Camila sat in front of Xavier’s ward crying
After Xavier had jumped in the water she was fast enough to call the rescue team and luckily they saved him before he could drown any further but he had lost consciousness

Before they could even trying keeping it a secret, people nearby had already taken pictures and the news had gone viral

Even though it been an hour, Xavier had not woken up and this made people so worried

“Please…..wake up, please” Camila prayed in her heart and sniffed back her tears
Just then, Drake came out of the ward and she stood up

“How is he?” She asked with so much concern showed in her voice and face

“The doctor said he’s okay but he isn’t waking up…I think he’s making up for all the lost sleep” Drake replied

“Its all my fault” Camila said and burst into tears again “I should have been a better girlfriend to him, I shouldn’t have left him…. I’m feeling so guilty” She said with tears and Drake pat her back

“Don’t cry,Xavier won’t be happy if he sees you crying and……..” He paused and handed a small diary

“Ugh? Isn’t this Xavier’s diary?” Camila sniffed as she collected it
“Yeah,it is” Drake nod “That prick…….Loves you a lot…..so……you should be with him, do not run away, he has a weak heart” drake sighed and took one last look at Camila before leaving

She sat back on the chair and opened the diary

His writing was so neat dat it would be hard to believe the diary was written by Someone who can’t see

’15th of April, 2020; Today, I got a new manager, I may be blind but I know she’s beautiful’

Camila scoffed and flipped to another page

’27th of may,2020, Please, let me regain my eyesight, I want to see Camila even if its just for once’

’29th of June, 2020, Today, She drunkenly threw up on me, isn’t she cute😊’

’15th of July, 2020, I Like Camila, If I regain my sight one day, I’m going to tell her how I feel’

’21st of August, 2020, Today I confessed my feelings but I was rejected, I won’t give up’

’10th of September, 2020, She finally agreed to be my girlfriend, I’m so happy, I am going to give her all she wants, I’m going to take her on dates, I’m going to kiss and hug her every time and I’m going to tell everyone She’s my girlfriend’

Camila closed the diary and burst into tears again

“I’m a fool” She said, hitting herself “I’m a big fool”

Drake sat in the playground as he recalled how he told Camila that Xavier loves her
He somehow regretted saying that but some other part of him felt he did a good job by saying that

He heard a footstep behind him, he turned and Saw Nancy

When their eyes met, Nancy looked away and turned to leave

“You can stay, I will leave instead” Drake stood up and turned to the direction where his car was parked

“Does she know your feelings for her?” Nancy asked and he stopped

“Yes” Drake replied
“So……What was her answer?”
“I was rejected just like expected but you know…..Today, I told her that Xavier loves her like a fool” he said and tried to smile

“Are you okay telling her that?” Nancy asked
“Of course it hurts a lot, my heart aches a lot but I will be okay” he said and left

Anita walked down the street with so much on her head
Since Xavier was arrested she has been living in regrets and couldn’t visit him in the cell because she felt guilty
She also heard about Xavier trying to commit suicide but her conscience won’t just let her be

A car stopped beside her and horned
She turned and saw Drake inside the car
“Get in the car” Drake said but she didn’t move

When Drake noticed, he came out of the car and walked to her

“You are Xavier’s Favourite maid right?” Drake asked but she didn’t reply, she just stared at the ground

“Its so strange, Xavier got arrested and tried to commit suicide but his favourite maid isn’t visiting him” Drake smirked and moved closer to her
“I know everything… I know how you conspired with Ciara” Drake whispered to her ear and moved back as Anita’s eyes widened with shock

“I…..I….I…don’t…. K…now what u are talking about?” She stammered and Drake grinned

“Stop acting Naive, you both conspired and spread Fake news about him” Drake arched his left brow

“It wasn’t fake” Anita replied without hesitation and Drake scoffed

“I got you…its great you are admitting it, you trying to keep it a secret will end up being used against you, You selfishly conspired with Ciara to get Xavier to yourself but what was the outcome? Thanks to you he was arrested and even tried to commit suicide, I’m sure you feel so guilty right now” Drake paused and folded his arms “Get your head straight, Ciara is a very cunning Lady, once she doesn’t need you again she won’t just let you be, do you know what I mean? Its better you speak up now and tell Everyone the truth so you can be forgiven by Xavier and you can live in peace” Drake said but Anita couldn’t say anything

She just stood there like a Log of wood or something

Drake turned to leave but stopped again
“Ah……..and, When Xavier lost his sight, it wasn’t a coincidence right? You knew who did it, you should tell the cops everything you know about that too” Drake finally said and left

Camila sat in the hospital in Xavier’s ward, holding his hand and staring at his face
He wasn’t awake again!

“Xavier…. I will be writing my final exams today,wake up so we can go on a date after my exams” She said,blinking back her tears

“Why aren’t you waking up? I miss you so much! Why aren’t you waking up?!!” she yelled as tears dripped from her eyes

“Camila, are you okay?” She heard manager George voice behind her and she quickly wiped her tears before turning to him

“Oh….manager George, I didn’t realize you were here, i am sorry for yelling” she sniffed and manger George sighed

“Camila…..one day, Xavier told me that the friend of his friend fell in love with a lady and had to let go of all his pride to confess but he was rejected, I knew he was talking about himself , I was curious to know the strange Lady that rejected Xavier, I was not surprised when I knew it was you, you are always mysterious but….since you agreed to date him, take care of him, give him all your heart, Xavier was not just someone to fall in love with a girl, he had a very huge pride which on one understood but you changed him which is why you should take responsibility… Don’t… Ever leave him again” Manager George said and Camila nod

After the exams, Nancy and Camila both walked out exhausted

“Mhen, the exam was such an headache” Nancy sighed as they both watched the other students running to hug their parents

“How cute” Camila smiled

“Nancy!” Nancy heard someone called her
She turned and saw her mother standing from a distance

“Mom!!” She yelled and ran to hug her mother leaving Camila at the spot

Camila stared at them for some minutes smiling
Even though she had no mother who she would hug, just watching Nancy and her mother made her happy
It was a beautiful sight

After staring, She took a step to leave when she heard someone called her
Of course, that was unexpected
She looked up and saw Xavier standing with a bouquet of flower and waving at her

She couldn’t really believe what she was seeing

She moved closer to him and touched his face like twice to be sure she wasn’t dreaming

“I must be dreaming” She scoffed and Xavier smiled
“You are not dreaming” he said
“Then I must be hallucinating” She said and tried to slap herself but Xavier hugged her

“Aren’t you happy I’m here” he said caressing her hair

“Its really you” Camila smiled “I missed you a lot!!” she said and burst into tears
