💞 Blade pov💞

 

 

 

 

 

My pesky friend has already gone home n’ i was a little bit bored…I mean I’m done with everything i have to do for today. I turn my swivel to the glass walls of my office and stared at the busy city behind them. I closed my eyes and exhaled loudly

 

 

“Sir I’m done” Aphrodite’s voice said behind me. I turned to see her at the other side of the table… she’s looking absolutely beautiful!

 

“Now you look better” I said n’ she smiled shyly

 

 

 

“Thanks for the dress and the other item sir… I’m grateful” she said and i nodded

 

 

 

“So i ain’t getting fired?” She asked and i ran my eyes down her figure…ya she’s very sexy in that outfit. The Imagination i had the other time played in my head again as I kept staring

 

 

 

“Sir you’re smiling ” she said and i quickly took my eyes off

 

 

“I was smiling?” She nodded

 

 

“Ohhh…” I uttered

 

 

 

“Well you may go home since there’s nothing to do for today… Blakely’s handled everything already ” I said and her eyes lightened up. I took my briefcase before booting off my system

 

 

 

 

 

“But am not fired?” She asked again,I shook my head signifying ‘no’. Before i could realize it, she jumped on me and kept muttering ‘thank you ‘ over and over again.

 

 

 

 

At that instant,my heart skipped a beat n’ a sensation lingered deep down inside my heart. I couldn’t pin point what it was but i felt comfortable. I smiled and hugged her too… strangely, the hug felt warm and soothing.

 

 

 

 

After about twenty minutes or so, she quickly disengaged the hug.

 

 

 

“I…I…I… I’m sorry sir,I got carried away” she said with her head slightly bowed. I wanted to say something but she fled before i could even start my sentence. I shuddered and walked out of my office. On getting to hers, she’s already gone… she’s got fast legs tho.

☄️ Aphrodite pov ☄️

 

 

 

I slumped on the sofa as I remembered what happened earlier at the office. I hugged blade lenkings and he hugged me to… during the hug,I felt something strange, something am so sure i haven’t felt before… what’s that? I closed my eyes n’ exhaled

 

 

 

“Girl xup? You’ve been like this since you came back from work,is everything ok?” Godiva asked as she sat beside me

 

 

“Or did you fight with your boss?” Nicole asked n’i shook my head… crazy! How would i fight with my boss? Am not ready to be jobless so soon

 

 

 

“Then what happened?” Diva asked again

 

 

“Nothing”I lied n’ Nicole shook her head

 

“I don’t know you to be secretive” I exhaled

 

 

 

“It’s complicated” I said

 

 

 

 

“Complicated…tell me,is your boss already hitting on you real hard?” Godiva asked n’ i eyed her. Seriously speaking, blade’s kinda different from other bosses

 

 

 

“Then what is it?”I smiled

 

 

 

“Nothing ok… it’s just that i mistakingly hugged my boss” I said

 

 

 

“That doesn’t sound complicated to me” Nicole said

 

 

 

“What pushed you to it?” Diva asked n’ i explained everything to her

 

 

 

 

“Well that’s not enough reason to sit like a girl who lost her boyfriend and for the facts that he hugged you too means he’s feeling something for you already” I rolled my eyes at Godiva, what an impressive speech…

 

 

 

“It’s just a common hug” I said

 

 

 

“Common hug indeed…well if it was just a common hug like you call it then why’re you sitted here thinking about it?” She asked and waited for my reply but got none

 

 

 

 

 

“Got nothing to say?” I still keep quiet

 

 

“Well if you have nothing to say I have something to say… Aphrodite i want you to look into my eyes and lie to me that your heart didn’t skip beats when you hugged him… po baby just lie to me that you felt nothing”Godiva said pleadingly and I kept quiet… Maybe she’s right… But for blade having feelings for me no… No… No… That’s not even going to be possible even in our next life.

 

 

 

 

“The blade lenkings everyone knows wouldn’t just hug a girl, he’s the cranky type and only hugs those models he flirts with … I doubt if he even hurts them he just f**** them and… “godiva snapped her fingers

 

 

 

“Case closed”she added

 

 

“This must be a sign dearie”Nicole said and i stood up

 

 

“Enough of these,stop filling my head with trash… blade lenkings can not fall for me,am just a poor classless college girl”I said

 

 

 

“Poor classless college girl with all these cuteness and sexiness,do you think any guy would be able to resist you?” Godiva asked

 

 

 

“Please i have to go to sleep” I said n’walked away.

 

 

 

 

 

“Who else thinks this is crazy?” I muttered in a whisper.
