It’ve been like up to three hours they were in the kitchen but they were still mixing some ingredients all thanks to anastasia who did well in delaying them.

Lord zakai groaned frustratedly, he didn’t like the fact that he was mixing raw thick egg with the flour making his hand slippery and irritating for him…..yuck, he was frowning hard at his current situation

when suddenly Anastasia placed her hand into the bowl and brought out a small quantity of the mixture before smashing it on lord zakai’xs face.

Before lord zakai could speak, she used her tongue and licked the mixture off his cheek before winking at him and stucking out her tongue at him.

Lord zakai mentally slapped his head with his palm, pregnant women are something else really?

When lord denza, lord zakai’s father told him how his mother behaved when she was pregnant for him, he was speechless.

He was even asking his father, how he coped and didn’t beat her or yell at her for her stupid behavior but look at him here, chuckling at her cute act.

Lord zakai and Anastasia are finally decorating the cake with their names though, anastasia even made a little ball “kai look, this is your head”

She smiled as she used a chopstick and pierced it twice making two eyes then a nose and then a long mouth.

“Wow kai, is handsome,” She said with her eyes twinkling excitedly

“We are done”Lord zakai muttered and she carried the cake in a tray then she used a small protective class to cover it before walking out of the kitchen with lord zakai.

Lord zakai’s eyes widened immediately he looked outside the window, it was already night, maybe probably early 07:00am or something more than.

“Geezzz, we took a lot of time”Lord zakai mumbled with a smug look on his face.

“And is all because of you kai, if youcould have been a little faster am sure that we would have finished since”Anastasia muttered and lord zakai scoffed with a look of HOW IS THAT MY FAULT, IT WAS PROBABLY YOURS

But anastasia did well in ignoring it, she yawned as she walked towards the room and immediately she was in, she walked a little before jumping on the bed and hugging the pillow.

But immediately she found out that it was a pillow she was hugging, she threw it to the floor and hugged lord zakai inatead.

“Your more comfortable and warm than a pillow”Anastasia muttered with a smile, a smile you will call an awkward smile which almost reached her eyes.

“Just sleep, you have eaten enough already”Lord zakai muttered.

“But we haven’t tasted the cake yet”Anastasia said and lord zakai sighed before mumbling “tomorrow”

Anastasia finally laid on the bed and fell alseep in his embrace.

Lord zakai woke up so damn f**king late and it was unlike him so what he did next was to take a quuck bath and put on his robe.

But that was when it knocked into his head, where is anastasia?, he woke up and she wasn’t on the bed….geez.

And he was feeling a particular emotion which wasn’t his ofcourse, fear.
Could she be in danger?

“My lord”Dax barged in and lord zakai glared at him but when he saw how nervous dax was and how his heart was beating so fast in fear.

“What happened??”Lord zakai asked and dax gulped before speaking “My lord, i…is miss anastasia”

“What happened to anastasia?”Lord zakai asked immediately as he stood up.

“S..she climbed to the rooftop and we fear that she might fall, we tried to get her down but she refused”Dax muttered and lord zakai clenched his fist before banging it at the mirror.

“Damn, let’s go”Lord zakai muttered, it seems like it’ve been long since he last punished her that was why she was misbehaving like that and this time, he would teach her a lesson…..pregnant or not.

Is not like the baby would die anytime soon anyways.

When he finally reached there, he saw her, climbing the massive and tall part of the empire were lycans do stay.

“Anastasia, get down here!!!”Lord zakai roared in pure anger, he was clenching and unclenching his fists.

“Wow, these lycan guys are handsome”Anastasia yelled peeking inside a particular wide window, that was exactly where the leader of the lycans, Tristan leaves, well she just did that to piss lord zakai off because she enjoys doing that so much.

By the ways, she don’t think anyone could be more handsome than her man.

Her eyes widened when she saw that the master of the lycans has caught her, she let go of the wall in shock and then she was falling to the rough ground but lord zakai jumped and caught her before coming down.

Immediately he dropped her down, he grabbed her wrist harshly and began to pull her towards their room.

“You said you wanted. To. Eat. Cake. See the cake”He took his words one by one and that was when anastasia noticed that he was still angry and trying to hold his anger in because he didn’t wanted to shout at her.

Anastasia bent her head embarassed as she played with her fingers, was she a disturbance but it wasn’t her fault, she’ve been trying to be a good girl but it wasn’t working at all.

Part of it was his fault too, it was his children that is causing this, they were the one that told her to climb and she did that to make them happy, what is so wrong there huh?
