AUTHORESS P.O.V

“I actually discovered that I hurt you with my words, it wasn’t intentional, I just don’t want anything that will put an end to our friendship because I cherished our friendship a lot,” Stanley said.

“You didn’t hurt me, you made me realize how desperate I’m, don’t worry we are still friends, I hold no grudges against you” Vera replied.

. “I’m very sorry,” Stanley said. “You don’t need to be sorry, moreover we are still friends” Vera replied.

“But you refused to pick up my calls and you also refused to listen to me the day you came to our house,” Stanley said.

“That was because I don’t wanna disturb you again” Vera replied.

Stanley moved closer to her and hug her, taking her by surprise and she gasp.

“I feel like making the relationship work,” Stanley said and Vera disengage from the hug. “No, it will be a problem for our friendship” Vera replied with a smirk.

“Let’s try, there’s no harm in trying right?” Stanley asked. “There’s you’ve introduced Miss Maxwell to your parents and mum told me they like her” Vera replied.

“Don’t worry, they’re my parents I know what to do” Stanley replied and Vera clear her throat before looking away.

“Hey, how did you know I’m here?” Rowen asks Bryan.

“I called Miss Maxwell and she told me she’s in the hospital with you, my brother is the one after your life, she told me he will deal with you, he’s also in the hospital now, I bet it if he can walk with his one of his legs again, and the cops found some hard drugs in his room” Bryan replied.

“But why will Steve do a thing like that? Why will he be after Rowen’s life?” Emma asked.

“That’s because he’s obsessed with you” Stanley replied.

“I have told him time without number that I don’t love him,” Emma said.

“I pity him, he will go to jail with one leg,” Rowen said.

“You don’t have to, Steve is paying for all the sins he has committed, he has committed any sin, I pray the judge didn’t ki*ll him,” Bryan said.

“Sorry,” Austin said to Bryan. “You don’t need to tell me sorry, be deserve what he gets, Rowen hope you’re good now?” Bryan asked.

“Sure I’m, Thanks for coming to come to check on me” Rowen replied.

“You also came to check on me even when you hate me,” Bryan said.

“I don’t hate you” Rowen replied.

“Are we friends now?” Bryan asked.

“No” Austin replied. “My wife has spoken, so we can’t be friends” Rowen replied with a smile.

“I’m Jealous of you guys” Bryan replied. “Jealous is a disease and I’m not working again you guys will have to search for a new chef” Rowen said.

“What? You’re the best we can’t afford to lose a great cook like you” Bryan replied.

“You don’t really know me, if my dad finds out I’m working as a chef here he will be very angry, I’ve found what I came for so it’s high time I leave Paris” Rowen replied.

“Hey go! You’re making my dad to talk too much he needs to eat” Sophia said pushing Bryan.

“Baby let him be please” Rowen pledged.

“No he talks too much he won’t allow you to eat” Sophia replied.

“Okay, I won’t talk again until I finish eating” Rowen replied.

“Aunty brings the food, I’ll be the one to feed him,” Sophia said.

“With which hand?” Nadia asked.

“This” Sophia replied showing off her hand. “Baby she’s jèàlóûs of you, feed me I’m ready to eat from your hand,” Rowen said.

“Babes, we need to talk, let’s leave the guys here,” Brittany said. “Alright” Emma and Nadia replied.

EMMA P.O.V

“Any gist?” I asked Brittany with a smile and she left out a smirk.

She’s up the no good.

“I set Dora up, she’s in the cops’ custody, including Steve, yes I set the both of them up I planted drugs in their room,” Brittany said and left out a wîckèd smile.

When did she do that? “I thought we left together” Emma replied.

“I went back,” Brittany said and burst into laughter.

“They both deserve it, let them rot in Jail most especially Dora, she doesn’t have a good plan for the both of you” Nadia replied.

“I know, but don’t you think setting them up is bad?” I asked because they will suffer for a crime they didn’t commit and I don’t support that.

“Hey babe, I do what I’ve to do” Brittany replied. “You’re right though, I just felt pity for the both of them” I replied.

“No pity please, let’s talk about Mr. and Mrs. Maxwell,” Brittany said.

“They’ll be happy to have me back, but we won’t pass through the door, you know how we used to do it, we will take them by surprise,” Emma said.

“Miss Maxwell you’re bad,” Brittany said and they all burst into laughter.

“Don’t you think it’s right for us to tell Rowen that your blood match with his and the fact that the both of your blood is rare, don’t you think there’s something we need to know?” Emma said.

“I didn’t think any meaning to it, Blood does match without being related” Brittany replied. “But we still need to tell him” Emma replied.

“Miss I and my brother will like to take our leave now since your boyfriend is fine,” Jayden said.

That’s true I have even forgotten that they’re still here, but I’ll still teach Ray a lesson he will never forget and I believe we will still meet again.

“But you need to see Rowen first, go check on him,” I said and he nod his head with a smile. He’s very cool, unlike his brother.

“Emma let’s go check on Dora I’m very sure he will be happy to see her, let’s see her for the last time since we are going back tomorrow,” Brittany said.

“You’re right,” I replied and faced Jayden. “Please help me tell Rowen that we went out, we won’t take long,” I said and be nod his head before walking away.

We walked to the garage and hop inside my car it was time to see a crazy bîtch. “I can’t wait to see Dora, I can’t wait to show her who the boss is,” Brittany said.

“Yeah she will be very surprised to see us together, she thinks she’s wise” Brittany replied.

AUTHORESS P.O.V

“Hey, are you ready?” Ray asked and Jayden shake his head negatively.

“What’s the problem this time?” Ray asked puffing out smoke from his mouth and nostril.

“We need to check on who you hit to at least say hi to him” Jayden replied.

“Jay, what’s your problem? I’m tired of this rubbish, let’s go there’s no need to say hi, after all, we didn’t die again” Ray replied.

Jayden dragged Ray out of the car and pushed him inside the hospital.

“Are you trying to force me now?” Ray asked with a frown.

“Something like that” Jayden replied.

He opened the door to Rowen ward with his leg and entered pushing Ray inside.

“What’s this f00l doing here?” Austin asked and point at Ray with a frown.

“I don’t want to come here either it’s this îdiot that forced me” Ray replied.

“Mr how’s your health?” Jayden asked with a frown.

“I’m fine, but you look familiar” Rowen replied trying to remember where he knows him from. “your face also looks familiar, but I don’t remember where I know you from” Jayden replied.

Emma, Brittany, and Nadia walked inside the place they put Nadia with a smile.

Dora was more than surprised to see them. “Don’t tell me you’re the one,” Dora said with a frown.

“Yeah, just wanna show you that I’m your boss in this game you’re too small for me” Brittany replied.

“You set me up!” Dora said. “And you don’t have a good plan for me either, enjoy your jail term, and I heard they found a gun you don’t have the license for in your room,” Brittany said and left out an evil smile.

“I’ll make you pay” Dora yelled. “How did you intend to make her pay?” Emma asked with a frown.

“I’ll still come back to you, you all will pay” Dora shouted. “ouch! I’m scared” Emma said and hold her chest. “What if I make you pay now?” Emma asked moving closer to her. “Wh.. are….”
