Episode 26

Christabel’s pov

“I’m gonna get wasted tonight” He breathed out .

“Wasted? You don’t have to get wasted.”

“I need something to clear my mind.”

Soon, Mrs Lorena brought the wine, and went back to her duty again.

The prince left the balcony and entered his room with the wine. I followed him too.

The prince removed the cork from the bottle and poured out the wine into the glass cups.

He gave me a glass and took the second one.
I drank a little.

“So sweet” I muttered and licked my lower lip.

“You love it right?”

“Yes.” I answered and drank more wine from the cup.

“Chris, do you have a girlfriend?” He blurted and that almost made me spill out my drink.

I’m a girl! Oh! He doesn’t kmow about that.

“No. I don’t have a girlfriend. I wanna concentrate on my studies first.” I responded.

I took the bottle and poured more wine into the cup.

He chuckled and said, “Do you have a crush?”

Why’s he asking this question all of a sudden?
Crush? I don’t think I do.

“Nope.”

“Nerd!” He groaned.

I blinkled and frowned a bit. “I’m not a nerd. I just don’t have time for that.”

“Super nerd.” He said again.

“Aisssh!” I rolled my eyes.

More and more, I drank more wine. The wine was so sweet and I couldn’t resist.

“Did I tell you that the wine is alcoholic?”

“Nope. But it’s okay. I can manage. I won’t get drunk.” I smiled, my eyes had become heavy.

I think I’m getting drunk already. My shoulder became heavy when the prince’s head rested on my shoulder.

“Let’s get drunk!” He slurred his words.

I couldn’t say anything but nodded. I’m not even in my right sense again.

“Do you know something?” Christabel asked the prince.

Christabel was completely drunk while the prince could still control himself.
“What’s it?” He answered.

“I’m not who I am now” Christabel blurted without thinking.

“Huh? You’re not Chris right? You look so much like a lady.” Prince Lucien raised up his head from her shoulder and faced her.

“I’m a girl!” She finally said, chuckled and lay down on the bed, then slept off.

Prince Lucien laughed in a drunk manner and slept beside her.
