Chapter 13

At North,

The hunters got prepared to take the captives and go to the Camp for safety.
They loaded everyone into it. All in big chains walking slowly into the car. Coming out one after the other, injection with something that weakens their beast form. They won’t be able to shift into that beast form of theirs.

After making sure the captives were in the car, they took the fee things they needed and started their journey to the camp.

The armies arrived shortly after they left and looked around the environment but saw no one.

“They must have escaped. They know we are coming. Hurry up! We must catch up with them before they finally escape!”

They started their journey again so fast that they saw them not long after. Afar.
They speed up and try to catch up with them.

“Please! We need help from the Crystal Kingdom armies. There are five cars coming towards the kingdom with captives in it. We need help to block them from escaping. Over.”

In two seconds, a voice replied from the walkie talkie and said,

“What are the colors of the cars? Where are they? Almost at the Crystal gate? Over.”

“Oh yes! It’s the King’s order to rescue the captives.”

“Alright. We will do that as soon as possible.”

After the discussion with the Crystal Kingdom Armies which is the human kingdom, they applied more speed to catch up with the hunters.

Shooting began. The hunters were the first to sh00t while the armies stayed calm as they almost reached the gate.

The armies stopped behind as the Crystal Kingdom armies appeared in front which made the hunters stop and come out of their cars. Including the armies

Guns pointed at each other.

“Rhwelease the captives now! It’s an order from the King.” An army from the beast kingdom said, turning his gun to one of the hunters.

“We are not releasing them to you. We are taking them to our leader.” A boy from the hunters said.

“Give them to us while we ask in peace. Or
It will be bloody. ”

“We are always ready for you. It’s high time we start a little war.”

“sh00t! Attack!”

The fighting began and the hunters lose in the fight. Although some armies were injured but not much.

Without wasting time, the captives were rescued and taken into their van.
The Crystal Kingdom Armies went back and the beast armies made their way back to their kingdom too.

“Lun,” King Wulfgur called.

“Yes, Your Highness.” She answered immediately as she stayed outside the room. The King had instructed her to stay outside and would call when he needs her.
“What can I do for you, My King?” She asked.

“Come in first.” The King told her.

Lun opened the door and came into the Wulfgur room. He was reading some scrolls from the shelves that he left there years ago.

As soon as Lun came in, he dropped the scroll and walked closer to his mate.
As he walks closer, he felt that pain again.
It really happening this time. It’s the Kain again. Why didn’t it come yesterday? He was sure he didn’t even feel any slight pain but now, he’s feeling it like never before.

He held his chest and looked at the boy in front of him. Lun.

“My King! Are you okay?” Lun rushed to him.

“Do….don’t come closer. You don’t know anything, you this boy.” Wulfgur could hardly speak as the pain was multiplied immediately he was touched by Lun.
“Why am I suffering like this?” He mumbled.

And then, his eyes widened due to shock, and tried ignoring the pain and knelt down beside his mate. Lun had fainted just after a few seconds she touched the King.

“Lun!” Wulfgur yelled but in a whisper.
It reminded me of Mena. How she died. But this isn’t death but still, it felt like it.
