Gosh! My head hurts badly.
I had cried myself to sleep yesterday night and I’m just getting out of bed by 9:30am.

I can’t go to school for today.
It’s not even like I really care about school.

I walked into the kitchen and I made instant coffee for myself.
I gulped down the coffee and I ate the leftover sandwich I saw in the kitchen.

I head to the bathroom and I took a long, hot shower.
I felt relieved after the bath.

I wore a round neck top on a Jean trouser. I brought out my phone from my drawer and I switched it on.
I had switched it off angrily yesterday after that encounter with my dad.

I saw two missed calls and different notifications from the school blog.

I clicked on the notification and I was shocked when I saw the post.

How did this anonymous guy beat me to my own game?
I was supposed to be the one who exposes Alexa’s secret but I guess I wasn’t fast enough.

Well, I don’t think it really matters, all that matters is that Alexa’s secret has been exposed.

I hope Oliver would stop crushing on her now that he has obviously known that she’s a murderer.

I can’t wait for Oliver to stare at me longingly, the way he stare at that killer when he thinks I’m not watching him.

I wish I know the anonymous poster though, I owe the person a hug.
It’s so cool to know that I’m not the only one who hates the b***h.

I think Oliver and Hunter are hiding something from me.

I can’t just lay my fingers on what exactly they are trying to hide.

The two guys have been acting suspiciously since morning.

I don’t know why they ask the guys from the football team to escort me to all my classes today.

I tried to ask Oliver about it when he came to my room but he was evasive.
I wonder what he’s keeping from me.

I know Alexa isn’t sleeping by the way she is just tossing and turning.
I don’t know why she’s unable to sleep but I know it’s not her nightmare.

I brought out my phone from my pocket to check if Dave had sent a message yet.

Dave is my friend who is studying computer programming (hacking) at UCLA.

I’ve been dialing his number since morning but I’m being directed to his answering machine.

I hope he call me soon so I can find out who the anonymous guy is.

I jumped out of Alexa’s room and I walked to my house.
I jumped into my room and I close the window after I’ve successfully entered my bedroom.
I fell asleep immediately.

I jumped out of bed when I heard my phone’s ringing tone.

I picked the phone up from my bedside table and I accept the call without checking the caller.

📞 Hey, man”

Finally, Dave has decided to call me back.

📞What’s up, dude?”

📞 I’m good. How is Arkansas?”

📞 still the same as you left it. How are your college chicks?”

📞 (chuckles lightly) They are all fine. How many hearts have you broken recently?

📞 I’m afraid none. I’m going banana”

📞What! You’ve got to be kidding. Hey, don’t you dare go soft. It’s against the brother’s code.
Hearts are meant to be broken so never forget that”

I laughed nervously.
Dave is a playboy and he doesn’t believe in commitment.
I also don’t believe in it until very recently.

📞 Dude, I need your help”

📞Okay. What exactly do you need?

📞 I want you to help me track down someone”

📞 That sounds easy. Just send me the details on WhatsApp so I can start working on it”

📞 Thanks, man. How long will it take for you to track it?”

📞 It depends on the nature of what you’re tracking. It can take me hours or sometimes days”

📞I hope it take hours because I need the answer urgently”

We talked for some minutes before I hang up.
I quickly sent everything to him on WhatsApp like he requested.

It’s already 5:00am so I went to take my bath.
I wore a blue hawaiian shirt on a black blazer.

I went down to have my breakfast, then I went to my dad’s room. He’s still sleeping and mom is standing watch beside me.

” Good morning mom” I said to her.

” Good morning dear. How was your night?” She asked.

” it was tranquil, yours?”

“It was okay. Take care of yourself and have fun in school”

“I will. Tell dad I said hello”

I got to the garage and stepped into my car.
There’s something I need to do in school very early today.
I should have done it yesterday but she wasn’t around.

I was on my way to school when a text popped in to my phone.

It’s a good thing I’m driving an automatic so I removed my hands from the steering wheel so I can reply the message.

I checked the message and I wanted to jump up in glee.

💬 Meet me at Staircase E by 7:20″
Oliver.

💬 Okay dear”
Me.

Wow! He sent me a message today himself.
I can’t just believe it.

I drove faster and I parked my car in the parking lot.

I got down from my car and different students were greeting me but I didn’t even reply as my only concern is to see Oliver.

I met Oliver standing beside the landing of the staircase E.

” Hi” Oliver said.

” Hi” I replied.

” I asked you to come here so we could talk.
I want us to end whatever we had. You and I know we don’t love each other” Oliver said.

” Our relationship is okay so why should we end it?” I asked.

” I don’t love you and I know you also don’t love me. You’re just in lust with me plus you get bragging rights amongst your cheerleader squad. I know I’m a hot cake and all but I’m not a commodity to be fought over. You and I were together when I needed distraction and I made it clear to you from the onset that you shouldn’t have feelings for me” Oliver said.

I know I screwed up big time but I’m not willing to let Oliver go.

” I’d stop sleeping around but please don’t break up with me” I said desperately.

” I’m sorry but I can’t continue anymore. My heart can never beat for you” he said making me feel more sad.

” Is it because of Alexa?” I asked hysterically.
I’m already close to tears.

” Don’t even go there. Alexa isn’t the cause of this. You and I aren’t just meant to be” Oliver said and he walked away.

I know Alexa is the reason though he’s denying.
I’d make sure I make her pay for breaking up my relationship😭😭😭
