t act like you don’t know love.” He whispered.

“I don’t…”

“Then I’ll show it to you tonight and I won’t be gentle like last time” Raymond said and bit her ear before looking front.

Scarlett chuckled..

“I love rough plays” She whispered seductively in his ears.

Raymond chuckled and shook his head.

“You don’t know what you’re into…”

Evening**

“I’m coming soon mom!” Chloe waved at her mother before leaving the house.

She brought out her phone and began pressing her phone as she headed to the groceries store. She stopped on Angelo’s picture and stared at it, smiling widely.

“How come you become hotter by the day” She muttered.

She looked up and the streets was unusually calm and quiet. She shrugged and made to cross the road.

Suddenly a blinding light shot at the. Chloe squinted her eyes and blocked her face from the light.

Her eyes widened when she saw it was a car speeding towards her. Chloe began running out of the road but it was too late.

The car hit her, squashing her head in the process.

The car suddenly stopped driving and the window winded down. A man in shades looked out of the car.

He brought out a phone and made a call.

“She’s dead..” He said.

“Good”

He drove off afterwards…

Donovan’s mansion**

Raymond finished working on his laptop in the living room. He closed it and kept it there then picked his drink.

He sipped on it while pressing his phone, going upstairs. Scarlett must be asleep by now since she’s an early sleeper.

He opened the door of his room with his eyes glued on his phone. He looked up from his phone and his eyes widened.

His phone and drink fell off from his hand.

Right in front of his was Scarlett. She was laying on the bed with only the duvet covering her body.

“Come and show me what you can do” She said naughtily.

Raymond raised a brow, wondering if it’s Scarlett. Is she drunk or something?

“Huh?”
