Chapter 5
Vicky POV
“I cannot believe it” she screamed” shut up please no one must know about this if anyone knows we would stop being friends that minute” I said “why” she asked “personal reasons” I said “just keep this a secret please,” she nodded in response and helped me get dressed. We both went out, when Robin called her she turned “let’s start the project shall we?” He said seductively and Darbie tightened her grip on my hand, I winced from pain “Vicky I’m sorry” Darbie said “it’s co, I will call you , we would chat okay?” She smiled I guessed she understood it. I walked out preparing to go home when Cameron called out to me “Vicky wait up” I increased my pace I don’t want to talk to you his guy. He held my hand “I said wait up” he yelled I removed my hand from his grip and Sid “I heard but I didn’t care” he frowned “when are we meeting and where” he asked ” at your house by 7pm is it okay” I said “deal be early” he said and walked out.
Cameron POV
I dialed Delila
“Hey Vicky is coming over can you get the decorators” I said
“Sure ” she said and I smirked
At home
Vicky POV
“I’m home” I shouted “stop yelling Vicky” Jace said . I laughed, I really loved seeing them mad, we’ve bonded since after the party and have become one big family. “I’m having a group project and I’m leaving here by 7pm” I informed them “with who” Riele asked “Cameron mckent” I soft. They looked at me puzzled and I let out a faint smile ” cousin Camila’s hand work” I said and they started laughing “not funny guys ” I said but they continued laughing I was infuriated and I stormed upstairs.
Few hours later
“Aww” I yawned,checking the time on my phone it’s 7:20pm “sh00t I’m late” I exclaimed but didn’t really care if I reached there late. I wore my pyjamas and ran downstairs “I thought you won’t get up” Owen said and I grabbed a piece of sliced apple on the table “I’m off” I said “in your PJs?” Nathaniel asked “what’s wrong I’m not going on a date” I said and walked out
Cameron POV
“Is everything set” I asked the manager
“Yes sir” that was music to my ears Vicky you won’t know what hit you I thought smirking
